The best restaurants

05/08/2025: We had a lovely lunch at Jones today. Honey glazed ham with good portions. Lunch for two with Coca-Cola for two. €37.00 Good price for what we got. Only Negative not much for young children.

23/06/2025: I had a deeply disappointing experience at Jones Farm Shop and Cafe recently. After a very underwhelming lunch where the sandwich bread was stale and the quiche was overheated and rock hard, I bought chocolate macarons from their food shop. Shockingly, after my daughter ate three of the macarons, she got sick. When we got home, we discovered the reason, the macarons were almost a month out of date. Selling expired food is completely unacceptable, especially from a place that presents itself as a quality farm shop. I will not be returning, and I STRONGLY urge others to check what they’re being sold if they choose to shop here, expired food should never end up in a customer’s hands.

12/11/2025: A quaint, welcoming, and charming place. Excellent food, good service. Homemade beer.

13/07/2025: We had an amazing time at the Wicklow brewery. We had a tour to ourselves with the amazing Vinnie whose knowledge was next to none. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and could not recommend it highly enough. The beer was lovely and we can’t wait to find it again!

29/07/2025: We were on our holidays in Ballina and decided to get an Indian takeaway. Going on reviews on Tripadvisor we went with Bisini. I don't know what the people who reviewed this were eating but our experience was awful. The onion bajani were burnt and the food was awful. We would never again go back!

25/08/2025: Very expensive, the tiur guides and drivers were once looked after for bringing thousands of people here every year. Now they won't even give a cappuccino. I will be recommending everybody to go to Durty Nellys at the top of the road.

07/03/2026: food was alright overall but not worth given the price. steaks were bad (bad cut and under seasoned), but their seafood was good! cocktails were lovely. view was beautiful.

21/03/2024: I am very disappointed with the food i have received, i was out all day because there was nothing in the house so i thought i should go to Marios with my mates, the second i walked in, the atmosphere was terrible. It took a long time for the staff to serve us The service itself absolutely disgraceful, the food was pricy and expensive When i went home and when we opened the box up the chips were solid as a rock and the fish was covered in grease, when i picked the fish up, my hands were covered in oil and grease I WOULD NEVER EVER SUGGEST TO GO TO THIS TAKEAWAY TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN PLEASE DONT GO Must be shutdown immediately

08/03/2024: possibly the worst takeaway in dublin i got the chicken pita bread kebab and fries. the prices are incredibly high not only that the food is absolutely rank the fries are raw,soggy,greasy and the chicken i got was raw/rock hard.i also felt very sick after that kebab. not to mention the staff had an attitude unfortunately i dont have any pictures of this but i do not recommend

12/03/2026: The staff is very friendly but the prices are mad now. Tiny plate of chips 4 Euro for example.
