25/01/2025: Worst bagel I have ever had, inedible. Stars and Stripes which is supposed to have crispy bacon but was basically lumps of fat. The bagel was soggy. No avocado on it. Absolutely disgusting

22/01/2025: It's ridiculous! My wife just went there to buy a BMT sandwich, and they refused to include salami and pepperoni, which have always been part of the sandwich.

26/04/2025: If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. The staff are not one bit friendly. "Breed" was one of their names he was horrific to deal with very rude and abrupt. Appalling behaviour. My daughter 3, wanted to use the toilet and we were told a customer had just broken it. How convenient, also saw someone else complain on the reviews about it. No sign up to say so. It is the law if there are surving food to have a working wc. There should be a sign on the door take away only. I asked to speak to a manger and I was told he was off. The food was sickening. Just don't waste your money

17/01/2025: Same night worker has twice ruined footlong subs. Asked for only a tiny bit of sauce and he kept overloading it, had to shout 4 different times to stop and he kept going and then said it folds over and he knows best and destroyed the whole sub. I Literally threw it straight into their bin after paying. He has done this twice now, really has to start listening. Very very poor location

21/10/2024: So disappointed with the christening cake I got last Saturday! Left a terrible after taste and it cost me nearly €70! Won't buy a cake here again!!

21/10/2024: Good coffee, not consistently amazing, but to someone who isn’t that into their coffee will have a good mug of coffee. Friendly staff happy to chat and help. Good dessert and bakery food. Charging ports don’t work upstairs though :(

19/03/2025: Felt super outnof place coming here, took a trip out with the family for business, stumbled upon this little place, no one greated me and my wife and boys. Didn't seem to want to help us. Thanked them after i paid and not even a thank you back. Pathetic service worst money spent here in a super aukward atmosphere.. Wont be returning...

08/03/2025: Went in with my friend to help to pick up a delivery. The owner was very rude. Was very disrespectful due to my friend not having his pizza bag. The owner refused to give it to us. The he started to threaten my friend. Very disappointing. Would not recommend. Unless you want the head eaten off you for no reason. 0/10

05/03/2025: Delivered to the wrong address. When I called the restaurant they were fully aware of the mistake but decided not to inform me. When asked about the wrongly delivered food they gave me an eircode and told me to go pick it up myself. We had to drive to a different estate and go up to a strangers house to recieve our food. Luckily the family were very nice when we knocked on the door but the fact that our food was left unattended with some unknown person is unacceptable. We took the food but it was stone cold and soggy. Update: and I got food poisoning

04/03/2025: Ordered a delivery to my house and delivery estimate was about an hour, I was willing to wait this time but when the hour came still no food so I waited another 30 minutes and still no delivery. Checked the app and it said order had been delivered 15 minutes ago but there was no food at my door or neighbour's, I called the restaurant and gave the order number and they said yes we delivered that to the wrong house so you can go pick it up from the stranger we left your food with, obviously I was frustrated but decided to go to the house the shop had mentioned and collected the food. The guy who had my food was even confused why they left the food with him as the address they delivered to was clearly wrong. So by the time I actually got to eat my food it was frozen so I obviously didn't enjoy it, this whole event makes me never want to order food from here ever again such bad customer service, they really need to do some training as this is not acceptable

04/04/2025: Went here today and not a word of a lie food tasted terrible.. staff doesn’t seem to have any interest and just seem depressed.. won’t dine here anymore hopefully things improve soon.
