28/09/2024: Ordered for the first time this evening. Will NOT be returning. A pizza base used for kebab instead of naan, so strange. Nothing tasted fresh. The chicken and doner were both from a bag and so fatty, made me feel so sick. Went straight in the bin. Waste of money.

07/05/2025: What can I tell you about this place that the walls won't tell. This restaurant is an epitome of the struggles, highs and lows of a family business who have paved their way to make it. I had chips, battered sausage and a home made chicken fillet burger. Sensible choices i should say. While my friends made their own options (not entirely wise :D). I found the prices really competitive and economical and a better burger than Ballybia. The service was exceptional and is cut from a different cloth that you don't find in our generation. Sure it isn't a high dine and it might take a while on a mental weekend but that was never the expectation either. The stories that we got to hear and your warmth truly left us a lasting impression. One thing I say is money can't buy history, culture or tradition and this place checks all three. Thank you for feeding us and your tips on getting a stain removed from a white top. 17/10/2025: Recently booked, paid online and pickup keropok lekor from here. Wanted to drop by just to pickup keropok lekor but we ended up adding more Malaysian gem stuff into our carts 😅 From kicap habhal, serbuk asam and asam boi, twisties cheese!! Lovely service but be mindful of the expiry date, ask for discount if you’re willing to buy it if it hs already expired 😉 The “fresh” goods are not something you would come for here but their packed Malaysian goods are definitely worth coming for.

02/08/2023: The Food was very delicious and the waiting time was short. The menu was short but everything was fresh and good and there was some creative dishes on it. The service was very friendly and are very motivated. The Ambiente was also good but it isn't easy to find because it's in a backstreet. Overall i highly recommend it.

14/12/2025: Only recently reopened. Amazing job was done on it. A lot of time and effort. Bar area and lounge function area at the rear. Very trendy but holds onto the atmosphere. Cheap pint @ €5.50 and a good Guinness at that. Rachel very friendly and helpful. Worth a visit and you never know might make it your local. Great for ladies meeting up and want some privacy in the lounge

20/10/2025: Nice little spot when you're waiting for appointments. Food is decent and the staff are nice. Its never really packed which is good.

05/09/2025: Took my sick aunt here on vacation and had my first ever sausage roll. I had roughly two dozen more sausage rolls on my trip and this was still the best one I had. Cheers!

30/09/2025: Very misleading. This is not an Insomnia Coffee establishment, it is an “off-license SPAR” which means it’s not even a SPAR establishment. Came walking here in the rain only to find out it’s a convenience store. 🫠
