22/07/2025: Good Monday night trad session, local.

31/05/2025: Stopped in back in late March. Tried my first Guinness - didn’t love it. The proprietor offered to make me a Guinness and Black and now that’s what I am still drinking today, back in the states. As he kindly suggested, I will try to eventually wean myself off of the black current, but it’s so good! I felt at home at Marrinan’s, like I was at my local tavern in Central New York. And to the proprietor, you WILL see me on television!

18/04/2025: Very poor experience today (18th April 2025) at 13:15. My wife and I went in to order subs and weren’t even asked what size we wanted — the staff member just made footlongs when we only wanted 6”. We said we only wanted one toasted, and she toasted both anyway. When we asked for the meal deal, we were told only soft drinks were included. We wanted coffee and were told we’d have to go to the other side of the shop and pay extra — came to an extra €7 just for two coffees. Absolute rip-off. The garage owns the Subway and could easily include this in the meal deal price. On top of that, when I asked her to scan my loyalty app, she tried once and just said, “It’s not working,” with no apology or further attempt. She was rude and completely unfriendly throughout. Shocking customer service — we won’t be returning.

01/06/2025: This bar is amazing, you think it's a small bar but it is unbelievably massive as you walk through all the wee rooms and alleys, big beer garden, can't wait to return, will definitely be my 1st call next time I'm in Donegal town. Highly recommend.

06/05/2025: Had a great time, here. It's attached to McCafferty's (?), so it's much bigger inside than it appears. Beer is reasonable and service was great. The musicians were really good. Get here early, find a seat, and don't leave. This place gets packed.

03/04/2026: For the prices they charge ,one would except some level of decent service ! Dirty tables , untrained staff , uninterested staff , altogether a disappointing visit . Over priced pastries , mediocre coffee.

26/10/2025: We had Seoul Kitchen in St. Anne’s Park before and really liked it. Came to Priory Market for late dinner and the guy that served us definitely did not want to be there, had a facial expression of “why are ordering from me” all the way through and just rude in general. Said we had to wait 20 mins for the food which was fine, we sat in front of the stand to wait and even when the food was ready he didn’t even bother to let us know!!! We had to go up to ask, only to realise it was already ready. Presentation was nothing like we had before, it was as if the food was just dumped into a bowl for a kid. Bulgogi was way too salty (couldn’t finish even though I was starving) and Dakalbi was just as awful. Really sad as we had great experience in St. Anne’s park but debating if ever want to give it another chance.

11/10/2025: LOVE the food hubby drove for 30 mins(1 way) to get 3 half n half. They wouldn't take cash 🤦‍♀️WT... heck. What small business turns down...BUSINESS?? 🤷‍♀️ Really disappointing.

23/06/2024: Went in for breakfast and was not even acknowledged, waited 15 mins to see if a menu would be dropped down to us. Ended up leaving to go elsewhere. Sunday morning, not that busy and the tables were filthy, better quality of service in other places in bandon

11/06/2024: Great spot for Breakfast or Lunch. Food was very nice and the staff are very friendly and efficient.

10/09/2023: A go to place when I am near the area. Very clean live kitchen and amazing food and service 🤌

22/07/2023: Ordered a space bag thinking they are easy to not get wrong. Ordered 3 hours before it arrived and I only live an 8min drive away. Three pieces of chicken and rest chips - the chicken was way too tough to even eat, would break my tooth. Phone restaurant and was told they can't do anything as I'm only one of few that complain. Disgraceful and felt very disheartened
