22/03/2025: My sons placed an order through Deliveroo, the chips were cold the burger was completely wrong. I rang asking for the right one to be delivered the manager refused he said to contact Deliveroo for a refund or come in and collect a burger he hung up on me three times. I got a call from the owner to say he would speak to him regarding hanging up the phone. The outcome from the owner was my son had to go through Deliveroo for a refund and wait untill they decide weather or not they refund him. Absolutely appalling service. Avoid at all cost!!

This was my first time ordering, and it will definitely be the last. The food was disappointing, and to make things worse, the delivery driver was incredibly rude and lacked basic manners.
Save your money and go somewhere that respects their customers

10/02/2025: I came here to study with my friends. We tried to do it on the second floor, but they wouldn't let us go up. They didn't want to clean the place... We had to do it on the first floor, but it was too cold for me and my friends because they didn't heat it... I asked them twice, but they just shook their heads from side to side. My friends and I live far away and we came to study on the second floor on purpose, but we were treated like this and we felt so bad. Besides, I go there every week.
10/02/2025: My partner and I stopped by Starbucks on Leeson Street this morning for a coffee and had the pleasure of being greeted by Turkish barista Anil, who was super friendly and professional!
Two delicious and creamy cappuccinos

26/04/2025: Don't know if they have changed hands but the food has changed for the worse. Chicken breast was larger, curry sauce was dark, a layer of grease on top, hot and very little taste. The Prawn curry was the same hot with not much flavour. The Crispy Chicken satay did not taste like satay. There was a yellow sauce that may have been made of up waving the dish over satay, capturing the steam and then adding some cornstarch to thicken it. It tasted more like a very very very weak veg curry. They used to do very nice food until a few months back

15/01/2025: Had coffee in cafe nero on Dawson street today, and all was very nice until I went to the toilet. Toilet was very dirty and clearly had not been cleaned for some time as demonstrated by the bin, which was covered in grime. The stairs leading down to the toilet was also very dirty.
The cafe itself was fine.
Hopefully, this will be addressed.

14/01/2025: I was in Christmas week in Nero, to grab a coffee to warm up my day … and it was a good experience since the service, and the cappuccino as it was delicious!!! :)

03/05/2025: I Just ordered 2 kids chicken nugget meals, 3x batterd sausages, and 2x chicken kebabs. (It cost 61 euros at 08:38pm)
I got x3 kebabs instead.
The food i did get was nice to be fair but the service is crap as I repeated the order to the lads in the shop when I picked it up and they said yes,
Now they won't answer the phone and I'm a 30 minute drive away.
28/04/2025: The young lady in this restaurant was so rude and unfriendly. We were ready to order pizza. She never acknowledged us. When I finally got her attention, I asked if we could sit in the restaurant and eat our pizza. She just shook her head in a negative answer. I asked her if it was closed and she said yes and just walked to the back of the restaurant. Well, you just lost a pizza sell along with a good tip. Enjoy your unfriendly pizza babe!
