The people are very nice and the place is cozy.
There isn't much parking available next to the cafe, but plenty within a few minutes walk.
15/12/2024: Stopped for breakfast with a friend here on a whim and Seed & Soul did not disappoint! What a lovely find.
The food was great, the staff lovely and the atmosphere really relaxed.
We will be back!

14/02/2026: Could be the worst food I've eaten in Galway, got it after a night out last night and I've been getting sick all morning, definitely something off or raw in there. Avoid it!

26/05/2025: Arranged a Sunday lunch visit for four family members including a 90 year old who ordered the lamb which was "extra". Two of us had Turkey and Ham and one had a burger. The lamb was tough and clearly wasn't fresh but the worst was a side of cabbage which was so obviously off and had been masked with some kind of cream and peas added in. I told the waiter who said he would "let the kitchen know". Sid anyone speak to us about it? No. Did we get a reduction in bill? No. Will we be back? No.
