11/01/2025: I left my review already but after ordering nearly 40 times with Thindi in Northen cross,no good customer service.only thing that food is very tasty otherwise I won't order from Thindi.no value for regular customer.Thindi app is one more difficult task to get loyaty points each time to ask for 7th order discount.

26/12/2024: It's absolutely filthy.. Food stuck to the walls what looks like for months. It's absolutely disgusting under the tables.. Needs a serious deep clean.. Long wait times for crap food.. Got a sausage and egg muffin.. Egg was still clear and runny only to sit and eat it in filth.. Took the egg off, couldn't be bothered waiting another 15 mins for another one... Absolute dump..
22/12/2024: 10+ minute wait at drive through to be served. Mcflurrys weren’t the best quality. Wrap of the day and burger were fine.

06/12/2024: Ordered at 19:00, got the food almost cold at 21:00, 2 hours later and the delivery was an 8 minutes drive away, €5 extra for delivery or he wouldn't deliver it
06/12/2024: 1 hour delivery time + Driver calling us to ask for a 5€ cash charge (After almost 30mins) on top of JustEat charge after accepting said order. Avoid at all cost. ALSO cold

21/10/2024: got order wrong after waiting 10+ minutes for it, went back and then got the right order but cheese was cold and tasted like it was straight out of the fridge. main problem is the amount of time it took.

When it came, the chicken and chips were covered in some sort of caster sugar seasoning... not the treat I was expecting. and it wasn't spicy.
Won't be going here again. Who covers chicken and chips in sugar?
04/01/2025: I picked up the food and ate it. I was very unimpressed, the spice bag was completely covered in spices so I could barely taste the chips or chicken. There was also a very little amount of veg.
The Thai wok sesame chicken was way too sweet as well it wasn't very nice.

19/11/2024: We ordered a kids meal and the popcorn chicken came half cooked. We rang to get it rectified but they wouldn’t do anything about it and were very dismissive on the phone. The rest of the food tasted reheated and was barely luke warm. We are ordering from here years and I hate to complain but the way the dealt with raw chicken in a kids meal is just not acceptable. Will never order from here again.

One had to correct change being given.
3 had to remind the server to give the drinks that were part of the order.
Two paid for chicken breast meal deals. But, got chicken burger meal deal instead. 3 euro difference. Would have objected but by the time we realized, we were long gone. Chips were nice, but we felt we were conned.
07/12/2024: Lovely fish and chips with a tasty tartar sauce to go with it will go back for kebab next time I think
