11/08/2025: Went for afternoon tea, the setting was beautiful and so relaxing with the piano being played in the background. The staff were all excellent and the coffee was delicious.
01/08/2025: The Art Afternoon tea was such a lovely experience - the food is absolutely delicious and beautifully presented in luxurious surroundings. The second serving of the deserts which are intricately designed to complement the hotel's beautiful art collection is a lovely addition. The service was excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

14/10/2024: A fan of breakfasts I heartily recommend having one here.
Their main courses get a delicious in my book too.
Great service with a smile and when more familiar with you, banter to enjoy.
Well worth the time to stop for a break from whatever your days involves.

18/09/2024: We stopped for a coffee and ended up having breakfast because the place looked great and the girls who ran it were so friendly.
The French omelet with ham and cheese was delicious.

30/01/2026: Dropped in on the way home for a quick one.from the moment I walked in you could feel the warmth and I only walked towards the bar when I was greeted by a lovely young lady what was I having to which I replied a pt of Guinness,the pt was perfect,the staff are very friendly and it's a lovely little local,lonb may it continue.
