19/08/2025: Staff were rude and dismissive, food wasn’t great. Wouldn’t recommend.

29/07/2025: Today was disappointed by the service. The Manager and new staff ignored customers while chatting among themselves, making the ordering process frustrating. The food was good, but the rude attitude ruined the experience.

16/06/2025: Possibly the worst food I've ever had in Limerick. One of the dishes only had 4 pieces of meat that were losts in the most bland watery sauce. The chicken looked so old like it had been awoken from hibernation and had been grilled in a hurry to rush the order. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly but don't be fooled by this.

06/06/2025: Stale chips and roti bread..used rice swapped from another tub..very little lamb in bhuna..awful food this place seriously needs to be investigated

05/10/2025: Everything I go into the shop to get a roll the deli staff go that fast they bearly give u time to think for example she ask me did I want my roll cut and before I said yes she had it cut and can be very rude the roll does be just slapped together wit absolutely no care it's dear enough

13/11/2025: If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered chicken dippers and wedges from Mizzoni’s last night, and unfortunately, I became severely ill afterwards. I’ve had intense symptoms consistent with food poisoning. This was an extremely disappointing and concerning experience, and I won’t be ordering from here again. I hope the restaurant reviews their food handling and safety practices to prevent this from happening to anyone else

28/10/2025: Always found the food good however the delivery service is absolutely disgraceful they close 2 hours early without notice and don’t pick up there phones anytime, What a shame. Quick edit food is warm not hot very disappointing considering we’re frequent customers

12/10/2025: Avoid this place, I ordered a mixed kebab meal and I got a wrap with no meat when I rang up to complain the person hung up the phone, this place doesn't even deserve 1 star!!

01/10/2025: Terrible experience we asked for huggies and the chips came separate and it was 1 portion of chips at 4 huggies before we paid we asked for 4 huggies seen it was too expensive then we asked for 2 and he didnt want to give us only two and made a big fuss out of it then when we did end up trying to pay we paied 20€ cash and asked for the other €18 card he tried to charge us €28 terrible experience and the food wasnt worth it

06/09/2025: Well...First time there...Just we wanna try it... Never again... Singapore chow main- very pure and very saltly... Only two shrimps in a whole dish...Unidentified pieces of meat aswell...No much... Duck in plum sauce very chewy...No crispy at all...Looks like is made from old fat duck... Not enough time in owen to melt this fat... At least is cheap...And lady o the canter was nice and helpfull...

22/10/2025: Absolutely disgusting the first time I got food here I had to bin I rang and explained so they gave me free 3in1 which they purposely covered in pepper and put hair in it who ever eats out of here is just looking for food poisoning it's dreadful should b shut down

07/04/2025: Terrible customer service. Very agressive over the phone for no reason just for asking for something similar to a munch box on their menu and explained its contents. I was treated very disrespectfully and shouted at down the phone for no reason. Will never pay another euro here again.

09/09/2025: I order jade royal frequently and I have never had an issue I live in the north and I have to say this is the best Chinese I have ever had all these other people on here must have there heads in the clouds as this food is freshly made as you make your order 10/10

29/08/2025: Single worse version of a spice bag ever. Scooped up all the hard ‘chips’ from the bottom of the fryer and lord knows what ‘meat’ was masquerading as chicken but was a sinewy as a deep fried hens foot. Grim, grim, grim. Eskimo’s,, royal park or the bin at the back of Pet Hospital would provide a better effort for €12.50

10/11/2025: Just walked out of this place, I've been going here for months get a standards 3in1 with extra onions everytime. Today is the first time I seen the manager / owner, I asked for the same 3in1 with extra onions, he refused to put the onions in and said it wasn't him but the kitchen that wouldn't do it. I explained I always come here and get it with extra onions! I ended up walking away , he should of got abuse because he had a bad attitude! To be truthfull, the curry sauce is not great here, and I only come cause it's on the way home !

20/07/2025: Very poor quality food. I’ve never had food this bad in Cork. Do not try it. Seriously disappointing. The only good item was the vegetable spring roll .

03/05/2025: Fresh Food and Friendly Faces but Let Down by the Plates I visited O’Briens Café in Jervis Shopping Centre with my son early on a Saturday morning. It was one of the very few places open and serving food at 10.30am, which was a real bonus when everything else was still closed. The convenience alone makes it worth considering if you are in the area early. The sandwiches were genuinely tasty. The bread was fresh and clearly good quality, and the ingredients felt well chosen and nicely balanced. What really stood out though was the staff. The two team members on duty were warm, welcoming, and seemed genuinely happy to serve us. That kind of positive attitude makes a big difference and gave the place a bright, upbeat feel from the moment we arrived. However, there was one detail that did take away from the overall experience. The sandwiches were served on basic plastic plates, which felt out of place given the price. It gave the meal a slightly disposable, rushed feel that didn't match the quality of the food or the care put into service. I understand it is part of a food hall setting, but a switch to proper crockery would go a long way in elevating the overall experience and better justifying the cost. In the end, O’Briens offered a quick and satisfying bite with genuinely fresh ingredients and excellent service. A small change in presentation could easily turn a good visit into a great one.

07/12/2025: I have ordered food first time on Friday night arrived in 57 min im 12 walk , food quality terrible noodles were to spicy to eat meat and duck quality very dry when rang the reception to ask how long for my food to arrive some very rude Chinese girl said very busy and hang up the phone .

27/11/2025: My boyfriend are regulars at this place but today there just something off about the order. Usually when we order duck it all comes it all comes together but not today so we rang up the restaurant to confirm we had the right order in and this lady on the phone is just so rude, going on and on about whatever it is that she thinks she was going on about. Even hung up the phone on us twice. Now I’m not the type to do this but that’s it for me. Today marks the last time with Rose Garden. You need to sort out your customer service or you risk running out of business.
