01/04/2025: Double charge for delivery, charges extra for delivery while I already paid in UberEats application. Don't try it, just waste of money if you want.

09/03/2025: Ordered pineapple and ham but got pepperoni instead, no dip in the pizza and the extra dip I purchased was missing from the order. This isn’t the first time and it’s definitely our last time ordering from here. Absolutely loved their food but their attitude towards loyal customers is terrible.

24/04/2025: Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The presentation of the dish was unappetizing, the meat was dry, the bread was dry, and the sauce did not complement the meat at all. It's a shame to sell such food at that price. Sadly, I had to throw the food away. You really need to pay more attention to the quality of what you're serving.

11/04/2025: Pizza is not good. Other items are okay but the main thing I loved the donor wrap has been ruined. It used to be huge and for €9 it was a steal but now they made it 8.50 and they made it about 3 times smaller Doesn’t even fill me up anymore

07/01/2025: Used to really love ordering from here a few years ago but I don’t know if it was bought by someone else or change of management I’m not sure but it’s been terrible since, so stingy with toppings I’ve had to order pizzas with extra to make it somewhat normal. sides are either cold or burnt never right, honestly not going to waste my money in here anymore

31/12/2024: I found a piece of metal, like a staple from a cardboard box, as a topping on my pizza. See pictures attached. I called them and they wouldn't give me my money back but said they could do another pizza for me - I don't know how this would be OK especially as I made it clear I was worried about consuming any food from this place. I eventually got through to Four Star head office who returned my money but this branch and their management/customer service is a joke - let alone their food safety standards.

23/06/2025: Very bad experience. A BBQ dipped bites too ages to be prepared and given for a drive through order.

18/06/2025: Doesnt deserve 1 star place is an absolute shambles bring you through drive thru just to tell you to come in and order at the desk. Defeats the purpose of a drive thru Place is always messy. Just avoid all together the liffey valley drive thru is only a few mins away and is miles better

26/05/2024: Best pizza I've had in Dublin. The downside is that there are no cutlery. The pizza is cooked in the oven, there is a friendly chef-seller.

26/05/2025: Placed an order on Deliveroo, order was accepted by the restaurant - 5 minutes later I received a call from Deliveroo that the order was cancelled by the restaurant as it is outside their delivery zone. It is a 12 minute drive away and they are currently still accepting orders to the same location on their website and Deliveroo? Now I have to wait 5 days for a refund, instead of them not accepting orders to places they “don’t deliver” and then changing their minds.

19/04/2025: The pictures for the food feels misleading. The pictures look scrumptious but the food I must say sadly disappointed me. I asked for no mayo on my burger and it was made with so much mayo. The amount of sauce on my burger was enough to completely soak the bottom bun. It soaked it so much that it melted into a yeasty slime. Very unappetising. My chips were fine, a tad soggy but fine. My biggest concern is with the drink. When the order arrived the drink had spilled all over the bag? I would argue on why are cans or bottles not given with deliveries because it was a shame to have a lot of my drink spilled all over the bag. The chicken was nice quality but overall this place needs some work!

25/05/2025: We love to have a smoothie each time we are in the centre! Unfortunately the staff are in big needs regarding customer service. Girl taking the payment very annoyed as I made enquiry about a previous smoothie they used to have. And then a smirk on her face to make sure I am completely annoyed!

10/04/2025: I order here quite regularly (not sure why) but today’s order has been the worst! The chips were actually raw! We had to put them in the air fryer to make them edible! And of course it took over an hour for delivery! I’m done with these guys!

07/04/2025: Giving 1* because I cannot give 0. Waited 1.40min for my food that I ordered at work. Finished my shift at 23h and these grown up men asking me to stay longer to get my food that I order 1.40h ago. Contacted deliveroo and the team was just as dishonest as solo pizza. I definetly dont reccomend.

22/04/2025: Please Avoid, I was sick all night was up going to the bathroom & couldn't go into work today. Still feeling quezy & have just eaten toast allday today. I'm afraid to eat. AVOID... I went to Ginzeng yesterday at 4.45pm the food was awful as it was sitting in the containers for ages. Asked older man about my portion as it was less than my friends, (chicken skewer size of my little finger.) I have eaten here before but it was never this bad & skewers were bigger. The food has totally gone downhill. They are gone stingy? The prices went up? What else do they not care about? Will I ever eat again?

17/11/2024: Hi everyone, Just stay as far away from this restaurant as much as possible. This is an honest review. I am writing this review for the welfare of people of Cork. This restaurant is the worst among the restaurants I visited in my life. And it’s the same after 3 years I visited again. Nothing changed. I went out with my friends for dinner, ordered few different curries with beaf and chicken, along with chapati and naan. It was difficult to order because the guy tried to force us to order things according to his choice not ours. Now the order arrived and story started. The food is literally 0.1/5 in taste. I asked the guy to change the chapatis as they were literally burnt. Not eatable. The guy gave his first argument that (we sell chapatis like this, you have to eat them burnt as it is) Then his arrogance kicked in and he stoped serving us, we left the restaurant with worst experience and spoiled night. As I am an asian guy and I know what they are selling to people of Cork on the name of Indian food, Absolutely nothing. Pretty much same curry thing with hundreds of names. You won’t feel a difference in any thing. Long story short. Please stay away. And now I realised that there are loads of reviews of same kind as I am giving. I regret I would have read those reviews before I had given them chance to spoil our night out.

03/07/2025: I just want the management of this place to be informed that I went to get a pizza there at around 12.30 the girl at the counter told me that they never accept credit/debit cards and this is because the company only takes cash (as every other store in the block, she said) and invited me to go to the atm machine. At my protesting she said the machine wasn't working... what an excuse uh...I refused to get cash since my lunch is to be charged on my employers card and I need a receipt. So she refused to sell me the lunch. Not only Pizza Hut lost income but there might be something else going on there that should be investigated more accurately. I will never enter a Pizza Hut again anywhere. I will also inform Revenue.ie of possible tax fraud.

25/06/2025: Place is a joke waiting a month for a refund!!! Over an hour waiting half of the stuff didn’t come Best off ordering from dominos much better pizza place

28/01/2025: I went today, on January 27th, the food is very good, I always eat here, but the cashier is very rude and aggressive (this is not the first time).

19/01/2025: Love the food here so I keep going back, but the manager or lady on the counter is so aggressive.
