09/11/2025: No vegetarian options. Maybe put up a sign to advise people queuing.

09/10/2025: I got a leaflet from this company through the letterbox, on it was a picture and price of a shared platter. I had an event on so I was thinking this would be perfect. I rang to order it. The first person I spoke to said they weren't sure and to ring back. I saw on the site they take emails for events, so I also emailed. I heard nothing back from the email and when I rang I mentioned the email. I was told that they don't accept email orders.... So I asked could I order on the phone, I was told to ring Supermacs and order before I come up... Great. So I wanted this for around midday Saturday. I rang early, Supermacs weren't open so my call was disconnected. I rang a few times up to 11:20. So I drove up and asked in person can I get this legendary shared platter. The poor people behind the counter looked at me like I had 2 heads. I then got a "we don't do that"... So I had to get an emergency order from somewhere else. I wouldn't bother with this crowd. No one seems to know what is going on.

08/09/2025: Absolutely disgraceful food, price and atmosphere. Mini breakfast consisted of 1 sausage that looked like it was cooked 3 days ago, 1 greasy rasher and 1 egg not fully cooked. Tea and toast for €14 Absolute rip off. Staff where like zombies.

23/04/2025: staff were lovely except for woman with grey and black hair, very rude and aggressive. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with her, will not be coming back.

26/09/2025: Service was great, very friendly and professional. Atmosphere was cozy and elegant. Let me wine taste with no extra cost, tried out if wine was for me. Free appetisers, lovely crab tart. I ended up with a pear cocktail it was strong but tasted beautiful. The lamb was tender and cooked to liking and pulled easily off the bone. The pistachio added a nice texture and looked very appealing. Sea bass had a crispy bottom and the fish was velvety, no bones. The risotto was overcooked but the sauce and mussels made me overlook the fact it was overcooked and was flavourful. The desserts were lovely. The banana icecream was a favourite. The mango pastry had puree, didnt punch through like I wanted it to, just tasted like vanilla. Sorbet was lovely and sweet.

15/11/2025: Swords Pavillion Abrakebabra Upset that our child was not served. Also friends turned away. They were not causing any issues. bad attitude with this staff member. He was turned away due to his order being too small. This is discrimination towards slim people. The person who in question did this was wrong in his decision. We will be requiring a full apology. This happened on 28th of October at around 3pm. We can not support your fast food place. Your staff need better training.

23/10/2025: If you looking for a place of diner on a go. With quite a selection and food that hits the spot. This is a great place to choose.

17/10/2025: Absolutely inedible got chicken and chips chicken looked off and was rubbery and burnt chips were cold made me feel sick after a couple bites food looked like it was days old and has been reheated multiple times absolutely disgusting paid €20 for nothing

21/11/2025: I rarely leave bad reviews, but this one deserves it. I ordered a vegetarian pad thai, and what I got was basically a bowl of oil with a few noodles floating around. The dish was so greasy it was inedible, and it completely lacked any real flavor. For the price, this was incredibly disappointing. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

30/10/2025: Worst Camille ever. I have been to these all around the country and eaten hundreds. This one serves the large order in one dish with the rice also in it and say it’s large 🤣🤣 it is also meant to come with two portions or fleece that you pay for. I was told at the counter this is the two portions of rice. See picture. 4 bits of chicken. Avoid. Not run in the same way or consistency. Actual joke

03/08/2025: Found a hair in the pizza – terrible service We found a hair baked into the pizza dough. I recorded a video as proof. We had already eaten most of the pizza when we noticed it. When we called to complain, they didn’t apologize. Instead, they told us to bring the pizza ourselves and even said they would give our number to the Garda. Very unprofessional.

19/07/2025: Best apple tart ever and i actually bought all my bread there yesterday n cakes - i was going to leave a good comment but after reading those comments about the way they treated those girls - i won't be supporting the place again !! it's an absolute disgrace to treat people with such disregard - giving up a job to start working with hassetts to be let go a few weeks later !!! Hassetts you should be ashamed of yourselves 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

06/10/2025: I had a really bad experience here today. I wanted to order pancakes for my daughter, but instead of the marshmallows that come with it, I asked for strawberries — a simple and much healthier option. The waiter told me they weren’t allowed to make that change, as their manager had instructed them not to swap marshmallows for strawberries. I find it completely unacceptable that a café refuses a healthier alternative for a child, especially when strawberries are already available on other menu items. It’s very disappointing that they prioritize rigid rules over basic customer care and healthy options. That’s awful

25/08/2025: Look at this sizeable portion of crisps with my sandwich 😂 Asked politely for more because I thought it was comical and she was rude and said ‘well that’s the portion’. It’s also insanely overpriced.

08/11/2025: Take away order. Meat beast kebab. Only a touch of garlic sauce on the top. No other sauces. No slaw. Dry as a camels flip flop. Burger, bun not toasted, 2 pieces of onion, hardly any sauce. Presented like the leaning tower of Pisa. Very poor. I'm not after stumbling out of a nite club at 2am.....

27/09/2025: The worst kebab of my life, very dry and not good at all. I ordered waffle fries and got standard fries.
