02/04/2026: The staff are rude and incompetent. The rooms are dated and dirty. The food is awful. It looks pretty but it's possibly the most unpleasant place I ever stayed in. Just awful. The worst hotel inn town by a long way

10/06/2026: Everything is fine here except for the noise. The music playing downstairs is crystal clear, and cars are constantly passing by on the main road next door – the traffic noise is absolutely terrifying. I asked to change rooms but they refused… speechless.

29/04/2026: waited a good 10 minutes to be seated , it was busy but not over busy , staff walked past ourselves and another couple and dissappeared into the bar . when we were seated and given a menu the choices offered were not to our taste or palatte , a lot of the dishes were served in spicey piri piri or other ' asian theamed' sauces ,all very nice if you are in india or sri lanka but this is IRELAND and there was a lack of TRADITIONAL IRISH FOOD on offer ! a lot of the offerings here are exactly the same or very very similar to a lot of OTHER establishments in ireland these days which in my experiance points toward dishes being ' bought in pre prepared' rather than made on the premisis . in the end after veiwing the menu and waiting to be served we decided to go elsewhere and left .

31/07/2025: Very disappointing service. O’Hana’s cancelled my daughter’s hen party cocktail making class with only 2 days notice due to renovations. Over a week later and still no refund despite multiple emails and texts. Very very poor service. Avoid!

13/09/2025: Small but super cute, went there on a late Saturday afternoon to read a book and got a place to sit, I imagine it would be very hard to find a seat at breakfast/lunchtime. The single seats are unfortunately high seats so a bit uncomfortable to stay longer then 30ish mins but I understand they're there to save on space. The coffee was nice and I got a super cute design, I also got a brownie and it was fab, not too sweet. Highly recommend

23/05/2026: Completely dissatisfied. Lots of engraved and marker graffiti in the right male bathroom cubicle and pen on cubicle door. WHY DIDNT YOU REMOVE IT ?? Totally unacceptable. Please remove it TODAY, AND CHECK DAILY FOR ANY NEW GRAFFITI LIKE A NORMAL CLEANER DOES . WHY doesn't the cleaner check EVEN THOUGH THEY CLEAN THE BATHROOM 2 TIMES DAILY ???? Well its because they're not bothered to and are payed too LOW. I'm boycotting your restaurant until the graffiti is gone. Well clean it NOW or you're lose out on profit.

05/05/2026: As a non Irish person who tries to find good sushi and rolls in Ireland I went to try this place. I can’t say that I loved it, can’t say I hated it, it’s just like any other place. I think that there is just no such thing as good sushi in Ireland. Chances of us returning here are 1 out of million.

04/11/2025: Always a pleasure. Fab freshly baked cakes , breads, meat and salads selection. Sit upstairs nice and cosy or outside when weather permits.

16/10/2025: We went twice in one day. Once for lunch which was nice food and a beer. And at the end of the evening where there was a live band and a lot of drinking.

20/05/2026: I remember visiting this restaurant about a year ago, and everything was absolutely amazing back then. Unfortunately, my experience today left me quite disappointed. I ordered the shrimp salad, but it has definitely gone downhill. Last time, the portion of shrimp was generous, but today there were barely any. The service was also frustrating. While the food was served quickly, the staff completely ignored me afterward. I sat there for 50 minutes after finishing my meal, hoping to order dessert, but nobody ever came back to my table. In the end, I just paid for my initial order and left. Because of the poor service and the drop in food quality, I can only give it 3 stars this time, even though I used to love this place.

09/05/2026: I visited Primo on the evening of 2nd May 2026, between 9:00 and 10:00 PM, along with a guest, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. This wasn’t an isolated incident, as I’ve encountered similar service issues during my last three visits—two with guests and one with my family. On this particular evening, the service was notably poor from the start. We had to actively look for staff just to place our order, as no one seemed to be attending to tables or checking in. Even something as basic as water was only provided after a long wait and only when we specifically requested it. Once the food arrived, there was no follow-up from the staff to check if everything was satisfactory. At one point, we needed chilli oil and spent several minutes trying to get someone’s attention, but no staff were available. I eventually had to leave the table and go to the reception area to request it myself. What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of response when I raised these concerns at the end of the meal. There was no apology offered, and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told none was available. I was casually told I could make a complaint, but there was no sense of accountability or concern. As a regular customer who has previously recommended this restaurant to friends, this experience has been particularly disheartening. I genuinely believe the management needs to take a closer look at the level of service being provided. At present, it has left me reconsidering whether I can continue to recommend this place to others.
