09/09/2025: HORRIBOE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered pizza on uber eats, told the driver to meet me in lobby and he didn’t. He waited in the car outside, and I had my phone on airplane mode because I’m travelling. I waited 15 min and decided to call the pizza place and then received a call from a different lady and she starts yelling at me on how im wasting drivers time? They need a better system so they can see delivery instructions on app instead of calling customers shouting like that! 0/10 for the lady

24/08/2025: The hoggie here is 10/10 really fresh and delicious. Real chipper chips huge portion great value.

23/09/2025: Awful experience, they say to install their app for a free coffee. After buying the coffee they put me to pay as there was no voucher available in the freshly installed app. The staff told me that the promotion is over and in their liffet is saying clearly that on the 30.09.25 expires. I won't go to any nero cafe ever again

14/09/2025: On sunday you might see only a member of the staff and of course long q and slow service. Oh, ya, one more thing to mention, you' ll see lots of tables with cutlery, cups and other left overs by customers. A big let down in relation to clean.

18/12/2025: Very fast service, specially in the morning. Pleasant and polite staff. Raspberry vegan croissant is delicious.

15/02/2026: Yet another price increase. Totally not worth it. Food was substandard. Chips were obviously reheated. Interior needs a new coat of paint. Everything looks tired, I cannot understand how they keep raising the price despite the decline in overall food quality. Ridiculous

19/02/2026: Ordered small taco fries at the till and in mean time manager that was serving me jumped on the other till to listen to customers query, when he came back I asked to change my fries to large but was told that it cannot be changed even tho I havent paid for it yet. Was never asked if i want anything else at all? What kind of service is that?

I said to give it another try and i ordered a spice bag.Well very disappointed, no chicken at all, just 2 small pieces both of them together the size of a normal goujon.Taste was ok but for €12 i would expect more than just potatoes

18/12/2025: Ordered 2 burgers meals and got only the fries and the drinks, the burgers missing,and the delivery took almost 2 hours,and they don't answer the phone, stay away from that place.

17/12/2025: Simply amazing, any time I visit Dublin, its a must stop if you are looking for quality burgers, the seating is ok, not very flashy but still looks nice. Staff is polite and quality no doubt is great. Halal Menu

10/12/2025: The burgers there are really tasty, but the pizza is so-so. I ordered delivery and they almost didn't give me any pineapple, even though I asked for it, and they gave me water instead of Coke.

12/02/2026: I ordered online, wasn't given an option to set a time to collect my order but for some reason it swtu collection time to 2 and a half hours after I placed the order. I arrived in the lashing rain, not a single staff member in sight for about 5 minutes, finally someone appears and asks if I want to order, I say I'm waiting on an order. He darts back to god knows where. Other customers call out for staff but no one appears. I cannot see any food being prepared. 15 minutes after arriving it's just me there, no staff, no other customers. For 5 minutes I call out to the empty staff area. Finally the staff member returns, I am in a very upset state, saturated, starving and starting to tear up as I ask if my order is ready yet. Immediately the staff member pulls out the order receipt and tells me about the time set,, before telling me it's my fault. I am shocked because I didn't set that time. Suddenly he raises his voice and keeps giving out to me repeating that it's my fault and that I should have told him about the error I didn't know about. He barely lets me get a word in as I try to ask to cancel the order because I don't have the time to wait another however long it will take for him to make my food. I eventually left. I am never ordering there, I am disgusted with the lack basic decency or social skills, I am autistic and even I know not to give out to a crying person. If you want to get pizza in Carlow, Dominos is better.

16/01/2026: Food arrived stone cold as delivery driver went to incorrect address even tho the pin can be seen where location had to be brought to and address was correct. Had to ring up to sort it now. Waited an hour in the end in the cold outside and when the food finally arrived the pizza was like cardboard by then. Not worth €20 spend of food to arrive so late like this and cold! Very unprofessional
