The best restaurants

14/06/2025: Got a munch box Chicken had no meat just pure batter. Unlike a Chinese which is usually overly flavoured this had absolutely no flavour to it. As for the gelatine looking curry sauce don’t get me started.

03/09/2025: Stellar service from staff. On my own, feeding my baby and they went above and beyond. Owner really looked after me. You can see how by setting an example at the top - it trickles down. Everyone is fantastic. I’ll happily pay for that kind of service.

18/08/2025: Paid 6 euro for 2 pieces of chicken and a few chips and only got 1 piece of chicken and 5 chips, also waited for 20 minutes.

20/07/2025: Very poor quality food. I’ve never had food this bad in Cork. Do not try it. Seriously disappointing. The only good item was the vegetable spring roll .

20/07/2025: Great food and service from the Team at Kin Kao. I placed a double order (my error) which was noted by their team and a full refund was made. Food great also......would highly recommend

19/08/2025: This is a cost little cafe built into Dunes in Naas and I love going here because there's always a deal to be got if you watch the specials. I went for my regular which is a Latte and a sconce. It was €4.95 until two or three weeks ago but even at the new price of €5.15 it's still great value. The staff are always very nice as well.

17/08/2025: It may be "just in Dunnes" but the staff are great, the coffee is excellent and ... cake!

04/08/2025: Ordered for delivery and answered the door when knocked and proceeded to say he was waiting 10 minutes when there was not a single knock at the door. Then proceeded the have the restaurant lady ring the phone down giving out about the delivery driver having to wait 10 minutes when no one knocked. The food was good but calling the phone to give out when your driver was taking the mick is an absolute joke.

30/07/2025: Food was delicious, thank you! The chips were crispy with not a single drop of oil! Everything was well cooked, delivery was fast and the driver was kind & smiley. Best Chinese I’ve had in a very very long time.

10/07/2025: Don't go there... definitely the worst BK I've been in my entire life. I'm 35 and used to travel around the world. Burger King should investigate this shop. Ordered at 2.00 pm , got my food at 2.30pm... the kitchen person prefer speak to his mate than do his own job. No one is wearing gloves. When the fries are falling down on the counter they pick them and put back in your bag... the manager (an Indian man or looks like) , impossible speaking with for any of my concerns. Don't waste your time and money there !

10/07/2025: 20 minutes waiting time when only 2 customers in the queue is unacceptable. Terrible service with lack of hygiene.

22/08/2025: Waiting 30 mins for food for collection, then no taste and soggy!! Just got good enough for the price they charge €11 for “spice bag” to get a bag of chips and salt very little chicken and it was overcooked. Won’t be ordering again!

01/03/2025: Food is lovely, but ordering online at 5pm for 6.15 collection but not getting the round until 7pm is just not acceptable! What is the point in preordering food when it still isn’t ready when you requested!

15/07/2025: No Guinness 0.0 on tap, served can with glass, so what’s the contraption for, decoration? Grumpy barman seems not to care very much.

24/08/2025: The experience at this Burger King was very disappointing. Ms L (probably manager) was unprofessional when the Burger King app discount code did not work initially, leaving the till without resolving the issue. The restaurant itself was poorly maintained, with food crumbs scattered around and a general lack of cleanliness. Overall, this fell well below expectations, and we will not be returning. I fervently hope that they will improve.

09/08/2025: We were waiting 15 minutes for the food while there was noone around. Burger was cold. One of the worst burger king places you can visit.

28/08/2025: Got a roll from there absolutely amazing 10/10

18/08/2025: Paid nearly four euro for a half-full cup of lukewarm mocha. All cocoa powder was undissolved sitting at the bottom. The cup was dirty with coffee spilled down the sides - looked like no care was taken when it was prepared (although I was the only costumer there!). The fruitcake was dry and far too dense more like a slab of rubbery sticky dough. Absolutely frustrating experience.

31/08/2025: A total waste of time. It said ‘open’ outside and yet, when I went to the door it was shut closed. No one answered for a good while. Hassan, the staff member is untrained, rude with absolutely no manners and left for home much earlier than shop’s closing time. Store closes at 9pm, I got there at 8:45pm. Knocked and waited for 5 mins and then comes the staff who rudely gestures that it’s closed. When I confront him on the time, he says he doesn’t get paid after 9pm and in fact picked his bag and left the store at 8:50pm for home. I mean?! Shamelessly leaves, says I don’t care about the feedback and also had the guts to say ‘better luck next time’ sarcastically.

31/08/2025: The worst subway i have come across. Subway should seriously consider franchising to them to save some repute. Hassan, the staff member is untrained, rude with absolutely no manners and left for home much earlier than shop’s closing time. 26/05/2025: This is the most incompetent Subway I’ve ever seen in my life. They frequently run out of ingredients, close the dining area two hours early, and it’s always filthy — both the dining area and the fridge. You can clearly see the carelessness and lack of professionalism from the staff. I do not recommend it.

30/04/2025: We have visited this place 5 times in 8 months and they never had the ingredients we were looking for. You'd think that once or twice they would be out of stock but on all occasions like, that's just bad service on all levels.
