The best restaurants

04/08/2025: timado por el personal de una manera realmente furtiva muy decepcionante. El personal no podía haber importado menos, tomó siglos para conseguir orden en entonces IT tomó siglos entonces para conseguir orden como se olvidaron! tenga cuidado aquí.

08/06/2025: Muy decepcionado Mi amigo y yo fuimos ayer a comer tarde. Decidimos comprar la ensalada de queso higo y cabra y las alitas de pollo grandes - que pedimos simple con barbacoa y salsa picante en el lado. La comida llegó, y la ensalada era preciosa. estábamos disfrutando de las alitas, pero cuando llegamos a las últimas cuatro, mi amigo eligió una, y se comió. No tenía piel y tenía marcas de mordeduras en el pequeño trozo de pollo que quedaba. Llevé el tazón al mostrador y le expliqué en voz baja lo que pasó. Tanto la camarera como el camarero que nos sirvió se disculparon. Se llevó el tazón a la cocina, y volví a la mesa. Nadie volvió a hablar de ello, así que después de unos 10 minutos, nos levantamos para irnos. Fuimos al mostrador a pagar, y el camarero dijo que nos daría un descuento por las alas! Dije 'no gracias, no pagaremos las alas'. Dijo que el chef le dijo que esto no es posible que suceda ya que cada tazón es revisado. Tuvimos un momento acalorado en el que le pregunté si estaba insinuando que habíamos mordido el ala y luego la sacamos para que pudiéramos obtenerla gratis. Hecssid no nos lo comió y siguió repitiendo el chef dijo que no era posible. Pregunté por un gerente y me dijo que no había ningún gerente en el lugar, así que pregunté por el chef y dije que tan pronto como saliera, subiría la foto de dichas alas y le diría a la mayor cantidad de personas posible sobre cómo se comportaban. Tan pronto como dije esto, un "gerente" apareció en la caja, se disculpó por todo y quitó el cargo de las alas de la factura. Qué horrible experiencia. Ya era bastante malo que se hubieran comido el ala, pero que nos acusaran de hacerlo nosotros mismos era un insulto, ya que somos clientes bastante habituales de ellos. WONT BE BACK EVER

10/06/2025: We had a wonderful stay with very friendly hosts and a beautiful homemade Irish breakfast. It is very close to Knock airport so made our journey very convenient. Would recommend if you are in the area.

18/02/2025: My husband and I had a wonderful few nights here looked after superbly by Anthony . The Full Irish was the best we’ve ever tasted with homemade bread and local produce. Endless pots of tea , fresh fruits , yoghurts , cereals and juices. The freshly baked scones were to die for ! Tea / coffee /biscuits always available in the gorgeous quirky sitting room. Our second visit here ( last one pre covid ) and so sorry the restaurant is now closed but plenty of lovely places to eat in Charlestown only a few minutes walk from the Riverside. We will definitely return as the location is perfect for visiting Knock Shrine and a few minutes from the airport .

24/10/2024: Very poor quality compared to what it once was. Reopened yesterday. 23rd October 2024, still can’t get an order right! And when I try to call the restaurant to make a complaint they don’t answer the phone!

17/06/2024: Very nice dinner! The staff are lovely and very attentive. The portions are enormous, we ended up having leftovers, which the waiter boxed up for us to take away. Lovely experience, we will be back!

07/06/2024: Worst Indian I've ever had. Had the tikia masala naan, bajii, and naan the tika masala tasted like washing up liquid and I'd say the chicken was borderline gone off, the bajii was burnt to a crisp the naan was full of oil. And the place was empty.... no wonder. Would I go back.... not a chance

10/07/2024: Even though it says online that it’s open the place is shut down. Waste of time driving out to Charlestown.

30/05/2024: Drove all the way over front another county to try here, had been looking so forward to it and the opening time said 12/12:30, we arrived at 3 and it was closed? Searched all over google, no phone number to contact and nobody who worked around the centre seemed to know anything about it, sent a message over Instagram to the hot chix page too and no response, severely disappointed and it would put me off going back again, after driving over an hour I would expect the opening times on google to reflect when the shop is actually open…………

04/12/2023: Food was amazing But I almost lost my order so -1 star

30/11/2023: Visited on Saturday for our first time out with the little one and it was amazing. Having ran pizzerias myself in the past I can be very critical however this hit the mark on all aspects especially on service where the host/manager was lovely and congratulated us with a starter on the house. This is what I call going the extra mile and I look forward to returning to this establishment. The bathrooms are immaculate also which is also a positive when you have a child who is quite young.

29/06/2024: Hi I'm the owner of 10 Restaurant Europe today spontaneous situation I visited your restaurant for meak some business with American friend aswel have 45 restaurant I say true straight Food is perfect but Service have to be change definitely.

18/06/2024: I have visited this restaurant a few times already, the food was super tasty, the service was qualitative and fast. The gentleman who served us was very kind and pleasant. Prices a bit high but I understand why, the portion is quantitatively large, for a person who would like to try more products from the menu it is difficult to finish the portion (every time we took it to go, because there was a lot of food left). The favorite delicacy for which we come back - "Cușma lui Guguță" ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

16/07/2024: I went here with my friend, food was very tasty and every dish a different colour, so made properly (unlike a lot on Indians!) very tasty, had a kick as it should and the naan...oh my! We had a family sharing one, it was HUGE and such good fun.
