06/11/2024: I had a very disappointing experience at the store today. When buying food, the cashier didn't offer a bag, but I asked for one at the end of the purchase (which I don't see as an issue—it's completely valid for me to ask). She gave me a small bag with obvious reluctance. When I returned it because my meal didn't fit, she asked if I wanted a larger one, and upon saying yes, she gave it to me again with the same unwillingness. From the moment of payment, she showed a visibly negative attitude, making faces and gestures that made it clear she had no interest in working. I wasn't well served and, honestly, I don't intend to return. I understand everyone has bad days, but what's unacceptable is transferring that negativity to customers. If there's no willingness to work, they should leave the position for someone more committed and polite.

10/04/2025: I order here quite regularly (not sure why) but today’s order has been the worst! The chips were actually raw! We had to put them in the air fryer to make them edible! And of course it took over an hour for delivery! I’m done with these guys!

07/04/2025: Giving 1* because I cannot give 0. Waited 1.40min for my food that I ordered at work. Finished my shift at 23h and these grown up men asking me to stay longer to get my food that I order 1.40h ago. Contacted deliveroo and the team was just as dishonest as solo pizza. I definetly dont reccomend.

23/02/2025: Nearly every time I order the order is completely wrong🤣. Food always cold and don’t even give ketchup or salt with the food haha. You’d be very lucky if you get a straw with your drink too. Ordered 25 euro worth of food once and get handed 4 smoothies🤣

22/04/2025: Please Avoid, I was sick all night was up going to the bathroom & couldn't go into work today. Still feeling quezy & have just eaten toast allday today. I'm afraid to eat. AVOID... I went to Ginzeng yesterday at 4.45pm the food was awful as it was sitting in the containers for ages. Asked older man about my portion as it was less than my friends, (chicken skewer size of my little finger.) I have eaten here before but it was never this bad & skewers were bigger. The food has totally gone downhill. They are gone stingy? The prices went up? What else do they not care about? Will I ever eat again?

07/03/2025: Worst experience ever, the staff was super rude, when i asked about the choice of gravy the lady just shouted at me to choose any 1. I dont have option to give negative stars if I had i would have given it.

19/11/2024: i ordered using the just eat app at around 12, got my sandwich at 13:30, the italian bread was dry like the sahara desert i dont know what took so long, i think the pig was still alive when i ordered my ham footlong that s why it took so long

12/04/2025: The food is nice , but they really need to take a look at the sauces , they are like goo and really bland there’s no taste , we tried several different types of sauces and they are all the same , for a Chinese you need to get the sauces right and unfortunately it’s letting this Chinese down big time ,

23/03/2025: Just spent 54 euro on food. Absolutely muck. It's always been average as a takeaway. Any Chinese that uses McDonnells curry sauce is no Chinese in my books but there is no alternative this far out. BBQ rips the sauce may aswell he like plain jelly with BBQ coloured food colouring 0 flavour. The black bean sauce must be made up of 80 percent salt I nearly swallowed myself with the first taste. Johnny fried rice the same 80 percent salt. Spice bag was average but atleast edible. Crispy dumplings were nice, but for 54 euro I feel sick it's an absolute robbery for the standard of food.

19/01/2025: I just want to start this off by saying they got my order wrong, the first pizza was soggy, the toppings were falling off and the pizza was overall not good at all. It happens that there is a miss communication, But the second pizza was absolutely atrocious. The delivery driver handed me the pizza and didn’t even look at me, I understand it’s time consuming but it’s simply not my fault. The second pizza toppings were correct, but as soon as I opened the pizza the smell caught me off guard??😭 it smelled so off I’m not sure what they put on this but it was crazy. The slices were cut so questionably…. And under all of that it was soggy AGAIN same thing the toppings were falling off once AGAIN the crust was disgusting. This is probably the last time i ordered from here and pepperoni pizza..this literally gave me PTSD..😭😭?? Things happen like this but this was HORRIBLE let me mention again the smell is still lurking in my nose. If any of you think this is a joke I’m glad and I kinda wish it was. I take this deep bc I was hungry and they messed up bad TWICE?

06/12/2024: 1 hour delivery time + Driver calling us to ask for a 5€ cash charge (After almost 30mins) on top of JustEat charge after accepting said order. Avoid at all cost. ALSO cold

08/03/2025: 👎🏿The food here is rank and I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Hairy half cooked chicken and chewy stale shrimp is not something I ever want to see again. Therefore follow my example and avoid this place🤢
