25/08/2025: It used to be nice, but really gone downhill..asked for BBQ rib and got a bbq rib cut in half covered in bbq sauce and onions in a white roll..burger was horrible felt sick after trying to eat it had to throw it away

11/05/2024: Avoid at all cost. 49E for 1 starter, 1 main dish, 1 kids meal. Told it was because Bruce was playing in town. Disgraceful and appealing to rip customers off like this. Is this even legal to hike prices like this. Short sighted greedy business u have lost a whole family of regular customers. Avoid at all cost

26/09/2024: Nice. A tad expensive for a breakfast.
No fans (or weren't on) could smell tye fryers off me for the afternoon.

11/08/2025: I love the Rose hotel ..but unfortunately the last 2 visits have been disappointing..ordered the fish and chips, it was terrible..the batter was heavy and soggy while the chips were in edible..so disappointing..it will be a while before I go back to eat there ..but the hotel is beautiful and comfortable with nice staff..come on Rose ye can do better!

01/11/2024: I ordered 10 pieces of chicken and the workers gave 6 pieces instead. Wasted a lot of money for that guys! The meal cost me 32 euros and wasted a good 5 euros on that!

Fairways Restaurant
30/05/2024: This restaurant used to be great but the service has gotten almost non-existent and the food portions are tiny for very high costs. My family & I ate there last night. I ordered the venison and just got 4 pieces of meat & one chunk of a potatoe and no vegetables at all. We were all still hungry after, despite spending 100s for our meal.
We had to wait for ages to get any kind of service, ie to ask for dessert menus etc. Dessert was equally tiny, weird and not particularly tasty. Staff looked like they were all on their first day of work & extremely confused.
Definitely won't be returning because it would be a waste of money, which is a shame because we used to like this place.
