The best restaurants

10/11/2025: 2 staff 1 customer. Barely acknowledged me and no eye contact, no manners. I have worked in hospitality and customer care for years. Staff need retraining in customer service!

19/12/2024: Tuve una confirmación allí recientemente no puede faltar la comida altho porciones arnt el mejor y mi padre solo bebe Guinness a la que nos cobraron 6 € por lata cuando un paquete de 8 Guinness es 10 € en la tienda precio muy poco razonable.

13/11/2024: Hot royal plaza last night shud be ashamed therselves absolutely disgusting waited 1 hour satay chicken was pink gull salt salt and chilli chicken balls was all cut in half make look loads rock had batter cudnt even bit chicken wings was pink inside and so crispy cidying even eat whole thing went in bin place shud be shut down

02/01/2026: 3of us went here over Christmas got chips onion rings and batter burger and cheese burger. Huge portions chips were gorgeous. Bit of a wait but worth it. Staff very friendly.

27/12/2025: Honestly the best chips I've ever had, i go in here almost every week to the point i don't even have to order when i walk in anymore. The people there are sound as well, I love this place so much.

11/06/2025: Best chipper in Limerick, possibly the best in Ireland. Lovely people, fantastic food, unrivalled service. Nearly 20 years a customer, never disappointed once. Perfection.

10/02/2025: Got a cup of flat white. The quality and taste is gross, the coffee temperature was so hot I burned my tongue, even though I waited for a couple of minutes before drinking. Will not go again. Service was really good though

01/09/2024: not good caramelised onions 🤮 the burger is very small fries are extremely salty don't belive what you see on tiktok sore stomach all night after eating this

06/08/2023: This is a great pub been here a good few times food is very good Unfortunately the last time I was here with my colleagues was to to put out a fire that had started there was a lot of damage caused by the fire but I have passed a few times since and have seen that work has started on the pub I hope they are back up and running as soon as possible and wish them all the best for the future

23/08/2024: Such a lovely and cozy restaurant. We appreciated that the staff let us linger and savor many different items. The dining room is old-fashioned and comfortable. The food was wonderful, and my daughter was delighted with the dessert plate that featured 6 kinds of different miniature desserts. We also stayed at the inn here and had a comfortable, clean room. The breakfast the next morning was plentiful and very high quality. Would have liked to explore the whole area more as it is beautiful and close to so many interesting things.

18/07/2024: Stunning!! Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. Service excellent. Beautiful menu. Crab claws and duck salad delicious. Rack of lamb so fresh and tasty, scallops so fresh as was the Turbot in orange butter. Well worth the trip and will be back again. You can see there's so much effort put into the food but it's not overdone with flavours. The fresh produce is allowed to shine through with careful consideration. Staff excellent! Well done
