12/01/2025: Normally my family's go to Chinese, we got a €150 takeaway for a birthday gathering with family traveling from as far as Longford, every single person that had the chicken balls ended up getting diarrhea, all within 1 hour of eating it, when wecalled to complain they basically didn't care less, not acceptable service especially when you consider how much money was spent and it was even pre ordered the day before so literally no excuses for the food not to be of a decent standard, just lost our custom and will make sure I advise every person I know to avoid the place aswel.
12/01/2025: We got very sick from our food we ordered from here , and management handled it very badly , €148 we spent as there was a family get together, and BQ wouldn't take liability for the food poisoning of 8 people ! For that they have lost us as regular customers , And i do not recommend them ! They need to accept liability where food poisoning is concerned !! Very very let down by how they handled our situation. Hope nobody else has to experience this.

01/09/2024: I have waited for 40 minutes for not good quality 10€+ irish breakfast + coffee. Customer service at the till with attitude. The guy who took my order made faces. Do not recommend if you want to have nice experience on Sunday morning.
25/08/2024: 'Atmosphere' is provided by 'Sandymount', terrific village feel in the heart of Dublin 4! Lovely staff serving hot or cold dishes, lovingly prepared. Highly recommended

Okay, we are not in Italy, the prices were displayed and we knew what we would pay... but 22 euros for two cappuccinos and two pieces of cake seems really high considering that we are not in an exclusive place.
Nothing to say about the courtesy of the very kind and patient girl at the counter and the quality of the goods served, good and fresh.

13/01/2025: This woman who answers the phone who does she think she's talking to..the people on the other end of the phone pay her wages...she needs a head wobble and a personality transplant..food is lovely and nice and fresh delivery is always great..but as for that woman who talks to people like there 5 years old...get her gone..shes a terrible addition to ur business!!!
04/01/2025: Food is so nice . But have to give a one star as they delivered my food 3 hours late said they’d give me credit for free food then when I rang to order the food they told me I already ordered again (which I didn’t) shame because i ordered from them every week for the last 3-4 years won’t be ordering again .

13/12/2024: We have been waiting for over 1 hour for 2 bottles of wine. No food to be cooked nothing. Their restaurant is min driving away. Mind u its now 3:51 AM. No number to call. Why accept our order then???? No traffic nothing on the road. Absolutely horrid!!!!! I will NEVER EVER SPEND MONEY AT haruki Japanese Thai restaurant again. Horrible people u are. Shame on u.

10/09/2024: Standardized Asian fast food of acceptable quality. The service was friendly. The kitchen is open to view. Here we cook piecework for take-away and restaurant. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very simple and functional. The toilets were clean, but not really suitable or sufficient for a restaurant. The food came quickly and was hot. Compared to a good Chinese restaurant, it tasted rather average. The prices were fair and there was free soft ice cream for dessert.
12/07/2024: It was closed today also, walk to the point and came back.
Google map day before yesterday said it was closed, but today it says open till 10 pm

17/11/2024: Love this chipper, best batter sausage in the country and chips are fantastic, but this weekend both on Friday and Saturday bought chips that were under cooked and came in a ball of mush in the bag. Hope this is just a hiccup not the new standard

24/12/2024: As we sit here eating I have just witnessed a staff member clean the rim of the bin and use the same cloth to wipe the trays and tables directly afterwards. Safe to say I am actually gob smacked.
18/12/2024: My card transaction was pending so I couldn’t get my food, I had to pay again. I was told that when the transaction goes through that I will get my refund. The transaction has gone through days ago and I haven’t got my refund

18/11/2024: Very disappointed! Ordered a spice bag and i asked for the chicken wings to be replaced with 2 chicken balls i confirmed this twice on the phone. Only got one in the bag and 3 pieces of shredded chicken. There was no veg and the bag consisted of mainly chips that had way too much sugar on them! Satay sauce was watery. Wont be ordering again do not recommend!

12/12/2024: I don't say this lightly, but it was absolutely horrific, uneatable, €60 between 3 of us. Chips were shop bought dripping in oil. Pizza base was like cardboard. How you could send this to people is unbelievable, obviously have no pride in their work.

15/10/2024: Went to Clarehall asked for a small bowl of soup €3.00 that was ok if we wanted a slice of bread was €1.20 extra rip off. How can you justify that price.
