The best restaurants

15/11/2025: Avoid. You canntell it used to be a nice place but now it is run down and half closed. The concession stand is a joke. Wanted hot dog, didnt have hot dog. So I switched to nachos. The employee let me order and pay and THEN tells me they are also out of nacho cheese, and the chips werent even warm. So cold, stale chips with slightly off tasting sour cream and sweet salsa. They did actually have popcorn, but no butter flavor. In the theater, the seats had holes in them and everything looked really run down.

10/11/2025: (9/11/2025, 19:01) Rude, arrogant and disrespectful staff. I asked whether a bottle of water at room temperature was available and was treated as if I was wasting his time. I was not expecting 5-star, world class every single time, but this one was just way below minimum service standard. Ridiculous service. Filed a formal complaint through their online form.

13/11/2025: Can not go wrong with this family run restaurant and chipper, always excellent grub and great service. It's a popular regular with my friends and family.

20/11/2025: Shockingly flavourless food like there wasn’t even even salt used; snarky staff who are visibly bothered by your presence + throw your food/cutlery (which is all plastic by the way) on the table; and the door doesn’t even close?? lol might as well eat outside if it’s cold as there’s no difference…literally the worst experience I’ve ever had eating out in Dublin - please don’t waste your money by spending it here

15/11/2025: I was at the cinema with my family and after we came out we went to dinos for food. We ordered two hamburgers, two large chips and a curry. The chips were hard and green, the hamburgers were very dry and tasteless. The curry was the worst of all it was like it was watered down. I say it was about 95% water. I was very disappointed and won't be going back. The dinos in Blackpool is way better especially the curry.

27/09/2025: Very poor quality chips. Stale and had been sitting out for hours. Got the order wrong. Stupid kiosk where you must place your order. Will not be returning and didn’t finish

18/09/2025: *Would give zero stars if possible* Food was terrible, chips were very dry seemed like reheats from yesterday, burger lousy, kebab was like a swamp in a box. The delivery driver was extremely disrespectful over the phone, he arrived 15mins earlier than the scheduled time and threatened to drive off. As it was an order for a business there was a clear note to instruct the driver to call when leaving so I can meet him at the entrance but got a call when he was 1 min away and threatened to drive off if I wasn't there in 2mins and hung up the phone on me multiple times. If this is the person you have between the restaurant and the customers good luck because he'll ruin your business. Will never order again, disgraceful.

26/09/2025: Ordered 8 Pieces of Chicken and chips for the kids and Specifically asked for no drumsticks (got an eye roll from the lady) . Got back to the house with the chicken and there was only 7 pieces of chicken in total and three of those were drumsticks. Only half of each piece was coated and none of it was crunchy.

18/10/2025: The Rum House is always a great spot for food. Adrienne and the team are always quick to help and the food is top notch. I know there been a recent refurbishment so it decor I beautifully you to date. I'd definitely recommend a visit when you're in Dundalk
