The best restaurants

17/11/2024: Hi everyone, Just stay as far away from this restaurant as much as possible. This is an honest review. I am writing this review for the welfare of people of Cork. This restaurant is the worst among the restaurants I visited in my life. And it’s the same after 3 years I visited again. Nothing changed. I went out with my friends for dinner, ordered few different curries with beaf and chicken, along with chapati and naan. It was difficult to order because the guy tried to force us to order things according to his choice not ours. Now the order arrived and story started. The food is literally 0.1/5 in taste. I asked the guy to change the chapatis as they were literally burnt. Not eatable. The guy gave his first argument that (we sell chapatis like this, you have to eat them burnt as it is) Then his arrogance kicked in and he stoped serving us, we left the restaurant with worst experience and spoiled night. As I am an asian guy and I know what they are selling to people of Cork on the name of Indian food, Absolutely nothing. Pretty much same curry thing with hundreds of names. You won’t feel a difference in any thing. Long story short. Please stay away. And now I realised that there are loads of reviews of same kind as I am giving. I regret I would have read those reviews before I had given them chance to spoil our night out.

06/12/2024: Took €30 from me and never delivered the food called the restaurant dude said sorry and hanged up the call never got the food or money back.

01/09/2024: I went in for a milkshake people who ordered before where giving there food first after 20 mins i ask for my milkshake nd he goes ok in a cheeky voice this isnt the first ive heard of apache they have giving out frozen brownies nd they also reuse ther pizza boxes as ive heard pll saying theyve seen them taking them out of the bin or personally asking people seated in there for there boxes back also ive noticed the workers being racsist in multiple occasions for example my white friends all sat in there tofay but when me nd my black friend(im also black) entered we where kicked out in under 5 SECS yes i couted coundnt forget about the rocks there chips overall badplace better off going to four start

25/11/2024: Heard this place improved so gave it a go @ the weekend, ordered a half pounder meal & kabab sauce,, the chips were tiny & the half pounder was more like a quarter pounder with no taste & kebab sauce wasn't great either, very disappointing, wont be back here again

08/11/2024: Was disgusted with the attitude of Paulina who told me she is the owner’s wife. She fired all our food into one bag without asking if we wanted salt and vinegar or anything wrapped separately. When I questioned this I was abused. She is obnoxious in the extreme. Have been here many times over the years but will never go there again.

01/06/2024: We stayed in the hotel and while waiting to check in I tried the angus burger here and was pleasantly surprised. I’m a bit of a burger snob, so I was taken aback that It ended up being one of the more flavourful burgers I’ve ever had. We even ordered again later in our trip for room service. The beef patty may very well be frozen, but it’s properly seasoned and has a nice beef flavour throughout. Whatever cheese they put on it went incredibly well with it, too. We hadn’t tried anything else on the menu, but I’m still thinking about the burger, so give it a shot.

23/05/2024: Had the chicken supreme , could hardly find it on the plate. Potato was lukewarm at best and you d find more meat on a dead hamster. Rip off !

15/12/2024: It never come and we called and the worker hung up

09/11/2024: Usually go to China Court and collect but decided to try somewhere else for delivery. Sadly it was very disappointing, chow mein was bland and had a horrible texture. Food was either too salty or vinegar-y. The pancakes and spring rolls were very soggy. I just felt generally deflated about the taste of the food and I won't be ordering from here again.

17/12/2024: Loved this Starbucks for a quick coffee when in town, but honestly the service is getting really bad! Today the staff was so rude and full of atitude, like you were doing a favor to them ordering something (and the store was not busy at all, as if being busy is an excuse to treat people badly...). Toilet was disgusting, me and two more customers were on the queue and we refused to use it because of the dirt. This is not a Starbucks standard store. Giving 2 starts because of the food (that’s the same in every store) and the location.

11/12/2024: I visited it on the 22nd of July 2023 and the hygienic conditions that I witnessed were absolutely horrendous. In the bathrooms feces and urine was smeared all over the walls, ceiling and the floor. The staff was rude and the prices where unreasonable. The quality of the food was extremely low and it was very crowded.

06/10/2024: We were using this ocean house quite a lot in resent years but, after last order couple months back we received and order, and beef creamy garlic was too thick, other dishes also were only small amount of meat and a lot of vegetables, order was mixed up as well , so we were not happy at all about food quality, we rang and we were promised the 80% discount, and today we tried to order food, by using same phone number, but we did not get any discount at all that was promised. So sorry, but we wont be ordering again, as this take away not looking after put customers at all. Advice: stay away and order somewhere else!!!!

06/10/2024: Have been customers for years, unfortunately one time they got our 70e order completely wrong, food was cold and not eatable. They lied about a discount for the future , even though they promised . Very disappointed will never order again

17/12/2024: My kid loves the fries. Place was clean. Burger was ok.

22/10/2024: Ordered an Oreo Shake for my daughter.A full 15 minutes waiting for it.Honestly orders after my number were being called and not one apology when I finally received it.The employer was arrogant and rude.Would not visit here again!

04/11/2024: I must say that the kebap was not bad, but the delivery man did not know how to look at the map and lied when he said that he called me 3 times after not finding the address. After insisting that they bring me the order, the delivery man insisted on his lie and had the luxury of insulting me by saying that I didn't know how to speak English. It was the most racist thing that has happened to me in Ireland, a total shame

01/11/2024: Good food, service was very haphazard. There was no one else in the restaurant at the time. But it was tasty, fresh food and done exactly what we wanted.

28/11/2024: This is what you can expect from subway when you order tango cheese nachos with such a poor packaging from subway letterkenny.

28/11/2024: The lady working in here was unbelievably rude and should not be working in customer service, snapped at us when ordering and was almost screaming at us. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed

10/11/2024: Changing my review after long time customer, The kebab was smaller and the bread completely burned, not eatable.

05/11/2024: Decided to stop and in here on the way home from work as I was starving. €18 for a kebab meal, a large portion of chips, and a side of curry sauce that they never put in the bag. Got home and to my surprise there was no curry sauce. Chips tasted very strongly of fish and the doner meat was cold as soon as I unwrapped the kebab. The food was edible but overall very disappointing as this place used to be very good. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

04/11/2024: Just like any other apache pizza location. They did get my order wrong and I was waiting quite a while even though I was told ready for collection.

14/10/2024: Recently we organised birthday party for around 50 young kids. Branch manager in Oranmore sheesh was easy to negotiate with and arrange delivery during the night. Food was great and on time. We will definitely be a returning customer

12/12/2024: I got a spice bag and bubble tea. It was rly good value, €10. It was yummy but my stomach rly hurt afterwards.
