01/12/2023: Great quaint little pub, good pints, music and welcoming locals. All round a really pleasant pub to spend a leisurely time in.

26/11/2023: Absolute delight. A traditional pub, great welcome from Seamus. Lovely Guinness. Amazing traditional music session.

15/11/2024: Bingo on Wednesdays, trad most Fridays, first class live music on Sundays. Great home cooking by Evelyn. Missing Brandy, the lovely sheepdog who crossed the rainbow bride this year.

10/02/2026: Marian baked a stunning tall coffee cake (10-inch diameter) for our family party, and it completely exceeded expectations. It looked incredible on the table, so well executed and beautifully finished, but the real surprise was that it tasted even better than it looked (and it looked great!). The texture was perfect, light yet rich, and the flavour was outstanding. Every slice disappeared quickly. A truly exceptional cake, made with real skill and care. Marian was also a pleasure to work with, with excellent, clear, and straightforward communication.

03/01/2026: I cannot thank Marian enough for the fabulous cake she baked for a big birthday in the family. Not only was it delicious, she really made magic of the design and we'll all be talking about the cake for years to come. I cannot recommend this service highly enough!

14/02/2025: Worst burger I’ve ever eaten , at €9.50 it’s day light Robbery

14/02/2025: I'm being generous giving a 1 Star, food was late, wrong order no drinks, order vegan pizza had meat on it and chicken, ordered a pizza looked like someone's finger was smudged in it, didn't get my curry chip either, the 2 pizzas were mixed with different orders, Pizza was cold chips were cold normally good, but lately getting worse, I wouldn't be surprised if the delivery drivers friends who where in the car had my 2 drinks and curry chip, very upset,

13/11/2025: Went in to get a sparkling water to drink with my medication around 11am told the girl I was just charging my phone before I can pay her. She then demanded I pay before I get served a drink 🤣 .. any other bar or restaurant in the town you can order a drink and pay afterwards it’s not like it’s a rough area. Her excuse was shes never seen me before neither have I and lived in the town my whole life. Won’t be back for a long time understand it’s hard to get staff that aren’t rude. Maybe send her for one day at manors school 🏫 probably wouldn’t be enough. Also 2 other staff behind counter wouldnt but in to give me a drink or defend her or me. 3 staff behind a bar 1 man youd think he could get a drink of water nevermind a beer 😭 also said if you have no money i cant serve you basically defaming my character of course i have money i would never go into a bar without money.

29/03/2026: €21.95 FOR A SMALL TURKEY & HAM WITH A FEW BITS OF VEG AND TWO SCOUPS OF MASH AND NO ROAST POTATOE. I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER WITH MY COLLEAGUES BUT I WILL NOT RETURN. I LEFT HUNGRY AND DISAPPOINTED.

10/07/2025: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Una de las peores experiencias gastronómicas que he tenido. La espera fue ridículamente larga, y cuando finalmente llegó la comida, era apenas comestible. El camarero arrojó los platos sobre la mesa como si fuéramos una molestia sólo por estar allí. Durante todo ese tiempo nos sentimos completamente mal recibidos, como si fuéramos una carga simplemente porque no éramos del mismo país. No hubo absolutamente ningún servicio al cliente y en un momento dado, el personal incluso se rió y bromeó en su propio idioma mientras nos miraban. Sinceramente sentimos que no pertenecíamos allí. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie. Evitalo

02/07/2025: We came here by chance. It’s absolutely lovely and delicious food. They made us a veg curry with rice, th kids chicken wings and burger was delicious, the soup of the day was tomato with red pepper it had a beautiful kick and was filling, the buttermilk chicken burger was crispy and seasoned to perfection. Love the people love the food love the service and price was soo soo good. Must visit.

16/10/2024: The food and service was top notch The price was good . The restaurant has a beautiful artistic look and I loved the well and the fish down stairs.

03/09/2024: We just drove off the motorway to look for a quick snack. We didn't know then what a lovely surprise awaited us at the Gallery Café. There's a great display of artwork, the place is tastefully decorated and the tables spaced out reasonably well. The waitress was kind and helpful. The food simply delicious! Would definitely go again and would recommend to others.

31/08/2024: Éramos 2 amigos pedimos margarita y bloody mary mi compañero lo envió de vuelta dos veces ya que el sabor no era una bloody mary sino algo más, el bar tiernos necesita más entrenamiento el vaso de margarita no estaba helado fresco como tiene que ser, dos bebidas total desperdicio. Deberíamos haber tomado cerveza en su lugar.

04/08/2024: El servicio decepcionó este restaurante. La comida era excelente y sabrosa. El personal no parecía estar completamente capacitado. Los supervisores eran excelentes, pero el personal de espera no parecía claro en sus deberes y fue una decepción.
