24/07/2025: Absolutely HORRIBLE. Do not order for delivery from here. I placed an order before midnight on just eat that was due for delivery at 00:30am. When the app said the driver was nearly there i decided to sit by the door in my hall and wait. I was sat at the door till 00:55am still no one had came and the just eat app was telling me my order was delivered at 00:30am when it never came. I then decided to ring the restaurant to see what was happening they didn’t pick up the phone not once. I then continue to wait, thinking the order was running late. I stayed up till 1:30am waiting which was over a hour from when the order was supposed to be delivered and opened the door twice to check if anyone was there . At this point i was exhausted and just went up to bed. This morning as i was leaving the house i found the food left on my doorstep. The food was delivered at some point after 1:30am I was beyond frustrated All the food had to go in the bin as it was outside over night and i have lost out on my money aswell. Absolutely appalling and horrible service

22/06/2025: It's just okay. Fine if you need a bite late night. No where near enough cheese on cheese chips. Go to Mario's much better.

07/07/2025: Visited today and ordered two Dubai chocolate viral milkshakes and one Dubai chocolate ice cream, paying €19.50 in total. Unfortunately, the milkshakes were not as expected. The staff made two cups, but the total amount of shake was only one and a half cups. For the second cup, they simply added milk to fill it up, making it tasteless. I hope they can improve their service and product quality in the future

21/05/2025: Stopped here 8am in the morning for breakfast roll and small takeaway tea, contents of roll cold €6.50 & €3.60 for a small tea absolute rip off, is there any control on the pricing of Garage delis in this country?

19/06/2025: I had a deeply disappointing experience at this Subway location. Staff were treated unfairly and spoken to in a disrespectful manner. In particular, I witnessed employees being verbally mistreated and racially stereotyped, including offensive comments towards Indian staff. Additionally, I observed unsanitary food handling, including reusing bread that had already been served to other customers. These practices raise serious concerns about both workplace ethics and food safety standards. I hope Subway headquarters seriously reviews the conduct of this franchise and protects both customers and employees.

03/07/2025: Order today , two Chicken burgers littlry messed with sauce mayo and ketup like full of water no taste at all , waste of money . Won’t order again

02/08/2025: Worst flat white I've had in ages, really weak. Considered going back and asking for an additional espresso shot but that would have brought it to€4.65 for a forgettable coffee.

14/08/2025: Ordered online - Prawn Korma, Naan bread, Poppadams ... I received 6 tiny, tough prawns which I had to search for in the sauce, burned Naan bread and Poppadams that weren't even close to the FREE ones most Indian takeaways include with your order. These ones were not fully crispy and had a slightly fishy aftertaste, as if cooked in oil that had been used for a seafood dish. Avoid like the plague.

07/07/2025: In fairness I haven’t eaten in Andrews since Covid began. I checked the menu tonight to discover that for example Malaysian curry but no description of what’s in the curry. Just extras ie Boiled rice or fried rice. Yes you can pick your protein or veg but what else s as re they putting in. Also how hot is the curry

14/04/2025: Ordered online, ordered a dish and put special requirements on that dish. It came without the special requirements and when I called I was told they don't see them. Very rude service. Very unhelpful, won't be ordering here again.

04/05/2025: Siempre demasiado lleno e imposible de entrar. He intentado entrar varias veces pero siempre lleno. Si tienes suerte y entras las comidas están bien, pero las bebidas son limitadas 2 bebidas / estancia

30/04/2025: Worst experience ever in an airport lounge. Don’t come here if you are thinking of a nice relaxing way to start your holiday / journey. I had complementary access which took the pain out the €40 we paid for my wife. Staff unhelpful and disinterested apart from the bull dog who was responsible for guarding the valuable two complementary drinks rule ! Her wonderful customer service was to ask every customer if this was their second drink and then argue with you about the need for a mixer which she never provided. Food very limited and there a good few hours in the fridge. Was more than happy to go down to the bar and pay full price. At least the staff seemed interested. Scored a one because I can’t give a lower score !

09/06/2025: Closed early. Sign on door says 9 arrived at 8:15 and turned away.

30/07/2025: These were probably the worst kebabs we have ever tasted. Plus no salad in one of the two we had - name change now called cheesey bits but would appear to be the same place and people. Would not recommend

23/08/2025: After 2 hours of waiting they just cancelled my order.money got back immediately but cmon .... would give 0 star if i could.

04/08/2025: Ordered a foot long chicken tikka sub, the server barely added any chicken and later when I asked to add chicken properly, the guy at the till charged for additional chicken. This store is a joke.

16/05/2025: Another joke of an Irish company. Left waiting months for a product, no update unless I contacted them directly. Always told it was on "back order". Every email you send them, they constantly ask if you want to "cancel your order". They don't give a damn. Typical Irish company.

06/04/2025: If I could rate it no stars I would. Communication is abysmal and that is being kind. I ordered a product on 7th of February. By 20th of February there was still no sign of the item being delivered and I had heard nothing from them other than the fact that they had taken my money. So I got in contact with them. At that point someone let me know that the item that had been in stock on their website was actually on back order and was not expected to be in their warehouse until the 28th of February. On 14th of March I had heard nothing more about the item being delivered so I emailed again. They emailed me back to say that it had only been dispatched then from their UK warehouse. Today I received my item, over 8 weeks after I ordered and paid for it. There was no contact with updates unless I reached out. Surely there is a way to let customers know that their delivery might take a bit longer. Very disappointing service and I will NOT be ordering from them again.

17/05/2025: Just back from having my car cleaned here. Have to spend another half hour myself cleaning it as it wasn’t done right, with dirty marks left all over. Worst car wash in the surrounding area. Won’t be returning ! And for the pleasure of handing over €14 for it, which is also one of the more expensive ones around. They need to be trained how to clean cars …

29/04/2025: Was there a few times when the manager was there and the manager screamed at his employee saying get out of his shop and fill up someone’s car with petrol/diesel I was shocked and haven’t gone back since would not recommend going to this garage

12/05/2025: This coffee shop is all function, no flavour—at least when it comes to atmosphere. The interior feels like a stripped-down fast food chain: sterile lighting, plastic finishes, and absolutely no warmth or personality. It’s surprising for a location like Dundrum, where you’d expect more thought, more style, more anything. The food? Let’s say it won’t stir your senses. Pre-made, reheated sandwiches sit behind the counter, each one a clone of the next—dense, doughy bread packed with hearty but uninspired fillings. My sandwich was substantial enough to keep hunger at bay, but it lacked the flavour, texture or freshness that would make it memorable. A glass of wine or soft drink is on offer too, but it feels oddly out of place in such a rushed, cafeteria-like setting. This spot works fine as a pit stop if you’re killing time before a movie. But with the prices on the higher end and the experience so forgettable, it’s hard to justify a return visit. The lack of English-speaking staff made the ordering process more difficult than it needed to be, adding to the sense that this place isn’t really trying. All in all: filling, but not fulfilling.
