The best restaurants

22/05/2026: Simple ordering a collection. understandable mistake, same name, wrong order given. i have driven back a second time only to receive an incomplete order, missing rice.

10/06/2026: I absolutely loved this place, the most unique I've ever visited in Dublin! I walked past it several times during my last stay, almost not noticing, but it was a real surprise. Dinner required a reservation at least a day in advance through the website (I'd tried to get in the night before, but it wasn't possible without a reservation), but it was totally worth it. We ordered a fillet steak and half a roast chicken, all accompanied by sides and fries, and everything was delicious! The place also has a unique atmosphere and several truly unique rooms and corners, making dinner here an experience in every way. This will definitely be a restaurant I'll return to!

03/08/2026: 4.25 for an iced latte that isn’t even made with good coffee or a clean coffee machine. wasn’t busy and they forgot about our order! food was ok, would be nice to offer some healthier options like over night oats or something along those lines.

02/04/2026: The team at Jarrow is fantastic. Great service, a lovely atmosphere, and the food and coffee is excellent. I will definitely be back and recommending it.

09/08/2026: Very disappointed with the way the food looks, very soggy and everything is falling off the pizza couldn’t even eat it.

05/07/2026: I used to really enjoy getting a take away every few weeks but recently I have noticed the delivery time has increased approx 1.5hr (10min drive not even just havent drove up due to having a beer or 2) food has been slow coming which i wouldn't mind if it was tasty but th3 food has been ao dry ! Chips are clearly reheated and chicken is hours old ! Sausages ain't fresh either. Partner had a burger and it was like rubber. Really disappointed. ! On the feed me app if you go in rating is high but "clodagh & Mary" have reviewed several times saying it was amazing ! But its the exact same person, but not the only 2 names noted on repeat. Really disappointed and when I rang to say about the 1.5 hr wait for food the man was extremely rude on the phone. So disappointed. Wouldn't usually write a review but I was truly surprised by this.

03/06/2026: What a jem of a pub. Walked in with wife and straight away we were met by Jenny, barstaff. Really made us feel welcome. Introduced us to the locals who in turn made our time in there wonderful. The beers were spot on. No complaints. Needless to say we went in there twice more. Thankyou to the owners and staff. 05/09/2026: I tried the blueberry cheesecake donut, and it was absolutely delicious! It’s filled inside and out, but not overly sweet. Such a lovely donut to enjoy at Kildare Village, and it’s made with sourdough too!

26/08/2026: Not fresh and taste wasn’t great. ‘The Dub’ and ‘The Smores’ tasted pretty much the same. Would rather a Krispy Creme or Greg’s. Not worth the €4 each or the calories

28/08/2026: Delicious mussels! All of the food was perfect. On a sunny day it was gorgeous - not sure how it would fare in the wind and rain!

29/05/2026: got a doner kebab wrap and was half way done until i found a piece of plastic, the man who served me was very apologetic and made me a new one but he didnt even ask if i wanted a refund nevermind a new one

11/04/2026: I have eaten many burgers in my life . But I swear to god I have never had anything like this before . This is the best burger I’ve ever eaten in my entire 19 years of existence . God bless them . Do not hesitate if you want a good burger JUST TRY ONE it’s the BESTTTT

06/08/2026: Cozy restaurant to catch up with friend. The soup of the day is celeriac, sweet potatoes and coconut. It was really delicious. The burger and the steak also not bad but the seafood linguine was disappointed. It was very plain and can be improved. The waiter was friendly. Overall we had good time

27/08/2026: Wallah, the owner was extremely rude and arrogant towards me. The way he spoke to me and behaved made me feel very uncomfortable, and honestly, I did not feel safe while I was there. I went there expecting a normal and respectful experience, but unfortunately that was not the case. Customer service should always be based on basic respect and professionalism. I would not personally return after this experience.

18/08/2026: Brought my disabled auntie here great service very disabled friendly

05/09/2026: Family of 6. Food was beautiful and affordable. Teenagers got to play a game of pool in bar attached while food was being cooked. Staff friendly and professional.

28/06/2026: The restaurant is closed until August 26 as new owners taken over. Lovely friendly staff and great authentic Irish pub feel to it.
