The best restaurants

23/05/2025: You dont see much of Dublin and after a while it gets boring. Not in Temple Bar at all. There are better ways to spend an evening, disappointed. Go bowling instead.

11/05/2025: I do not recommend booking this. I was on a stag do the weekend just gone and arranged the pedal bike tour for 9 people costing €270. The reviews and the website describes the tour as lively, you get a tour of Dublin, the leader gives good banter, stories and the pubs you stop off at are excellent. 4 pubs in total and the last one is great. Here’s the reality - you meet at the Lombard before you begin which is a great pub. Then you stop off at 2 pubs - both overpriced, terrible pubs before returning to the Lombard! The leader says hardly anything during the tour, you see nothing of Dublin and the bikes have definitely seen better days. It’s a complete rip off for €270 and I recommend not doing this!

10/06/2025: I asked for onion rings and chips and took my bag and went home. Afterwards I could not find onion rings in the bag and it was only chips. I later realised that they put onion rings at the very bottom and they were messy mash at the bottom of the bag that I could not even eat! A complete waste of money both chips and onion rings were undercooked

07/06/2025: Potentially the worst food I have ever been served, we were staying in the hotel opposite and popped in at the end of the night. Ordered a mixed kebab, to receive a bag with a pitta bread in, with some salad and a chopped up chicken burger.. fiancé ordered chips and curry and binned the whole thing it was that bad, avoid at all costs.

20/05/2025: Spice bag was so good. Made fresh with big pieces of chicken. Still hot after walking for 20 minutes.

20/05/2025: Fresh spice bag that had so much flavor! The service was fantastic and quick, they were very kind. The spice bag was amazing! They fried it fresh and it was very hot and crispy. Huge portion for a great price. We were licking our fingers it was so good.

26/04/2025: I ordered a large amount of food 100euro in Just eat for delivery for a Party there were alot of dishes and they delivered it to me in 40minutes the food was warm and tased fresh and delicious I would order at there place again

17/03/2025: I love currys. It's my go to take Way. This place is rotten. Dirty and smelly inside. Food was yuk. I could not eat my chicken balti the chicken was not fresh. The onion bargee were stale and the nam bread was undercooked. Never again will I step foot here. I'm sorry to give such a bad review but its honest.

07/05/2025: Last week I ordered lamb kebab. The meat was hard and not very hot. I ate it and was tortured by stomach pain, nausea and diarrhea in the middle of the night. I still feel uncomfortable today. Food poisoning.

01/04/2025: This place has fallen from the best Chinese Takeaway to the Worst. Food is over priced and wasn’t nice. There seems to be a difference in chefs and food is hit and miss during the week Owners have become greedy with their pricing , quantity of food and quality. Wooden recommend it

02/07/2025: Got “barbecue Cajun chicken bites” didn’t get barbecue or chicken in the yokes. The thing were the size of my small toe didn’t even get a single dip for free, driest bit of dough I’ve ever had (tried charging €10 for a dip) Brutal and wrotten

29/01/2025: Not happy with this place at all. Got food and drinks which was fine. Got charged extra for the drinks for the return scheme. Fine. I went to return the cans and they weren't accepted. It's not about the money but they charge and then you can't get it back. I rang the store looking to speak with a manager and this man called Farhan or something similar, told me he was the manager. He said what do you want me to do. I said well as the manager I'd like you to tell me. I was told to ring back after 8. That's when the manager would be back. He kept lying to me about being the manager and repeating what do you want me to do. Not happy with this rubbish service.

11/05/2025: I went in the store around 5 PM. There was hardly anyone in store. Only one person working, he took my order. I ordered 3 Chicken Kebabs and 1 Vegetarian Kebabs. He said it will take 20 min. but it took more than 30 min knowing the fact that only he was working in store little delay is understandable But , when I reached home there was no vegetarian kebab, all 4 kebabs were chicken. I called store to inform that we did not receive vegetarian kebab, the person on call was adamant to accept that he did not gave vegetarian kebab. He was again and again saying that he made on his own, it’s not possible that vegetarian kebab is not there. I told him that I am opened all the 4 kebabs and all have chicken in it. He was not at all ready to listen to me or accept this let alone apologise for his mistake. In the end I had to hang up call with no apology, no vegetarian kebab and no refund. I was so frustrated but he did not care about it. He was only fixed on he made it on his own. I paid and did not even get to eat anything. I would not recommend this place at all.

03/02/2025: My go to coffee shop every morning for the last 4 years and back for lunch most days also for there sandwiches. Great variety 10/10.
