23/01/2025: I confirm Melissa's comment, I worked at Hassetts a year ago, I had a secure job at another factory and the manager at Hassetts hired me and everything seemed fine.... I left my job to work at HASSETTS and after 3 weeks they told us to take two weeks as a "holiday" they said they had shortage and we would be back to work ( they lied to us) they INSURED us and never mentioned they were firing us for no reason, they just used us and threw us away, they could have told us the truth, we lost time and money... we were out of work, unable to pay rent and no food, because of the lying people at HASSETTS They are bad and heartless people!

23/01/2025: One year ago, three girls and I started working for this company. All of us left our jobs to start there. After THREE WEEKS, they said they had a shortage in raw materials and we had to leave, but they were going to call us in four weeks to start again. We even asked if that was 100% sure, and they said multiple times "yes.". They never called; it was winter, and getting a job is difficult in that season. We sent emails and even went to the factory to know if they had any news, and they didn't even let us in. The HR manager went out and talked to us. How can companies be that heartless and offer a job for three weeks without letting you know in advance? make you quit your jobs, and then kick you out in the most difficult season of the year?All of us had a really difficult time, and some had to borrow money, and some spent all their savings to survive, all just because a company was extremely irresponsible. I wish all they knew how depressed and devastated we felt and all the harm they did. I hope its planning department could improve so this never happens again to someone else.

28/03/2025: Probablemente la peor experiencia de mi vida. Asquerosa todo y mas duro que una piedra, de verdad, no he comido tan mal en mucho tiempo. Me he creado esta aplicación absurda simplemente para crear esta reseña y que la gente no compre esta basura!

26/04/2025: If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. The staff are not one bit friendly. "Breed" was one of their names he was horrific to deal with very rude and abrupt. Appalling behaviour. My daughter 3, wanted to use the toilet and we were told a customer had just broken it. How convenient, also saw someone else complain on the reviews about it. No sign up to say so. It is the law if there are surving food to have a working wc. There should be a sign on the door take away only. I asked to speak to a manger and I was told he was off. The food was sickening. Just don't waste your money

07/12/2024: I was hungry I the middle of the night at 20:30 and it said it closed at 22:00 so I walked 25 minutes and it was closed change ur times u idiots

15/06/2025: Had chicken satay skewers and chicken spice bag, chicken was disgusting, probably reheated 10 times, won’t be going back

07/06/2025: Pretty awful food. Got delivered undercooked and cold chips. Chicken Fried rice had a funny taste off it. Felt reheated. Would not order again.

26/04/2025: Have ordered food from here on Deliveroo twice and twice they didn’t put the veggie patty on the sandwiches. Nobody is just ordering a bread with just lettuce and sauce. Seriously.

16/04/2025: If I could give zero star I will, I went there at few minutes to 8 and the staff was a bit rude, told me they were closed so I apologized and left. When I got out I realized they were still open and went back in. When I got in, I saw her attending to another guy who wasn't there when I went it. She told me they were closed again and I told her they were meant to be close at half 8. She delayed me for minutes and I left there for McDonald's whose staffs are clearly nt rude and are open for longer than half 8.

21/05/2025: Worst staff. The guy at the counter is so rude and don’t seem to be interested. I asked if he can make my order spicy as the other day a lady there made it so good. Don’t go and don’t spoil your mood.

04/05/2025: Siempre demasiado lleno e imposible de entrar. He intentado entrar varias veces pero siempre lleno. Si tienes suerte y entras las comidas están bien, pero las bebidas son limitadas 2 bebidas / estancia

30/04/2025: Worst experience ever in an airport lounge. Don’t come here if you are thinking of a nice relaxing way to start your holiday / journey. I had complementary access which took the pain out the €40 we paid for my wife. Staff unhelpful and disinterested apart from the bull dog who was responsible for guarding the valuable two complementary drinks rule ! Her wonderful customer service was to ask every customer if this was their second drink and then argue with you about the need for a mixer which she never provided. Food very limited and there a good few hours in the fridge. Was more than happy to go down to the bar and pay full price. At least the staff seemed interested. Scored a one because I can’t give a lower score !

22/05/2025: Got two double Decker burgers came out like double cheeseburger were uneatable hard as rock had to give to the dogs and they refused to eat dem as well 😔

18/04/2025: Best chipper in mullingar. I only go in on a Saturday night because that’s when Matt works. His customers service is the best in town.

16/05/2025: Another joke of an Irish company. Left waiting months for a product, no update unless I contacted them directly. Always told it was on "back order". Every email you send them, they constantly ask if you want to "cancel your order". They don't give a damn. Typical Irish company.

06/04/2025: If I could rate it no stars I would. Communication is abysmal and that is being kind. I ordered a product on 7th of February. By 20th of February there was still no sign of the item being delivered and I had heard nothing from them other than the fact that they had taken my money. So I got in contact with them. At that point someone let me know that the item that had been in stock on their website was actually on back order and was not expected to be in their warehouse until the 28th of February. On 14th of March I had heard nothing more about the item being delivered so I emailed again. They emailed me back to say that it had only been dispatched then from their UK warehouse. Today I received my item, over 8 weeks after I ordered and paid for it. There was no contact with updates unless I reached out. Surely there is a way to let customers know that their delivery might take a bit longer. Very disappointing service and I will NOT be ordering from them again.

15/04/2025: As all the other reviews say, absolutely abysmal food - half the menu isn’t even available. I haven’t had such bad fast food since I was 10 at a birthday party in the 90s.

27/12/2024: Awful fastfood, terrible chips that even kids wouldn't eat and tiny dry chewy hamburgers. No healthy options, no normal food available, nor even a salad on the menu like in the other fastfood offer. Crowded only because there is no other option for a hot food in Fota, which is a shame. I wish I took more sandwiches with me.

21/06/2025: Literally the worst "cafe" in the country. Everything is microwaved, nothing is fresh. The garbage food is also overpriced. The staff are rude and unhelpful, they seem to enjoy being unpleasant. The staff are incompetent and can't make decent cappuccino, always boiling hot. They are extremely lucky with the location, located in a gym, because they'd have closed years ago anywhere else.

19/04/2025: Literally just leaving O'brien clontarf 16.17pm Saturday I'm a bus driver and usually gets lovely flatwhite there. I for few mins and order a flatwhite and the girl at the counter was like " ah sorry I just cleaned the machine " I was like so no coffee she was like I gave to wait 10mins..was extremely rude and unprofessional. Guess need to find another shop for my coffee

08/03/2025: The worst pizza place ever, the owner of the restaurant talks very badly to drivers . I ordered for the first and last time from this place and the food was not good at all👎👎👎😠

08/03/2025: Went in with my friend to help to pick up a delivery. The owner was very rude. Was very disrespectful due to my friend not having his pizza bag. The owner refused to give it to us. The he started to threaten my friend. Very disappointing. Would not recommend. Unless you want the head eaten off you for no reason. 0/10

16/05/2025: Very Disappointed haven't ordered food for awhile as the last order was cooled just give it another try burnt food is not what any restaurant should serve to customers if they want return business forgot rice so had to drive back to get the rice Terrible service

23/03/2025: Cheap and nasty practice. I top up Gas here regularly and they have decided to surcharge every swipe as individual extra charges. This is new. The max amount Utility companies allow you to top up on card is €50 so this business has decided to start adding additional cost on to their customers when they did not previously.

22/02/2025: Sort out that deli no cheese no lettuce all the cold meats is all old hard dry and the liquid from the red chicken shit in the bowl is going off due to the liquid pisssing out of it why have a lettuce bowl on display with was empty either remove it or replace it shocking !
