26/09/2024: Sheehy's Anchor Down is a restaurant located in Dingle, the most important one in Dingle Penensula. We came here to have dinner last October and we could eat a soup of the day and a home made fisherman's pie, which were very good. Also we drank a Golden Ale beer from West Kerry Brewery, which is not so far from here. Very nice place, decoration and food.
18/08/2024: I'm surprised to see such rave reviews. Everywhere we've gone in Ireland we've been treated to excellent hospitality. Until we went to Sheehy's...We were greeted by a grumpy waitress who gave us the worst table in the house even though there were lots of open tables. When she brought us menus, they were out of shrimp and calamari and mussels and other fish. I ordered the Seafood Chowder which was good, but my husband got the Fish Pie, which looked like exactly the same thing with potatoes on top for way more money.

14/02/2025: Had a long wait time for take away coffees - very overpriced - 6 euro for an icing sugared almond flake croissant. Squeezing prices to the absolute limit. 27 euro for three pastries. Killing the golden goose.

Anchor Bar
Dungarvan
10/08/2025: Had a pint and a generous glass of wine on heated area in front of the bar. Lovely location lovely view of the harbor and a lovely price.
09/07/2025: We a family of 4 walked upon The Anchor while visiting Dungarvan. As it looked busy we decided to have lunch. Glad we did. We had two fresh cod and chips and two burgers and chips. The fish was fresh and tasty. The burgers were Devine and portions large. Highly recommend The Anchor for food if you in Dungarvan. Lovely clean pub in a beautiful setting overlooking the harbour.

Lisgrey House
22/07/2025: Stopped for dinner on way to Dublin. Food was lovely, freshly cooked, really tasty, great value and lovely staff. We will definitely return.
30/06/2025: Haven't visited the Lisgrey house - was looking to book a family meal for 8 to celebrate a birthday but having read the most recent reviews chose to book elsewhere.
Hope this is helpful feedback for the management.

07/08/2025: Reservamos Bow Lane Social Club para un almuerzo sin fondo, como parte de una gallina. Desafortunadamente un vuelo retrasado significa que tuvimos que mover el brunch al día siguiente. El equipo no podría haber sido más servicial o servicial, y nuestra experiencia con el lugar y el personal fue excepcional, todos fueron atentos, amables y serviciales. Disfrutamos mucho, tuvimos un delicioso almuerzo con excelentes opciones de cócteles, y volveríamos. Kay y Ezra en particular eran muy serviciales - un lugar muy divertido y servicial!
20/04/2025: No puede faltar nuestra experiencia en Bow Lane. Excelente servicio. Excelente comida y bebidas! La comida era fabulosa y el personal del bar y la camarera era tan atento. Lo visité para el menú de brunch y sin duda recomendaría! Kay y Sophie en el bar eran excelentes - nos hizo sentir tan bienvenidos, nos encantó!
