25/08/2024: We got beautiful food here today .Compliments to the chefs.From the chips ,burgers ,nuggets ,& curry 10/ 10.The customer service is excellent & friendly .I would highly recommend The Galley Bundoran for a bite to eat 👍
07/07/2024: We went in on a Sunday afternoon and it did seem busy however it was very obvious that they were only cooking one order at a time as the person who ordered their food before us received their order and then we were informed that something we had ordered was actually out of stock. We probably waited about 30-40 minutes for our food and when it came it was nice but we probably wouldn’t go back - plenty of other chip shops that wouldn’t take as long.

28/12/2024: I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the till staff. They treated us as if we were caught stealing in their store, with rude and unfriendly attitudes. I noticed the same behavior towards all the customers in the queue ahead of me. Just teach your till staff how to smile – it would make a huge difference. I don't understand why the management doesn't address this issue.
28/12/2024: I never understand the purpose of loyalty card. There is no offer and no benefit of the card.

13/08/2024: Service is so bad. Put in order. Waited 20 mins for a wrap, so I asked about it, and when the waitress realised no one in the kitchen had started the order, they all started laughing and went back on their phones behind the counter.
I would avoid, too many great spots to eat in Dun Laoghaire than waste your money here.
01/07/2024: I'm in love with the coffee shop! I love having a coffee in the morning or during the day and I confess that the best mocca I had in Dublin was in this cafe, made by Fernando! Every day I go to the library, I ask if he's working 😂because the coffee is delicious, he makes it perfectly! And I also discovered that he is the cook, so in addition to making an excellent mocca, he makes all the sweets and all the lunch! I really recommend this place! I love so much!

25/08/2024: We live outside Monaghan and ordered online to try some place new. When we called in we didn't realise the place had closed because the online order still works. The charge is pending on our card, I just hope we get the refund. Do not use their online website. The place is closed and derelict.

06/12/2024: Stopped for a quick bite en route. Never again. Food was horrible and cold even though it was suppose to be toasted and had to return the soup to be reheated as it was also cold. Place very grubby. Only saving grace was the lovely girl that served us. Should be more staff on duty

More new staff. Trying their best. It is obvious that lack of support/ systems / management is the problem. Contract should be reviewed by #Tesco.

18/12/2024: Ordered here a good few times since they’ve opened and it’s been lovely well tonight awful , freezing cold chips were hard arrived after an hour and a half of waiting and they didn’t offer to send out fresh food and refused refund ! I wouldn’t even mind if they were nice and apologetic but horrible experience with them all together was offered credit after been on the phone a long period of time I said I wouldn’t be ordering again! Over 50 euro down the drain avoid

27/10/2024: Had a great meal at the inn. The seafood chowder is not to be missed. The Lamb shank was also very good. Very conveniently located with ease of finding a parking space. Would definitely stop in again if in the area
08/10/2024: should have known from being ushered in off the street by the owner that this was not going to be the authentic Irish pub lunch we were looking for
food was overpriced and bland. the woman 'running' the place was rude to staff when she was not buying shoes online. felt rushed and should not be pushed to pay by cash. tourist trap

21/03/2024: I am very disappointed with the food i have received, i was out all day because there was nothing in the house so i thought i should go to Marios with my mates, the second i walked in, the atmosphere was terrible. It took a long time for the staff to serve us
The service itself absolutely disgraceful, the food was pricy and expensive
When i went home and when we opened the box up the chips were solid as a rock and the fish was covered in grease, when i picked the fish up, my hands were covered in oil and grease
I WOULD NEVER EVER SUGGEST TO GO TO THIS TAKEAWAY TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN PLEASE DONT GO

08/03/2024: possibly the worst takeaway in dublin i got the chicken pita bread kebab and fries. the prices are incredibly high not only that the food is absolutely rank the fries are raw,soggy,greasy and the chicken i got was raw/rock hard.i also felt very sick after that kebab. not to mention the staff had an attitude unfortunately i dont have any pictures of this but i do not recommend

10/08/2024: We had a very pleasant experience both in the establishment (the attention they gave us was excellent) and later when we ate (the dishes were frankly good and generous in quantity).
Although we came to Ratkeale in passing, we know for sure that if we set foot there again, we will be coming to buy food here again.
The only tricky thing is that they only accept cash, but there is an ATM on the edge and the "effort" of going to get money is compensated by the meal afterwards.
