16/12/2024: Disappointed order spice bag and curry dip paid over 10 euro got about 4 small pieces of chicken that felt like its just breadcrumb never getting. Food from here again highly not recommended

14/10/2024: I regularly, not all the time, get my Chocolate Pure Protein shake. It's delicious. I get them after I do my workout with Perpetua. The only con I have is that the last few times - and I only noticed today, then went back and checked my last few transactions - I've been getting overcharged for the same shake I always get. I just usually tap my card and take it to go after I finish my workout so I hadn't really looked at the charges properly before. It says on the menu that the Pure Protein shake is 4.50 but I'd been getting charged 5.95 the past handful of visits. Unless they've upped their prices - it still says it's 4.50 online? So not sure what's going on there? Other than that, still love my little protein shakes after my workouts. Can't fault the taste or anything else. Just a little peeved at getting overcharged and only noticing later on...

08/11/2024: Just moved into the area looking for our new local Chinese and had no luck. Then Changs menu came through the post, gave them a go and havent looked back. Delicious Chinese, no issues with delivery. Great prices. It has quickly become our weekly takeout.

20/10/2024: Boss man added wayyy to much curry sauce. Food is microwaved

13/09/2024: I called in today to a regular stop for me possibly last ever. Service appalling , rude as a sat drinking my coffee another customer arrived I was told place closed not even allowed to finish my coffee. Same server during week left gentleman serve at busy lunch hour to take her break. Guess supervision of junior staff non existent and customers not important. Need to reappraisal urgently .

22/12/2024: If this is part of The Quays bar, this was our first pub we visited in Dublin and we had a great time, we didn't try the food, only came here for the live music and drinks. The band, duo, playing were just great, creating very good "irish" atmosphere and the people as well, with singing and clapping along with Irish songs. We didn't have any issue getting inside (even though there was a security guard outside), the drinks are maybe more expensive, but it is also written on the drinks menu that in time of live events, music, prices might be higher. For our country standards it is pretty expensive (from 8-10 € for a pint of beer), but as I have no reference, I can't say for sure if this is expensive or not for Ireland or Dublin standards, but even so we had a great time. Also staff was friendly and the bartender gave us some recommendations about which Irish beer to try (besides Guinness).

22/12/2024: Absolutely disgusted with the bouncer here, he was racist and a bully. Me and my mates were on a mini break to Dublin. We tried to go inside when the bouncer went ‘not tonight lads’ we asked why and if it was too busy inside and he said no, we were too drunk (we only had 1 drink at this point so we were completely sober). When we challenged him on this, he point blank refused us. We then asked if it was because we were English, from which he smiled and shrugged his shoulder which was a massive indicator to me. You should not employ people who are going to display discriminatory behaviour based on their own personal opinions, and I for one felt extremely offended. I have since looked at the recent reviews and this is a regular thing for this pub and it needs to be challenged. Regardless there are many many good pubs in the surrounding area so it wasn’t hard to find somewhere that would serve us.

23/12/2024: This place is a disgrace they sold me a MC flurry that was sour and now my stomach is left in bits, The place is a kip! Always messing up orders, it took me 3 times to drive around to get the orange chocolate pie because they kept giving me an apple pie instead, they really need to focus and be aware of what they are doing, One of these days they are going to kill someone! The MC Donald's workers need to learn how to clean up the tables instead of standing there chatting looking through the mountains of trash 🗑️ I already know that I'm not the only one that's feeling ill after eating from here! I'm genuinely shocked that they're still open just take a look at the reviews 😕.

12/12/2024: Very hit and miss. Sometimes the food isn't hot. They don't park you up so the queue is always long. Always short staffed. Staff are always pleasant. Ice cream machine rarely works. The one by the airport is much better.

26/11/2024: Utter and complete rip off, food is terrible, this is the 3rd and last time I will go there, there is always a problem, if it's not getting charged twice and having to fight to get your payment back, it's having a problem with the food. This time it was no sauce (sweet and sour chicken balls) and not enough rice for the order. They had an excuse and it's always your fault. €45 and stuff missing. Avoid at all cost

20/10/2024: Got chicken fried rice, chips and satay sauce. The chips tasted refried even though we ordered at 5pm so it should be extra fresh. The chicken was rubbery and not much flavour. After a few hours I felt very sick and all night was getting sick and was definitely from here as that’s all I ate that day.

09/01/2024: See the findings from Official Controls concerning Food Legislation The report also revealed that the business had poor food safety knowledge. Finally, the report outlined that the takeaway showed evidence of people living on the premises. "We observed mattresses, bedding materials, personal hygiene items e.g. toothbrushes, tubes of toothpaste, bottles of shampoo and shower gel, hair products and hair brushes in this area. We also noted medications, clothing and personal food items in this area."

05/10/2024: The lads are always upbeat, friendly and helpful. They cope well when there is a rush, the service is always friendly from my 100s of visits. The food is better than what to be expected for a very good value place. Copious, endless amounts soya etc for coffees

The place is very messy walls are dirty and a lot dirt under the seats. I was with my friends the and the chair I was sitting in broke .rusty nails.we hear a lot of noises in the back.the bathroom is always out of order.they charged us €1 for 2 cups and they didn't give us tissues and I'm scared to go back there

13/04/2024: The worst customer service. The lady is very impatient in taking my order, she doesn't listen to me at all. I see the previous reviews all about her, why don't the management consider customer reviews ? Coming to the food, they have the best Singapore noodles in Dublin.

23/11/2024: Bloody disgraceful over charged on delivery rang back up brought back 5 cents and 1 and 2 cents as the change he over charged for went back down to the business and was told he does it out of his own pocket doesn’t matter at all he’s employed by you reflects your business disgraceful

21/12/2024: Was at Costa yesterday and a woman who I think was the Manager was so rude to me and my son. Really poor customer service would deter me from going back

07/12/2024: Horrible customer service. Three staff behind the counter more interested in chatting amongst themselves and getting orders wrong. A bacic course is customer service required here.
