07/12/2025: Got food and brought it home 2 burgers missing...had my receipt so rang them got Raymond Tobin ..couldn't have been more helpful..asked me if it was possible to come back and he replaced the whole order.. top man people can learn from Raymond great customer service

15/11/2025: It's a very very busy Mc Donald's.. but no excuses, the staff are scruffy in their attire and the service window areas are in a poor condition and have been for some time; very scruffy and dirty looking Not a good vibe when receiving your food though these areas. A Bi- annual paint job would not go amiss.

11/10/2025: Coming here years, usually just for drinks or Brunch. I love the decor and atmosphere and the staff are always excellent. However, on this last visit I was disappointed. The Hugo cocktail I ordered had an elderflower flavouring in it & not the elderflower liquer it should have. As the liquer was listed in another cocktail, I asked for it to be used instead. It was not & I was handed a green drink that tasted nothing like a Hugo. The choice of glassware was uninspiring compared to what they used to use and there was zero efforts made with presentation as I expect for €15 a drink.

22/02/2026: After driving from Dublin was turned away saying saying no seats available when the restaurant was empty. The girl was rude and not helpful. Sunday night 22feb

27/01/2026: Ladies night menu was great value. Potato skins were gorgeous and the feather blade beef was melt in your mouth. Staff were wonderful. The wine that came with the meal was delicious. A great menu for a night out with your friends.

08/12/2025: We had a fantastic family stay at Hylands Burren Hotel. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special thank you to Aaron, who kindly accommodated a request before our stay and made everything so easy for us. We truly had a wonderful experience and would happily return!

08/10/2025: Lovely place. Lovely staff but the food i had was just gross. Had lamb for dinner. Red raw on the inside and like a rock from the Burren to cut. Shame on the cook thats cooking there.

05/03/2026: Was in there recently and the place was manky floor full of dirtypaper and god knows wat the toilets ud need a canoe 2 float over the urine ...the food chips were freezing chicken half cooked ye really need a reality check .... id give no stars if I could ....

03/11/2025: An incredible experience! We're from Spain and have been to many Michelin-starred restaurants and other high-quality establishments, and this chef has truly surprised us. Our sincerest congratulations. Spectacular flavors, an amazing setting, and we had to have seconds of the dessert. Keep it up, and you'll achieve everything you set your mind to.

01/11/2025: From the start to the end it was an experience. A safari of dishes mafe with a chef with a salient eye for detail. The orient express carriage takes you away, enabling a step out of reality and providing the escapism we often all so crave. Led by Ian, the restaurant manager, he is endowed with his exceptional front of house team. Sophie was excellent also. She could really put a spin on the explanations and the staff seemed so engaged. The team are so well drilled and they know their product inside out. As regards the food offering, we thought this was exceptional. Service was razor sharp. From the quality of the food down to the chefs magic with herbs, the provenance of the dishes, the cooking styles and just the crockery, cutlery and general magic that prevaded throughout the experience. If you like a treat or like fine dining. This is a must do. We opted for the wine pairing. It was sublime. Take a bow.

19/10/2025: The bar is an extension of the famous Temple Bar, with an incredible variety of local whiskeys where you can try their signature spirits (I recommend the 12-year-old). They also make the typical Irish coffee. If you're also interested in cigars or pipe tobacco, they have a wide selection. A tip: Entering through here, you can enter Temple Bar from the back, as they're connected and it's easier to get in than through the main door.

28/09/2025: Not a massive fan of whiskey but the service here was great. The bartender gave me great suggestions on what to try!

03/01/2026: Had the spice bag and have to say it was unreal I’d say there was 10 chickens in it, there was that amount of chicken and not the stringy stuff. A nice flavour but did need a little more spice I’d definitely give it a high 9 out of 10 and only 9 quid

07/03/2026: Came here as a party of three for brunch. Seated straight away, however we were left waiting for a while before our order was taken. Food was delicious but staff could be slightly more attentive.
