08/02/2025: My wife and I just did a 1 hour Pottery throwing lesson. Our tutor was Sophie and it was absolutely fantastic. We both really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend you give it a go.
28/09/2024: Amazing place to go and paint your own pottery from a very large range of things to choose from . You can drink tea /coffee while you paint. The staff there are really helpful but also leave you you alone while you work .you can also go on the pottery wheel if you wish . This place is about 2 hours from where I live but it is totally worth the journey

01/10/2024: Spent time in Glengarriff with family in July. My son and I had so much fun here. Bernard was a great host and the locals were so welcoming. The music every night was quite the Irish experience. Recommend highly.
05/09/2024: Absolutely must visit! Live music. The owner was very nice and kind. Cheap drinks and the owner allowed food from across the street. Absolute creamer of a Guinness.

The Mulligan Room

13/06/2024: Nestled in the heart of Macroom Castle Demesne, The Mulligan Room is situated in the clubhouse of Macroom GC. You do not have to be a member to eat at this restaurant. The food is excellent. Freshly prepared from locally sourced ingredients. Breakfast provides a filling start to the day. Today I had the Katsu Chicken Burger which was superb, the pictures do not do the flavours and presentation justice. Excellent value for money in Macroom where quality and value for money seldom go hand in hand. Enjoy your food while taking in the terrific scenery and follow up with a walk in the Castle parklands. Staff are always friendly, welcoming and attentive. Keep up the good work Mulligan Room.
