The best restaurants

08/08/2024: Visita de regreso a este hotel. Decepcionado con algunas cosas. Sentí la zona exterior muy sucia, y teniendo en cuenta que es lo primero que la gente ve, los platos sucios, vasos vacíos dejados durante más de una hora en mesas desatendidas era tan poco atractivo. Ciertamente no se debió a la falta de personal, ya que parecía haber suficiente cantidad de ellos trabajando. Y mientras que el personal del bar atento y amable, el personal de camareros podría absolutamente hacer con algunos consejos sobre el servicio al cliente, todos parecían hartos, como si no quisieran estar allí y no un poco acogedor o atractivo. No me alojaría de nuevo. Una ubicación tan fabulosa y podría ser excelente lamentablemente sentía que había bajado colina de años anteriores. En una nota adicional pagando solo en efectivo por las comidas grita Dudoso y los clientes deben ser informados antes de hacer el pedido.

15/07/2024: Pensé que podríamos cenar aquí... olvídalo. Bar muy ruidoso gracias a los varios televisores salpicados a todo volumen. Cuando le pregunté a la camarera si podíamos conseguir una mesa me dijeron que "no tenía ni idea, pregunte al personal del comedor". El 'comedor' consistía en muebles baratos parecidos a una cafetería de la escuela sin personal a la vista, así que esperamos y esperamos, pero nadie se acercó a nosotros. La clientela que estaba comiendo allí (descubrimos mientras esperábamos) consistía en una gran familia de la comunidad itinerante!! Hemos dado marcha atrás rápidamente y sin duda nunca volverá. ¡El lugar es lo que mi hija describió como "una inmersión"!

29/08/2024: Friendly café with great choice on the menu. Wasn't waiting too long for our meals. Well located on the main street. Not just for the surfers!

25/07/2025: The pizza and chips are really good, it's a perfect balance of homemade and fast food, it doesn't feel like eating grease but it also doesn't feel too traditional, its the perfect treat!

01/08/2025: The best value dining in Dalkey. Really great food and friendly service. I've had take away and dined in multiple times and they're always good.

22/06/2025: It has been a while since we’ve eaten in Katmandu in Dalkey and after eating there recently I have to say it was absolutely lovely,the jhinga prawns,onion bhaji and masala including all the sides were delicious. The staff are so friendly and efficient. We can’t wait to return soon.

20/10/2023: Pizza was nice, but the delivery driver was so rude, rang us cursing and didn't get out of his car to deliver the food. I wouldn't employ someone like this. Won't be ordering from Pronto again

21/05/2025: Tuvimos una maravillosa segunda experiencia en el restaurante de alta cocina de este encantador hotel. El personal era eficiente y servicial con nuestras elecciones de comida y a todos les encantó su comida. Las bebidas también fueron bien presentadas.

10/11/2025: 2 staff 1 customer. Barely acknowledged me and no eye contact, no manners. I have worked in hospitality and customer care for years. Staff need retraining in customer service!

19/12/2024: Tuve una confirmación allí recientemente no puede faltar la comida altho porciones arnt el mejor y mi padre solo bebe Guinness a la que nos cobraron 6 € por lata cuando un paquete de 8 Guinness es 10 € en la tienda precio muy poco razonable.

13/11/2024: Hot royal plaza last night shud be ashamed therselves absolutely disgusting waited 1 hour satay chicken was pink gull salt salt and chilli chicken balls was all cut in half make look loads rock had batter cudnt even bit chicken wings was pink inside and so crispy cidying even eat whole thing went in bin place shud be shut down

11/06/2025: Best chipper in Limerick, possibly the best in Ireland. Lovely people, fantastic food, unrivalled service. Nearly 20 years a customer, never disappointed once. Perfection.
