15/02/2025: Got the coffee cake from centra,didn't have enough icing and the icing looked really dry but I just thought "oh I'm sure it's fine" and I was also really craving cake. It was very dry and tough to swallow. I just decided to look them up because I couldn't understand the dryness and saw other people experienced the same thing

29/01/2025: I happened to have the misfortune of purchasing-and spending a hard earned 99p on these absolutely revolting blocks of sewage waste you call cupcakes. I was having a perfectly nice, lovely day, when I stumbled upon these monstrosities, wrapped up in plastic, sat menacingly on the shelf of Home Bargains. Curious, I forked out 99p to purchase and try these devoid pieces of pastry. News flash: I despised every waking second that my tongue that the misfortune of tasting.first, the cake (if you can call it that) tasted like absolute toss. I would've preferred to have chowed down on a foam brick from Total Ninja covered in feet fungus and sweat covered in the cheapest icing I could possibly get my hands on. The icing was a crime against every law ever implemented. Quality control must be made up of absolute incompetent tosspots because they looked at the rock solid icing and said ready to go. This was harder than a brick wall reinforced with concrete and titanium metal. The sprinkles tasted like a wax candle metled in the sun. What absolute devoid creature came up with this idea. I hope all your factories are at the wrong place at the wrong time and your company is finished.

28/11/2024: Incredibile how a portion of chips is now 4.50eur. they never give you a receipt and they also chip out on the size of a single chips portion. I was literally able to count the chips in the bag.

14/03/2025: The place is small but not bad. It is inside a Spar. However, this is the third time I have visited, and the service is terrible with staff that barely speak English. They always get my sandwich wrong, and they put very little filling. If you ask for more, they say they will charge more. I will not return. They make money off the students, and I think they need to improve a lot.

19/02/2025: Please avoid this place. They have given me Food Poisoning , I'm out of work for 3 days because of it. Something is not right here. And the floor is sticky to walk on. I'll be making a further complaint to your head office

11/03/2025: Appalling treatment of customers, my Mum was served a pastry she did not order, and subsequently told by a server called Finnola she could not get the correct pastry due to ‘health and safety reasons’. She then proceeded to debate what my Mum ordered. Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful service from this particular server, who also visibly treated other severs with disrespect. Food was unremarkable. Avoid this place.

18/01/2025: I have to say the way I was treated here was shocking. I would urge people not to spend a dime here . I was in a rush and I seen pancake advertised for 3.50 as I approached the till I was offered by a staff memeber a number of different toppings . I picked banana and maple syrup. I got to the till only a few seconds later . I was given a different price of 7.50 . I explained it is advertised as 3.50 and I was offered toppings and asked why it was 7.50 as it was a single pancake too . She said it was an additional 4 euro to add banana to the pancake… I said I won’t have the banana as It didn’t advertise this . The staff memeber was so rude and told me it was already made try to pressure me into buying it . I said I’m sorry but that’s not what it says on the board nor was I told this before ordering . She then said she would have to throw the banana in the bin and can we meet in the middle . I agreeed as I thought it was resolved and I paid 4.50 . I joke you not they gave me the pancake with no banana . They put it in the fridge and try to charge me for something I disnd get. I was not going to be treated this way and asked to speak with the lady again . She rudely gave me back the additional money she tried to rob from me over a silly banana . I am also 6 months pregnant and I have never experienced such horrible treatment from a cafe or restaurant, it was unbelievable . I have never ever heard the likes of it . Avoid this place at all costs .

29/03/2025: It just improved so much! Healthy, accessible and tasty options! It is a shame it is the only place like this in the entire UCD campus

08/03/2025: UCD walkway coffe shop.Extremely rude female member of staff working at the till. She mixed up my order and then very aggressively accused me of lying multiple times. She stood there staring and shaking her head at me while I was waiting for what I actually ordered. And by the way my order wasn’t something exotic which is easy to mix up, it was an americano… Not the first time I’ve had a problem with her either.

28/01/2025: I went today, on January 27th, the food is very good, I always eat here, but the cashier is very rude and aggressive (this is not the first time).

19/01/2025: Love the food here so I keep going back, but the manager or lady on the counter is so aggressive.

18/02/2025: Cenamos en Zizzis recientemente. Tengo que decir que estaba muy sabroso. Tenemos 3 cócteles para empezar. Luego tuvimos la bomba de ajo chorizo para recoger para empezar y luego todos tuvimos platos de pasta para principal. Muy sabroso. Buen servicio. Todo parecía fresco y se les puede ver cocinando en la zona de la cocina. Disfrutamos mucho!

17/02/2025: Alimentos industriales insípidos Tenía pocas expectativas cuando elegimos Zizzis antes de ver Bridget Jones, pero no lograron cumplirlas. El personal era agradable. El vino estaba bien. Pero la comida era horrible. Evitar.

18/04/2025: A no frills deli type of eatery. We had fish and chips and it was delicious. Prices were what you'd expect in a touristy area, but the food was great.

29/01/2025: I saw the 1 star reviews, and I think this is true! I went here today, and it would be the last time! I went here this morning around 11:08 AM, and it was bad. The lady behind the counter was grumpy and kinda angry! I got a coffee and a cookie, and it all came to €7.50. Not good value, because my friend got a small bottle of coke and a tiny piece of chocolate cake for €9.45, not good value for money. The coffee did not taste right, I added milk, and it was still the same. The rainbow cookie was grand! About 30 minutes later, I went to the disabled bathroom for wheelchairs, and there was a bad smell, which was not to my liking. I left here feeling disappointed! I would never return to this Café again, as I was reading the 1 star reviews! I will avoid this place for now on! 👎👎

21/11/2024: Iv orderd a few times, my son perfers here, well not anymore ..they tryed to tell me I ordered for collection even tho I had the delivery payment to prove.food was 2 hours late and they still asked for another 3.50 at the door and gave us the food absolutely freezing. Couldnt even reheat it , was already like bricks in a bag. All went in the bin,such a waste.Been sitting there the 2 hours. Never never ever again. I'd give no stars if I could.

25/10/2024: Tasty bite is exactly what it is not......tasteless is exactly the word I'd use to describe it. Advertised as chicken fillet burger but I'm not sure...chips were plentiful but very disappointing. Never again

14/02/2025: If I could put 0 stars I would. First off very rude staff and have little to no manners. Waited over 3 hours for a spice box, just to come cold AND a black hair in my spice box🤮 safe to say I don't recommend this place.
