29/07/2025: This was one of the nicest places we visited lately, a little, tranquil paradise, managed and run by absolutely lovely people. One normally goes there to buy a tree. We talked to and were helped by Anthony, who was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. We stopped at the Café there for a coffee and a bite to eat and were greeted by Rambo, the duck, who, all by himself, decided to leave the lake and become a bouncer. All day, he spends at the entrance to the coffee shop and inspects every person walking through the door. We are back at home now with a strawberry tree. It is just about to be planted. I can wholeheartedly recommend this centre; a lovely outing with lovely people, beautiful plants, a coffee shop, and a bouncer duck. And we will back for more.

03/08/2025: Brilliant camper stop over €10 honesty box with fresh eggs & croissants delivered to your van in the morning. On top of this great traditional music, craic & Guinness beside the parking but far enough away for a quiet night.

10/08/2025: My partner and I left vomiting all night and extreme stomach sickness after eating here, no manager to speak to, to help deal with this situation, was left speaking to the assistant manager who has no clue what she is doing and accused me of lying just to get my money back, told me to go get proof that im sick from the doctor, said her name was Monica just talked over me the whole time on the phone and acuused me of lying and was shouting at me the whole phonecall, absolutely horrible person, has no place in a customer service job, please dont eat in this dump unless you want to be sick and abused

04/05/2026: Guys, your prices are out of hand. Much more expensive than a lot of cafes around for similar products. Food is very good, coffee was burnt. €6.50 for a single sausage roll, €3.50 for a small protein ball 😬 Waitresses very friendly and efficient 💕

26/04/2026: Genuinely this is my go to food spot in my area. The donor kebab I recommend to any and everybody. Anybody that comes to visit me has to try their kebab before going back home. Customer service is 10/10. I always laugh and leave with a smile when I go in. It’s so very clean in there too.

13/09/2025: My second time coming here for afternoon and yet again a lovely experience. The ladies at the tea room are very friendly🥰 Delcious cakes and loved the pear almond scone in particular. Great value on groupon, looking forward to being back again!

15/08/2025: This is a lovely little tea room recommended by 2 other people i had talked to, with its little cups and saucers but the food was lovely. We had afternoon tea as part of my friends 50th. We loved it. We got an extra pot of tea and sat in the outside dining space. The staff are lovely and its really good value for money.

03/02/2026: Great food and super quick service, everything came out fast and tasted amazing. Definitely a solid spot if you’re craving Asian street food. Just a heads up that dine-in seating is very limited, and the chairs can be uncomfortable if you have wider hips, so it may be better suited for takeaway or a quick stop. 23/05/2026: Really saddened to have to write this review. Have been eating in this establishment for approx 1 year, once or twice a fortnight. Usually do a walk in and never have a problem. Tonight with the good weather and town being busy I decided to make a booking to be sure. Lady on the phone very accommodating booked myself and my partner in for 6pm. On arrival the venue was half empty, we were then told we couldn’t be seated as we weren’t dressed neat. However it’s a hot sunny day and there are several others around the bar in shorts. Unfortunately we were asked to leave due to shorts. My partner was really embarrassed and just informed me when we left that I am in fact wearing the exact same shorts I was wearing in the venue a week ago. Very embarrassing to be turned away like that in a half empty business. Unfortunately will not be returning and would not recommend. P.S on reversing out of our parking spot a couple has just entered with the man wearing shorts. They didn’t come back out. Shocking

02/05/2026: Food was so delicious the mushroom risotto was so delectable my goodness I enjoyed it! Paired with the sticky toffee pudding !
