22/06/2025: Would highly recommend. In a great location in the city centre, reasonable entry fee and extremely beautiful women that you can have fun with. I came out with more money than i came in due to the blackjack table, and my pecker was running wild in there. Big shout out to felipe who helped me have a good time

03/06/2025: Horrible place, will scam you badly. Putting random numbers into the car machine and tell you payment hasn’t went through. Robbed me of thousands taking advantage of the fact I was drunk. They will deny you off any receipts as to why they’ve massively overcharged you. Do not go.

01/07/2025: Avoid at all costs. First, the place looks run down. It looks like it never got renovation since it first opened. Badly needs maintenance. Service was ok. Ah old lady but couldn't wait to swipe my card. I hadn't ordered 3 minutes and it was ready. The portions were very small especially for the price. They use the rice trays to put the main course in and all veg no meet. Terrible scroungers. They will only lose customers going on like that. And your looking at one. Never again.

03/05/2025: So bad the shop dining area was covered in midget flys and when we looked over our heads there was heaps of flys on the ceiling over each seating area to make it worse they were falling down on to table on to the food, also the 3 foreign men behind the counter were on a go slow chatting away no orders ahead of us but yet took 20 minutes to make a taco chip the shop made my skin crawl honestly no cleaning being done I've worked in hospitality for 12 years and also abra at once stage definitely not following food safety standards.

30/04/2025: Ordered from here and they delivered the food two hours late, they wouldn't answer my phone calls to query where the food was. Don't waste your time

07/04/2025: Absolutely appalled by the customer service I just experienced. The person on the phone was unbelievably rude — shouting over me while I was just trying to place an order. No patience, no professionalism, just pure attitude. I’ve never been spoken to like that by any business before. Hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Completely unacceptable.

15/03/2025: The staff were lovely, no faulting them there. I had a 3 item breakfast, eggs, pudding, and a hash town. As well as a cup of drip coffee. All of the food and drink were as bland as I've had in a long time. Just felt and tasted of very low quality. So in short, very poor food and coffee, but staff were very nice. Someone needs to step it up in terms of quality

14/12/2024: I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. To start, some of the food I was served was raw, which was really concerning, especially since it was a chicken dish. On the other hand, some of the other items were overcooked and dry, making them pretty hard to enjoy. It felt like the kitchen wasn’t paying attention to the quality of the dishes, and it completely ruined my meal. What made things worse was the behavior of a teenager in the back. They kept giving me dirty looks throughout my entire wait, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. It’s one thing to have a bad meal, but to feel disrespected by the staff adds insult to injury. Overall, this visit was a huge letdown, and I’m not sure I’ll be coming back. I hope they work on both their food quality and customer service, as both were lacking during my experience. Would not recommend based on this visit.

08/06/2025: 11:30 placing the order, there’s no hot drinks, no roll for chicken fillet rolls, no lettuce, no tomato, the chicken isn’t even fried yet. The manager was even insistent on putting chicken in a plan burger bun to eat. Horrible service from staff

06/02/2025: To be fair the person working was nice enough but makes awful sandwich the topping portions were so off it was basically just an onion and bread sandwich that’s it , only plain white bread option available and nothing else and got a really hard piece in the taco beef I think it was bone Bread was kind of stale too overall not very good :(

16/06/2025: Possibly the worst food I've ever had in Limerick. One of the dishes only had 4 pieces of meat that were losts in the most bland watery sauce. The chicken looked so old like it had been awoken from hibernation and had been grilled in a hurry to rush the order. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly but don't be fooled by this.

12/05/2025: This coffee shop is all function, no flavour—at least when it comes to atmosphere. The interior feels like a stripped-down fast food chain: sterile lighting, plastic finishes, and absolutely no warmth or personality. It’s surprising for a location like Dundrum, where you’d expect more thought, more style, more anything. The food? Let’s say it won’t stir your senses. Pre-made, reheated sandwiches sit behind the counter, each one a clone of the next—dense, doughy bread packed with hearty but uninspired fillings. My sandwich was substantial enough to keep hunger at bay, but it lacked the flavour, texture or freshness that would make it memorable. A glass of wine or soft drink is on offer too, but it feels oddly out of place in such a rushed, cafeteria-like setting. This spot works fine as a pit stop if you’re killing time before a movie. But with the prices on the higher end and the experience so forgettable, it’s hard to justify a return visit. The lack of English-speaking staff made the ordering process more difficult than it needed to be, adding to the sense that this place isn’t really trying. All in all: filling, but not fulfilling.

15/12/2024: Asked for a simple cheese and ham toasty and was told that they can’t make stuff from scratch has to b off counter and my gf got one of rolls of the bar and couldn’t eat it as tasted like it was made a week ago. Terrible service, terrible food and overpriced 🤬🤬

18/05/2025: Just got 3 foot longs to take away and all were day old bread from yesterday, stale!!! NOT FRESH, Subway standards have really fallen in Ireland

09/03/2025: Vegetables are not fresh and gave odd smell.
