16/08/2025: I was surprised by the reviews, the food isn't the worst about this place, but let's not talk about Service. Staff completely overwhelmed with 5 orders. Whole Ordering System crashing down (I feel so sorry for the staff. This place isn't run professionally), orders getting lost, having to shut down the whole restaurant. And please do not expect "fast" food. A burger and fries took more than 30 minutes.

29/07/2025: Today was disappointed by the service. The Manager and new staff ignored customers while chatting among themselves, making the ordering process frustrating. The food was good, but the rude attitude ruined the experience.

24/04/2025: Got chips and a battered sausage on the way home from work. Have to say they are the worst chips I've ever had. Absolutely burnt and tastes like they were reheated.they were also not fresh chips definitely frozen one. Also the battered sausage was not much better. Batter was not crispy at all. Again like it was reheated in the microwave. Would not recommend this place

22/06/2025: Would highly recommend. In a great location in the city centre, reasonable entry fee and extremely beautiful women that you can have fun with. I came out with more money than i came in due to the blackjack table, and my pecker was running wild in there. Big shout out to felipe who helped me have a good time
03/06/2025: Horrible place, will scam you badly. Putting random numbers into the car machine and tell you payment hasn’t went through. Robbed me of thousands taking advantage of the fact I was drunk. They will deny you off any receipts as to why they’ve massively overcharged you. Do not go.

03/08/2025: The bagels are inedible, the cheese is microwaved instead of toasted which is strange but honestly the most disappointing thing is the service, the people working here have no manners honestly and will never return here, absolute waste of money. I work in retail as well and i understand you can't always be at your best but I got no hello or thank you back and the lady was just hostile to say the least and yelled at me instead of asking questions notmally. No comment

02/04/2025: I ordered philiez cheese hero (steak) along with chicken wings spice box and extra sauce. When I received ordered , half of my steak roll was missing, chicken wings with so called spice box looked expired and reheated up with fries and there were no peppers no seasoning no nothing . I called the restaurant to fix it and that man on the phone did not even know what he is talking about then he said he is gonna let the manager know about the issue and will call back right away. 40 minutes later i’m calling again and again and they are not answering any of my calls including the delivery driver. What a disaster you people are. Worst customer service ever

€30 spent on inedible food!!
Haven't eaten food from here for years, and now I know why. It was absolutely desperate. Spice tray tasted burnt, and very small portion. If your looking for the best spice bag try the Aberdeen (Glasnevin). 3-1 chips were hard and not enough curry sauce. Ordered honey ribs and was given bbq, and curry triangles had lots of pastry and a small bit of curried rice in it. Also I have never received food as quick, so it means that the food is obviously just waiting to be reheated in the kitchen. They should be reported for serving this standard of food.
10/07/2025: Awful food tonight, definitely leftovers, hard rice & over cooked crispy chicken (like rubber), drowned in curry sauce to cover it up! 😡

13/07/2025: An absolute disgrace of a venue charging €20 admission to a mediocre venue on a saturday night. When you think of value for money and the level of service there's absolutely no way this venue warrants such an entrance fee. You wouldn't pay that in Cork, Limerick or Dublin City. I was down for the night with friends and having arrived around midnight I actually couldn't believe my eyes when they said €20 per person for admission. The 6 of us decided instead to go the grand next door much better offering and only €10 admission. Would not recommend to anyone visiting Killarney unless you're looking to get ripped off.!
28/06/2025: Ugh, gross and obnoxious, smelly and way too loud crap music. Maybe 15 is the age you have to be to think it's cool.

13/07/2025: We placed an order and decided to give them a second chance after the first order was completely incorrect last year. Unfortunately, this time we made a similar order, and it was again entirely wrong. It seems they don’t listen carefully during phone calls, and it’s very difficult to understand the person on the line because she rushes through the conversation instead of taking her time.
If this pattern continues, the restaurant will face potential issues!

28/04/2025: I called them to order 3 pizzas for delivery. The person who answered the phone sounded very rushed. I was asking about the prices and whether the food was halal, but he suddenly hung up on me. I immediately called back three times, but no one answered. Very disrespectful.
02/03/2025: We paid for one pizza and delivery 43 euro in total . The pizza arrived frozen and we are in a distance of less than 2km . It's getting worst every time . That is the last time I'm spending 50e to put everything in the bin .

15/03/2025: The staff were lovely, no faulting them there. I had a 3 item breakfast, eggs, pudding, and a hash town. As well as a cup of drip coffee. All of the food and drink were as bland as I've had in a long time. Just felt and tasted of very low quality. So in short, very poor food and coffee, but staff were very nice. Someone needs to step it up in terms of quality

If your hours of operation aren't reliable (or your staff are simply lying), it's misleading for customers. Update your hours online (or don't lie) to reflect reality—it saves people time and frustration.

Hadn't had dominos in years. Once on awhile it is deserved .
