21/09/2026: Title: Time, Health and Money wasting. Reason: Today was being last drop after visiting this place for few years. Today I leave this place without paid order. Food: 1 time from 10 visits food is very delicious. Rest of 9 visits you eating not food, but a pack of junk which is over salted, over spicy hot, over peppered, with a lot of vinegar in sauce with missed vegetables, ketchup, mayo or sauce. And IF YOU DARE put something additional in your burgers... Lads just throw it in your package not on the bun. Well done! Service: There is no chance to order what you want and how you want. Staff have no clue how to accept orders and can't even put two orders together (so hard man.. sheesh). IF YOU DARE to order something with QR code is absolutely another level of service which is always unavailable. Well done! Atmosphere: Impossible to sit there inside. Most of all because tables or floor nearby - usually decorated by trash from previous customers. And even IF YOU DARE to sit there to wait Takeaway order and you missed your number announcement... You will never get your order. Because no one cares. But even if you will sit there on clear table.. with clean seats (unbelievable) you wouldn't eat there and spend some time properly with someone or even alone. Because THERE IS NO FREE SPACE TO TURN AROUND. And you literally supposed to sit on small chairs with a very loud kids. Well done! Conclusion: HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

06/09/2026: Didn't get to order food, the mens toilets were broken and there was a Q to the door. The location is badly cramped and instead of waiting outside for space to clear I went to KFC. This spot seems far too small / badly laid out to be a McDonalds.

03/09/2026: I gave it time before I could leave a review of this place and have to say, this is the BEST takeaway in Balbriggan! The food is always top notch and fresh! Today they gave me loads of free goodies in the bag which was very welcomed by me and the family! We are so full now, can barely move writing this review 🤣 thank you so much! The delivery driver also very nice. Thanks Munemesa for always delivering consistent delicious food!

25/09/2026: They were extremely kind and gave me 2 free drinks with my order since it was late and I am still a school student. I only purchase 2 kebabs for me and my brother because I didn't have enough money to buy a full meal. The food was amazing and the service was great. I would highly recommend buying from here👌🏼

12/08/2026: Ordered through uber eats. Wouldn’t say the taco chips are as good as Supermacs but it’s still really good. Got a meat feast pizza and it tasted really good too

14/08/2026: Ordered food at 19:06, email said 15min+, went in to pick it up at 19:30, didn’t get our food until 20:03, got home and opened the bag to find that we were missing a burger from the order. There were multiple other people also waiting, fed up. People came in after us and got their food before us. Really poor, if you’re that busy, limit the amount of orders that can come in online. Food was tasty but service is really poor.

05/08/2026: Food is very good, but we ordered off of just eat the food took 35 minutes longer than it said to arrive the food arrived cold it’s a shame as the guys inside are very nice and delt with accordingly, just eat is at fault as any time we order from anywhere it never arrives any bit warm, I would suggest you collect it yourself for the best experience

12/08/2026: The special combination version of falafel wrap with cauliflower and everything vegetarian is THE best falafel wrap literally ever. I think it’s been a year since I’ve had it because I live far, but I’m going again just for this and soon !!

19/06/2026: Best pizza in Athlone by far. Dont be fooled by the new pizza place just opened in Tormey villas who have chosen the name Roma’s. It’s not nearly as good.

01/06/2026: Whatever you do don’t go, awful costumer service over charged me. I ordered a can of Coke and they made sure I paid but they never gave me the can. The pizzas dough was literally raw falling apart. Don’t go

22/08/2026: Was queueing at the coffee dock this morning, driver of a bus (tour) company was ahead, service was relatively slow, however had accepted this as few staff in mornings. Queueing patiently when male member of staff proceeded to direct customers queueing at main checkout over and said he would serve them first. Left and won't return.

19/08/2026: The food is very good and the service is awesome and the menu is full of options to eat and drink.Its also not too expensive.The opening hours are very useful as everything else was closed and this place was open.There is also a kids menu which helps a lot.There is a big car park right by the restaurant which is nice.The atmosphere is very good with nice decorations and chill music. The only thing that could’ve been better were the bathrooms which could’ve been a bit cleaner.

13/09/2026: Absolutely appalling experience – Premier Seats completely ruined We paid extra for Premier Seats expecting a more comfortable and enjoyable cinema experience. Instead, the entire movie was ruined by two girls who came in and sat in the seats beside us, despite those seats being unoccupied. They emptied the contents of a plastic bag onto the floor, took off their shoes and put their feet up on the seats in front of them. Once the movie started, they were constantly on their phones and talking loudly throughout. I went out to the foyer and spoke to the staff member scanning tickets. I explained what was happening, and he told me he would give it five minutes and then go in. He eventually came into the cinema and stood at the bottom near the screen. While he was there, they went quiet. The second he left, they were straight back on their phones and chatting. So what exactly was the point of having a staff member intervene if nothing was actually done? It was incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable. We had paid extra for Premier Seats and instead had our movie ruined by two people who showed absolutely no consideration for anyone else in the cinema. It was also very unclear whether these girls were actually supposed to be sitting in those seats in the first place. If seats are specifically allocated and people are paying for Premier seating, surely tickets should be checked properly and staff should be monitoring the area. I am extremely disappointed with Odeon. The behaviour of these two people was bad enough, but the lack of effective action from staff made the situation even worse. We should not have to sit through an entire film listening to people talking and watching them constantly on their phones after already bringing the issue to staff attention. If Odeon is going to charge a premium price for Premier Seats, then it needs to provide a premium experience. This was anything but that. Absolutely ruined our night and our movie.
