Even when I'm unsure of an ingredient, I am always pleasantly surprised with how good it tastes. Which goes to show the expertise of the chef and kitchen staff. I have always had a great experience here and can't recommend it enough for people who love and appreciate great food and wine.

14/02/2026: When i walked into Lennons today with my family for lunch and one of the floor staff shouted across the restaurant to the waitress at the counter - "we don't take cash!".

I like to visit this restaurant because the food is delicious the restaurant is very clean and the staff themselves are pleasant people. I advise everyone to visit this restaurant.

08/01/2026: Beautiful old school Hotel and restaurant. Afternoon tea is lovely with beautiful sandwiches and yummy fresh cakes . The dinner is exquisite and the menu changes every day. Service was so nice and we were well looked after . Highly recommend 😁

31/10/2025: Can only comment on food and service. Beautiful historic building and superb quality food. Roast beef portion was small though but compensated but generous vegetables. Soup was wonderful. Very quiet but perfect getaway for couples looking for a quiet time.

27/11/2025: Amazing place tucked away in the Comeragh mountains, so relaxing and the staff are really fantastic. The food is great and gluten free diet catered for so we'll. Mary herself is a powerhouse and always ready for a chat. They also have some wonderful food gifts for Christmas.

11/01/2026: Lovely couple of hours spent in Giltraps Pub last night, Great Music and Atmosphere there, Staff very Efficient & Friendly, looking forward to returning again very soon for a night out. Other half said the Guinness was lovely, I had a mineral to begin with, being designated driver but was delighted to find my go to Non Alcoholic Drink was stocked. Thanks Eleanor & Crew

25/12/2025: Very warm/friendly welcoming village pub , the staff here are very efficient and always a smile on thier faces , the pub has a very traditional Irish pub feel , the toilets are very clean and usable , there are pool tables and a darts board . Food is served daily , mainly pizza and one other dish of chicken goujons/chips (not that exciting but fills a gap) the Guinness is excellent : cold, creamy and moorish as it should be . This pub is a great place to be and I thoroughly recommend it on a visit to beautiful Kinnitty .

08/03/2026: My wife and I have been coming here for about 3 years. We now bring our baby and sometimes his grandparents when they are visiting. It is always an absolutely lovely experience. We are always really well looked after, the staff are always lovely and the food is unbelievably good. The seafood chowder has to be tasted to be believed. Our favourite restaurant in ireland. Hoping to be back again next weekend for mother's day (if we can get a table).

01/02/2026: We stayed above the pub for one night. Very cosy room, clean reasonably priced. Little kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Milk in the fridge, tea and coffee. Would definitely recommend.

09/03/2026: Lovely hotel. Only 11 rooms, 3 reached thru rear stairs, the rest you can get to they front stairs. Had 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts. All were delicious, piping hot and very well presented. Also had 2 desserts, also very well presented and delicious. Photos below. Every member of staff were very friendly and helpful, special mention to Johnathan and Karena. Also shout out to Michael,a local, who plays the piano, needs a tuning, and sometimes sings. All in all, a very enjoyable weekend and will definitely visit again.

24/08/2025: We came from Serbia for 5 days in Ireland, this was our third day and so far the best meal we have had. It's not long for me but everything is homemade and delicious. Thanks to the hosts.
