10/04/2025: Top place for takeout. Best in nenagh by far

18/03/2025: We have being customers of Richards for years but the food quality has declined, tastes different looks different. One time the quality and consistency was by far the best you would find sadly not now. Make changes for the good guys people won't put up with this much longer

10/06/2025: Went for a quick meal before a flight as so many other passengers. Food was as expected, no complaints on that front. Staff is very busy trying to cope with demand. The problem lies in communication. There is a screen at the entrance stating waiting time should be about 11 minutes. It was double that. No information is better than misleading information. Moreover the screen informing orders ready and under preparation was not updated. It is unreasonable, in an international airport to assume the customers will be in a position to hear it even understand English numbers randomly shouted through a busy room. Don't make a promise you can't keep. Besides, only some orders got napkins. None were available on the counter. This should be easy to get, and when I politely asked a for staff they pointed me to the other side of a crowded room. Make sure you have different stations across the room to get napkins.

29/04/2025: A cruel and unusual punishment to make their staff work today, and keep their deli open, with drain cleaners working right next to the deli and an awful smell taking over the entire premises. People were visibly gagging leaving the place. Disgusting keeping the place open.

05/06/2025: We had to explain what a rasher was. Then he took the order after 5 times we repeated the order. After all that he said "now wait" and started serving the next person.

29/04/2025: Delicioso 😋 al preguntar al personal minorista de abajo, ¿dónde irías a almorzar acordaron unánimemente Bagel bar. Así que lo hicimos y tuvimos un sándwich de bagel realmente genial. A diferencia de otros buenos puntos de venta rápidos, no hay sensación hinchada rellena después, así que recomiendo este lugar.

27/04/2025: The worst spice bag in the history of spice bags, zero veg and it came in a box. The satay was abysmal too. Won't be ordering again.

25/12/2024: Very rude woman. Will tell you to leave 1 hour before closing time. Never greets customer, I've seen her constantly being rude to customers. Food is OK and just OK but the rudness of this woman is unbelievable. Would not recommend.

30/09/2024: We ordered the fish and chips and chicken filet sandwich. Whatever oil they fry it in left our stomachs feeling awful the entire night. Really disappointed.

31/08/2024: It was my first order from here and probably the last one. I’ve ordered kebab tray. Inside the bag was small tray comparing it to the competitors I have to say the smallest size for sure. Meat was very dry, the pieces cut very long which was difficult to eat. Few chips, a bit of ketchup and mayo at the bottom and barely visible salad for €8.50 ? Definitely not worthy. Has potential however for this price you will get better food from competitor's.

02/07/2025: Paid €4.50 for an iced coffee. When I asked for a straw one of the servers was about to hand me one. However the other server quickly took it out of her hand and said we don't have any. She then began to lecture me about the environment despite it being paper. I asked if I needed to pay extra. She then said sure, €2. So I handed it over for my straw. I paid €6.50 for a coffee. Next time I'll be going to insomnia next door. They're much nicer there.

28/06/2025: The coffee machine wasn’t working and the ginger iced tea tasted like flavored water.

31/05/2025: I had very bad experience in this restaurant. The person on the till was very rude. The quality of the food was also very poor. Just wasted my money and food there

24/05/2025: I’m really disappointed with Ginzeng. I showed up during their posted opening hours expecting to sit in and enjoy a meal, only to be told they weren’t accepting sit-ins — no explanation, no signage, nothing. If you’re open, customers should be able to dine in, especially when that’s a major reason people choose your restaurant. Wasted my time and left with a bad impression. Won’t be coming back unless they get more consistent and transparent with their service.

24/06/2025: Just had delivery of smoked cod, chips and bottle of coke.Needef hammer and chisel batter was so hard, obviously cooked many times!! Never again.

24/05/2025: Only a shell of what it used to be, they sneak their prices up after a certain time. Last order was taco chips, not a scrap of mince in it, very disappointed.

14/02/2025: Absolutely an amazing and delicious food choice, cheap fast and good food. What more could u ask for? This is my FAVOURITE place to eat as it has pizza AND Chinese food 10/10

20/02/2025: Ordered on deliveroo.food took over an hour and a half to come and arrived freezing cold. The spicy box chicken was pink and the chips were raw. the garlic bread and pizza were so undercooked. Staff were so unhelpful on the phone

07/12/2024: Food is very bad. It’s full of oil and bad taste. Their kebab is nowhere close to an actual kebab. It just looks and tastes like cooked meat dipped in some cheap oil

21/06/2025: Ordered a Munchie box there was four chips one onion ring there was a bite taken out of the chicken nuggets and was covered in tartar sauce

13/04/2025: DO NOT ORDER OR DRIVE TO THIS PLACE I drove 30mins because it said it was opened But when I got there IT WAS CLOSED and everytime I order they always get the order wrong,one time I got 2 spicy chips AND THEY GAVE ME 2 CURRY CHIPS AND A SPICE BAG sure I still got the spicy chips and technically free curry but idc I was hoping for what I ordered and didn't get it,what a scam.

22/05/2025: The height of laziness from staff here at Tullamore subway . The bathroom is absolutely disgusting like this for months absolutely filthy Service is disgraceful to no respect towards customers. The place needs a deep clean
