01/11/2023: i would never order from this place again. we had a large order and they forgot multiple things on the pizzas, as well as not including several sides and drinks in which we payed extra for. additionally, the burgers and such were simply not good at all - the patties were burned to crisp, practically looking like charcoal. actually, when we had walked in there to collect our food, there was smoke filling up the room to the point that it was not even safe to breathe well in there. we were coughing like crazy, i’m just glad everyone was safe and no one was hurt. when we had arrived at the allocated time of arrival, they had told us to wait for a few minutes - this crept up to being half an hour of us standing there, since the two available tables there were taken. overall, we were not impressed - this was not acceptable, at all 🔥😡😡

01/11/2023: Over all I would never go to this place again. The pizza is nice enough but still not the best. We had a big order they forgot 50% of the order , we ordered some meals with drinks and they didn’t come with chips or the drinks that we paid for and claimed to be in the meals. We ordered 2 burgers and they were burnt . When we went to pick up the order there was smoke all over the place we could smell the burnt burgers . The chips that we got were cold. I would never go here again.

31/07/2023: Nice enough place the food was standard for a cafe the service if the staff smiled their faces might crack the dirty looks u get when asking a question they didn't seem to even know about the different milks for coffees

08/06/2024: Really really beautiful restaurant to visit. Food was absolutely delicious, staff so friendly. Brilliant atmosphere. Had an enjoyable afternoon there. We'll be back for sure.

23/01/2025: I confirm Melissa's comment, I worked at Hassetts a year ago, I had a secure job at another factory and the manager at Hassetts hired me and everything seemed fine.... I left my job to work at HASSETTS and after 3 weeks they told us to take two weeks as a "holiday" they said they had shortage and we would be back to work ( they lied to us) they INSURED us and never mentioned they were firing us for no reason, they just used us and threw us away, they could have told us the truth, we lost time and money... we were out of work, unable to pay rent and no food, because of the lying people at HASSETTS They are bad and heartless people!

23/01/2025: One year ago, three girls and I started working for this company. All of us left our jobs to start there. After THREE WEEKS, they said they had a shortage in raw materials and we had to leave, but they were going to call us in four weeks to start again. We even asked if that was 100% sure, and they said multiple times "yes.". They never called; it was winter, and getting a job is difficult in that season. We sent emails and even went to the factory to know if they had any news, and they didn't even let us in. The HR manager went out and talked to us. How can companies be that heartless and offer a job for three weeks without letting you know in advance? make you quit your jobs, and then kick you out in the most difficult season of the year?All of us had a really difficult time, and some had to borrow money, and some spent all their savings to survive, all just because a company was extremely irresponsible. I wish all they knew how depressed and devastated we felt and all the harm they did. I hope its planning department could improve so this never happens again to someone else.
