30/09/2024: Dump of a place. Always staff shortages in the deli. Deli hot food is always burnt. Charged 7 euro for a small sandwich. Oat coffee machine is more times not working than working. One toilet is always full of in a mess.

05/07/2024: Glum surly staff. Did not know I was supposed to collect cutlery myself on ordering, when goats cheese toasted roll with salad was brought to my table, asked for a knife and fork. Told "it's self service and it's over there", on mentioning this rude unhelpful attitude to an older woman behind the counter, she just repeated the other woman's sentence with a stony expression. Last time I met staff like this was in the former East Berlin. No sugar on the table, only sweetener, had to get it from another table, didn't dare ask staff. I'm a disappointed ex-customer (70+)
29/05/2024: Can a Caesar wrap be called a Caesar if it doesn’t contain lettuce, an anchovy Caesar salad dressing? I got a half grilled wrap soggy on the bottom filled with breaded chicken and pesto. Tasted of a chicken and stuffing.

15/01/2025: Place was filthy. Had to ask twice for table and seats to be wiped down and they still didn't do it properly. Very little selection of donuts on a Sunday afternoon.
28/12/2024: They said open til 7pm, we were there at 6pm but didn’t let us sit, Chair was so sticky anyway.

31/12/2024: a few people are working. the rest are walking around and don't know what to do. the guy is more interested in his friends than his job. I waited for my order for about 20 minutes and only 2 things matched the order. I do not recommend

09/11/2024: Worst place ever. We queued up and the bouncers were really rude and didn’t let us in cause they were “closed”. They then proceeded to let loads more people in, and made us wait 20 mins for no reason before letting us in. Once you’re in there it’s even worse. They don’t have a liquor license so they only have bottles of corona and horrible gin cans (that they charge you a tenner for) and the service at the bar is awful. Avoid!!!!!

28/10/2024: This restaurant is so much bad that they didn’t give our food right. I’ve spent 37 euro for nothing I’ve ordered 2 person meal dish and it hasn’t arrived they exchange my or they are that much fraud that they stole money and they didn’t give the food back and they are also bad manners I called them and they misbehaved
27/10/2024: Absolutely enormous meals and delicious as well as relatively inexpensive. I feel like this is a new management as I can see some not good reviews but I haven't experienced anything bad whenever I have ordered. Thank you guys and keep it up.

06/01/2025: The staff spend more time talking to each other than preparing orders. Spent 5 mins waiting for the 2 women to stop talking. Always ingredients missing on display. Everything thrown into the sub like it was a rubbish bin, folded over and handed to you. Disgusting, filthy place.
13/12/2024: It's ok to grab a sandwich or so for lunch but there's a lot of Junkies coming in and out of the building and standing outside

22/10/2024: Appalling. Less than half the menu available, and of that nothing healthy. Staff were uninterested. How hard is it to get sandwiches delivered?? A shame as the outside seating area is actually quite nice. My advice, bring a picnic!
21/10/2024: Came here on a school trip as was the only option for food. Prices were extortionist but is to be expected in a zoo. Staff were very rude and practically threw the food at us. I understand fast food isn't a fun job, I work in that industry too, but at least fake it...The cutlery was practically hidden and there was no condiments to be found.
