05/01/2025: €45 for uncooked chips, pizza was very undercooked, garlic bread may aswell have just been bread. Not good enough

21/12/2024: s h o c k i n g. In all the places I have been I was never this disgusted and disappointed. Your man Mario, who cooks the burgers and meals was visible without gloves, comes out to talk and TOUCHING customers HANDS and clothes, th counters and all sorts and then puts my burger together in front of my eyes, I was flabbergasted due to the violations in health and safety, this establishment is run by an organisation that does not care about standards BUT charges as you would. I looked our man Mario in the eyes and said, you will make me a new burger and fries, this is not acceptable, did he have a hissy fit for me calling him out on his work standards. Went to the back, was there for ages, not sure what he was doing, made me very suspicious, returning with gloves for the first time, slapping the burger on the grill and acting like a child, this grown man is very unprofessional and would best be in a different role as this is not for him. I reached out the corporate over two weeks ago, guess what silence. So if you grab something here, there is a high probability you will see that same kinda of behaviour and I would say from what I observed many violations. Stay clear, this establishment is a danger to your health.

26/10/2024: Really friendly staff, easy ordering on a tablet. Food tasted delicious and was hot.

22/12/2024: HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE !! HORRIBLE That’s my experience. Placed an order from the website. Didn’t hear anything even after 20 mins after the promised delivery time. Called them to check the status and was promised that it will be delivered in 10-15 mins. 20 mins down the line, called again and the guy told me he will check with the delivery guy and call me, which he never did. After that, I tried ringing them several times and no response at all. All my calls were ignored. Total SCAM of a place. If only I would have read the reviews before placing the order.

14/12/2024: Ordered on the app Just Eat. When the food arrived, it was cold and did not look appetizing at all. It honestly looked like the pizza was precooked and they just tossed the toppings before reheating it again. The pizza was a statue in all honesty.

17/10/2024: Don’t bother eating here unless you are happy to wait for an hour for sub par food. Never again

08/10/2024: Typical hotel restaurant bar. Pasta bolognaise was marvellous. The city could have been better. The deserts were delicious. I went to this restaurant with my family after it had poured in cork. I would go again.

07/12/2024: I was hungry I the middle of the night at 20:30 and it said it closed at 22:00 so I walked 25 minutes and it was closed change ur times u idiots

24/11/2024: Ordered via just eat. Gave eircode and directions to where it was to be delivered. Driver rang me once via the just eat number, I'm outside he says , so walked outside and couldn't see anyone. Waited and he disappeared. Had to contact just eat and get a refund. Won't be returning.

17/07/2024: I don't know when that bread was baked, but it wasn't today or yesterday, or perhaps even the day before.

05/07/2024: Visited today for lunch. Bad food, bad service. Sandwich was thrown together and was just short of being thrown at me along with a filthy look. Absolutely miserable.

21/10/2024: Good coffee, not consistently amazing, but to someone who isn’t that into their coffee will have a good mug of coffee. Friendly staff happy to chat and help. Good dessert and bakery food. Charging ports don’t work upstairs though :(

21/10/2024: So disappointed with the christening cake I got last Saturday! Left a terrible after taste and it cost me nearly €70! Won't buy a cake here again!!

17/12/2024: Wait staff were lovely. Food was not. I ordered the vegetarian "snack box". The warm fillet (i.e. squished vegetarian chicken nugget) just served to heat up my rocket leaves. Those rocket leaves were not dressed, as the menu stated they would be. My 11 chips were floury. My sriracha sauce was actually taco sauce, and somehow tasted watered down. I asked for ketchup sachets instead. My apple pie for dessert was cold, despite it being a wintry food in December. I am grateful to have been so consistently amused at how poor the food was.

13/08/2024: Our server was Sean, and we ordered the Hawaiian pizza and a burger with the truffle fries. The service was friendly and fast, and he was right on top of his job with anticipating our needs. The food was wonderful if not a little too big with their portions. We will definitely eat here again. I am so glad I looked past the previous reviews to try this place for myself.

02/11/2024: Wanted to order for delivery but it appeared you had to create an account which involved agreeing to privacy policy which while in compliance of gdpr , does mean you consent to the gathering of your data , some of which has no relation to the delivery or consumption of fast food. Decided to make the order in the diner. Chips tasted average . The fresh cod had fish that was nice but didn't like the batter , very greasey. Hands covered in oil. Overall I'd describe it as very average food. Fellow diner thought fried chicken was delicious. Dont think I'd to try it again.

12/09/2024: Ordered chicken and chips again last night after a great experience last time unfortunately the quality has gone downhill it was disgusting! Rang them to tell of my experience to be told repeatedly by a manager the chicken is lovely ☺️ Avoid this place!

24/12/2024: Haven't been here in ages and it's gonna stay that way after this The spicebag was horrendous soggy chips chicken was pathetic tasted like cheap dirt and there was hardly any spice , rice was dry I asked for sweet and sour sauce and double checked as I ordered but was given curry sauce which tasted like pure muck 15 quid down the drain This place was just pathetic 1/10 stay away from this kip

08/09/2024: I accepted my offer letter with the information that the on campus centra is open until 2am. Now it’s only open until 10pm. What do I do when I get the munchies now? You expect me to buy snacks sober in the day time? Ridiculous.

29/10/2024: I have ordering from here for years and this is the second time this has happened, the fried rice was not cooked probably won't be getting fried rice again

28/10/2024: Definitely the worst Chinese in clondalkin ordered chicken curry rolls and there wasn’t a bit of chicken in them. 4 in 1 had hardly any curry sauce and 3 chips it was 95% rice. Chicken is definitely frozen you’d buy better in Tesco very disappointing definitely won’t be back

01/12/2024: The food is very expensive. But the sandwich that I had was quite good. The employees are friendly but it seems as though the process could be improved, looks a bit disorganised.

27/12/2024: Service in this place is horrible, guy with dark hair and glasses needs a lesson in manners and if there is lanes for where people need to go to order food they should be visible and should be barked at by staff!!
