23/03/2025: Our server Virgina Valber was lovely looked after us really well, manger and chef also very very nice, food absolutely delicious and cocktails were to die for highly recommend.

23/03/2025: Mario was an amazing host and server. He made sure our party was taken care of and comfortable ! The tasting menu and wine parings were lovely as well.

02/03/2025: Stopped off here for food at 4pm on a Sunday as it was rated highly by TripAdvisor. Fish & chips and the boiled ham, cabbage and mashed potato was outstanding and cooked to order. Guinness was unreal. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended.

23/02/2025: The women there was the single most welcoming, friendly person imaginable. The portions are ample, the food is hearty and rich, and the atmosphere is incomparable. Stop in, stay a while and treat yourself to the best pub experience I've had in a good long while!

26/01/2025: This review is a couple of months late, with my apologies. We enjoyed a spectacular meal in November 2024 and I had wanted to say thank you so much. The pumpkin & parmesan croquettes were life-changing... the gnocchi sublime. The thing that made it perfect though was the service which was warm, enthusiastic and professional. Our server was unflappable even when the table next to us set their napkin on fire, and seemed completely uninterested in putting it out. We got an awful fit of the giggles but she was serenity itself as she saved the day. I would come back to Kinsale just to visit The Black Pig. The food was truly the best meal I've had in 10 years, maybe more - every dish perfection. The prices are a steal compared to the highway robbery that's taken over Dublin with largely boring, poorly executed food.

19/01/2025: Well isn’t this quite the find! So lovely we went back the 2nd night … Staff … adorable,helpful, friendly, warm, kind ✅ Food …. Fantastic … not your traditional sit down eat restaurant experience but much more laid back with the feeling of sharing boards/ plates but you don’t have to share if that’s not your thing! ✅ Wine … my husband’s idea of heaven … extensive wine lists … glasses available for all …. interested staff to chat with …. Suits me extremely well too … a glass or two of bubbly and a yummy pudding wine … all in all suits us both. ✅ Do book early … it’s extremely busy but they do have walk ins at the bar but you’ll need to go early … we were delighted. Thank you

14/03/2025: A beautiful quaint pub in the middle of nowhere in Donegal. Their world famous chowder lives up to its name. They also have some delicious buns and cakes available too.

24/02/2025: As a family, we’ve been going to Riba very regularly for 7+ (?) years. That’s how good a restaurant it is! The food is really tasty and the menu has a very good selection, along with a good wine menu. They’ve recently added pizzas to the menu (which are fantastic for home delivery!). The staff are absolutely fantastic; really friendly and attentive. I’m genuinely running out of adjectives and superlatives to describe Riba. Try it - you won’t be disappointed!

07/03/2025: This was some of the best food we had while in Ireland, and it was very reasonably priced. We even came back a second time! We also appreciated the decor and music, and the staff were funny and engaging. Highly recommend eating here, and I know we will be back if we are ever back in Dublin.

04/03/2025: We absolutely loved our dinner here. ♥️ We came for the early bird menu during the week and it did not disappoint at all. Portions were much bigger than expected and everything was cooked perfectly. I had the goats cheese salad as a starter, slow cooked rib of beef as main and a creme brulé as dessert and everything was just delicious. The meat fell off the bone and the vegetables were full of flavour, served with a lovely wine jus sauce. We were very impressed by the service too - our meals were served so fast and Philip was incredibly helpful and friendly. The evening was such an enjoyable experience thanks to everyone at Little Kitchen and we'll definitely return some day. Highly recommend this place. Thank you!

But 1 lady Teresa so rude turning irish away only had time for tourists telling irish no room I was sitting on my own listening to her being rude to some ppl and nice to ppl she thought were tourists, followed ppl in toilet that were customers seeing if they were just using toilets without her permission 🙄

06/03/2025: Famous place to visiting in Dublin! Good food and the best Guinness pint of the Town. A place to go with friends and to spend some time there.

15/02/2025: Called in to Farren's on the recommendation of a local lady we met walking at Malin Head. Did not disappoint - the food was amazing (can seriously recommend the "best of both" or the seafood chowder!). A seriously good pint of Guinness was delivered in no time, and the largest coffee and hot chocolate order they'd ever had set us all on the road again. Staff were really nice, the bar was cosy and we could have sat in beside that log burner all day. A really great find and will definitely be back!

15/01/2025: Great wee pub, very cosy with the log burner on and friendly people & staff. We were allowed to bring our dog in too which was class!!
