14/10/2024: I regularly, not all the time, get my Chocolate Pure Protein shake. It's delicious. I get them after I do my workout with Perpetua. The only con I have is that the last few times - and I only noticed today, then went back and checked my last few transactions - I've been getting overcharged for the same shake I always get. I just usually tap my card and take it to go after I finish my workout so I hadn't really looked at the charges properly before. It says on the menu that the Pure Protein shake is 4.50 but I'd been getting charged 5.95 the past handful of visits. Unless they've upped their prices - it still says it's 4.50 online? So not sure what's going on there? Other than that, still love my little protein shakes after my workouts. Can't fault the taste or anything else. Just a little peeved at getting overcharged and only noticing later on...

14/02/2025: While I hate leaving a bad review based on one experience, I can't brush over what was the worst meal I've ever eaten! I ordered chicken and bacon tagliatelle, and the bacon used was 90% strips of pure fat, with no bacon even attached! I ate most before I started separating them out when I started to feel very icky from too much fat! I mentioned it to the server when she brought the bill and showed her all the strips of fat. She said she'd tell the kitchen, and then disappeared and got another server to take our payment. A simple word of acknowledgement would have avoided this review! Very disappointed!

10/11/2024: Booked a table for lunch 10th November for 3.30pm. A very pleasant young waitress showed us our table gave us a menu took our order for drinks and lunch. In 15 minutes our food was served I had lamb my husband had beef and all the trimmings. The food was fantastic and quite generous portions Will go again efficient place

01/04/2025: I was invited to a brunch where everybody had to bring something "from home". I just went directly to Gourmet Parlour and one hour later, all the other guests at the brunch were enthusing over the delicious quiches I bought. I even bought one for my mother, who is not a "quiche woman" and she also enthused. To such an extent that I had to go another day and buy more. Yes, the prices are on the high side but the quality of the products and service more than make up for that. I wish people would stop complaining about the price of food created with love and good, healthy, IRISH ingredients.

18/12/2024: Stopped here for a takeaway sandwich during the week, turkey, ham and stuffing on brown bread, sandwich was approx 7cm by 9cm, was absolutely lovely but priced at €8.90 per sandwich was a bit much, I am by no means a miser, but come on, €8.90 for a sandwich that size with 3 small fillings in it. you are shooting yourselves in the foot and while your food is very good I for one will not be returning.

06/01/2025: Staff are lovely and friendly, great variety to suit everyone. We took the only available table and unfortunately we were right beside the doors which let in an artic blast every time they were opened but I would definitely recommend and visit again.

26/03/2024: Opus menu available in the Atrium Bar rather than upstairs in the restaurant- same menu but casual. Excellent porn star martini! Food choices similar to usual Irish fare. Good but not outstanding. Friendly service. Good vibe to the room.
