05/01/2025: I used to like this place a year ago but they are lazy One time I ordered a kebab and they left a piece of plastic wrap in it and a few times hair inside my food. And now they try take your money by get charging you extra especially if you're drunk. I have seen them scam many fellas and even me. Burgers and most chips are pretty good tho. Wee scammers but the small fella with the buzz cut is sound enuf

01/01/2025: AVOID!! STALE FOOD!! Disgusting food, chicken & kebab meat both stale and hard after “cooking” - fed it to whatever’s running along the side of the road tonight.

14/10/2024: Food is delicious and ready in the time frame given when phone ordering.

22/06/2024: Really disappointed - asked for vegetable spring rolls as we have been veggie for over 30 years. However we were given chicken instead - it was inside so we couldn't see it til it was too late. Rang to complain and told was their mistake - would get free vegetarian spring rolls if called in. Not likely. Would advise anyone with dietary requirements or allergies to avoid, they are just too careless.

13/07/2024: Ordered 5.20pm got out for delivery message 5.45pm no Rang at 6pm to see what was going on no answer. Rang at 6.15pm got through she said delivery on the way. 6.45pm now no pizzas delivered what a joke €30 NO PIZZAS?? AVOID THIS PLACE Better again got a message to say enjoy your food at 6.50pm no food delivered. Rang again they said system said it was delivered !! When I explained wasn’t they said there was a problem with the docket system and the pizzas would be delivered in 15 mins - it’s now 7.30pn and no still pizzas 2 hours 10 mins after ordered !! NO PIZZA!!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! AVOID!!!

07/08/2024: Ordered the Chicken Fillet Burger, Chips & Curry sauce this evening. Chicken Burger was a disgrace, a processed thin breaded chicken from a freezer pack. I ordered the most expensive Burger thinking it would be of a high standard. Shockingly bad, rotten lettuce scabby "fillet" and I think I seen a peice of onion in the sauce. I've ordered here many times but won't step.foot into the place again. Local Customer Lost. 22/12/2024: My family and I have just had a delivery from Haldi in Rush. It arrived early and the food was piping hot. Good portion sizes, a complimentary dish and everybody agreed that the food was delicious! We'll definitely be returning.

16/11/2024: We enjoyed the chicken korma very much. Lovely flavour.

31/08/2024: I use to like the food here it's now mediocre most times just warm not piping hot. Small portion for nearly 15e prices are getting out of hand yes cost of living gone up but I'm sure not to such an extortionate cost to consumer as I say food is bulk bought to cut costs. I use to order regularly now it's bout every 2 months or so

11/12/2024: Had lunch here today and it was totally not what I expected from Brown Thomas. After waiting 20 minutes for our food whilst the restaurant wasn't even busy, I was served a fully raw chicken burger, not just a bit pink in the middle but completely raw. I got no apology from the waitress after sending it back, waited another 20 minutes for my food and had to ask for a new set of cutlery after using mine to cut open the raw chicken. On the plus side, my mimosa was very nice but overall really disappointed as I had been wanting to eat here for a while.

10/11/2024: I hate leaving reviews but I write this for the attention of management and those who oversee the running of this store. I was in this evening to purchase a few bits ,just my second time. I also visited a few weeks ago and was Impressed with the wide variety of sweets so I decided to pop in again, yes you'd imagine get your stuff and head off ,end of the story . When I entered the shop with my two friends, all was as you would "standardly " expect when you enter a shop . I noticed the cashier moved from the main register to the other register in the area where the sweets are kept ,thought very little of it "maybe just to take payment in that area as thats where we were looking" still doesn't make a lot of sense but as I said didn't read too much into it. We then proceeded to look around by where the drinks and biscuits etc are located, then I noticed that employee walking around to where we were , I felt she was walking around as if I was up to something "suspicious ", I didnt realise you couldn't move from the sweets aisle to this aisle with products in hand ? Again I said look its probably nothing till my friend came up to me and said she is following us around which then collobarated how I was feeling , she obviously went back to the register to take a payment from a customer who had entered and then I decided I didn't want to purchase anymore bits and I went up and paid for my items as my two friends also proceeded to do so. Now I say when we're in the shop there was 2 other customers throughout the whole time we were there , Is it standard to make us as customers feel that uncomfortable? Is that how a customer should feel when they come in and purchase a few bits and put money through the counter ? I'm in management myself also in a local business as is my friend , would I deem this as " acceptable ,justified "? Absolutely not ! I appreciate we have all felt the loss of a theft etc but does that deem then every customer to feel like a criminal when in store ? I found this whole "ten min" or so experience disheartening and very disappointing as did my two friends who all felt the exact same way . Do we not look the part ? Cause I certainly don't know what that "part looks like " if the likes of me and my two friends are deemed "suspicious looking " after popping in from work . I'm not looking for anything from this , I'm pointing out to management to express my absolute discontentment ,if you have recently experienced theft in your store or whatever it may be ,the way the staff member walked around to be within a distance of us at all times ,would not be my suggestion on the way to treat members of the public/your customers. By right, I should of walked out of that shop this evening ,all of us should of and left our items behind but I can only regret that now afterwards, I remained courteous to the employee who served us the same person who "followed us " around, mid -20s like myself. Spent just over 20 euro . Ive said my piece now and all I can say is I hope this is not something that their customers experience on a regular basis because I certainly will not be returning ,the greatest gift in life the ability to have that choice . I would like to point out the middle aged lady who served me a few weeks ago was nothing but polite and friendly and this was not my experience on that occasion . Date/time of experience Sat 9th November between 710 and 720 pm thereabouts.

08/08/2024: Food was amazing. Was a little confused on if it was only sit down or carry out but once we sat down, the employees were super nice and pretty quick. The food was amazing, some of the better Chinese food I’ve had. It’s also open very late, so good if you have a late flight or train. It was great! Definitely recommend

09/01/2025: Was in here this morning and just have to say that CLAIRE on tills needs some customer service training, absolutely so cheeky and rude to me while serving me. Obviously doesn’t want to be there and took it out on me. I 100% will not be back here to be treated like that again. Totally unacceptable behaviour 0 skills when it comes to customer service.

12/12/2024: I have breakfast here once a week. Always good service and food OK. The ketchup nozzle was not clean and when I pressed the sauce shot all over my shirt. I was on my way to a service in limerick and had to stop at Dunns to buy a new shirt. Since then I check the nozzle first. Mostly not cleaned

13/09/2024: 4 star for takeaway food quality (it's grand, great portions - curry and satay sauces are tasty), 2 star for service. Used to like ordering from here as not many options in the area however, the usually nice lady who serves customers was a rude to me on the phone when I wanted them to double check my order as they made a mistake the last time. Bit disappointed

23/10/2024: Useless, ruse and inefficient is the way this place should be called. Arrived with family and friends at around 3:30 pm on Sunday 20th. A non-irish “guy” looked at us expecting us to say what “we were doing in a restaurant”, we greet and ask a table to “if possible” eat or order coffees. He made the “pleasure” to give us a table in an empty restaurant (maybe 3-4 tables used). 5 minutes later an Irish tall girl with glasses came and said: “just coffees right”😂 geez! Anyway, order some coffees, pizza and went to the bar to order a drink were a short fella full of tattoos with the same stupid attitude. Anyway is the last time we go there for sure, now I understand why always this place is advertising promos on the food😂. Your service is disgusting! 🤮

01/12/2024: Awful through the phone didn’t understand the difference between laughing at a movie and laughing at her also hung up on us due to her not understanding
