The best restaurants

10/09/2024: Great service. Great drinks. Was able to watch a college football game on their big screen in the early evening. Came back later and it was a jumping dance spot. Cool.

08/09/2024: Picked up a simple take away of two Chicken Kung Po's with fried rice- there was absolutely no resemblance whatsoever to the flavour we expected- in fact it had to be the worst dish I've ever had. Even the prawn crackers were off. I hate to give bad reviews but this dish was so awful I felt it was worth mentioning to the public.

04/09/2024: Very pleasant experience tonight, picked up a spice bag, good size, could have had a little more chicken and slightly less salt but did the job - very friendly staff. Will return

30/12/2024: I was greeted by Grace at reception at the Silversprings Hotel in Cork, who was friendly, very helpful and professional. Everything about the hotel made my sisters and I feel at home. The room was warm and comfortable and breakfast was the best. I'll be back! Inez O'Mahony

29/12/2024: Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Couldn’t do enough to make it a great stay. Hotel is very clean, family friendly and the food was fabulous. Really enjoyed our stay.

17/09/2024: Ordered a spice bag with no veg and a tub of honey, I was expecting it to be worse, but the chicken and chips were made perfectly. Nowadays when you order the same thing from a different place the chicken is mostly batter. Not here, the chicken was indescribable. I recommend, delicious.

11/12/2024: Pedí un bollo con mantequilla y mermelada. Llegó cubierto de azúcar. Le aconsejé que no pedí azúcar, pero me dijeron que este es el estándar de la casa, así que tuve que rechazarlo. Dado el interior blanco de la farmacia que sugiere un sesgo saludable, sería bueno que el azúcar sea opcional. Es tan fácil de agregar para aquellos que lo desean, pero no se puede quitar para aquellos que no lo hacen. Nos costó llamar la atención del personal para pedir un segundo café. El café era tranquilo, pero el personal parecía muy ocupado charlando detrás del mostrador. Cuando finalmente pedimos y recibimos el segundo café, el servidor no se llevó las tazas vacías o el plato vacío. El personal siguió pasando por delante de la mesa innumerables veces con las manos vacías. Tuve que pedirles que retiraran el plato usado y las tazas de café vacías. Cuando llegó el momento de pagar, solo un miembro del personal era visible y estaba ocupado haciendo un café, así que tuvimos que esperar para pagar.
