21/08/2025: Hugo and Andrea's hospitality at breakfast was magnificent. It's a hotel with good connections to Dublin city center. They only need to renovate the bathrooms, which are a bit dated.
20/08/2025: Really enjoyed this hotel—we had a huge room. It had its own air conditioning, which was important because it happened to be pretty warm during our trip. We loved having breakfast delivered to our room. Our only complaints were: the coffee was really not great and it’s quite away from city center.

31/07/2025: We have just come back from this super family restaurant. We are a party of 4 adults and 4 teenagers and had fantastic home cooked fish and chips
Chips were hand cut not frozen, fish was 2 big pieces per portion and we got 2 sides, peas and curry sauce that came in a big jug so actually 1 portion of either would be enough between 2 people
09/07/2025: Was in leterkenny today went here for lunch got the fish and chips it was one of the best I ever got none of your frozen stuff fresh fish and real chips I definitely will go back

17/08/2025: Walked in on a Sunday morning to get breakfast, after being on the road for four and a half hours. Arrived at 11.43 am the Bar man said breakfast was finished. It does say breakfast from 10 till 12. Very disappointed.

08/08/2025: Fantastic meal. The marinated chicken was delicious. Stayed afterwards to listen to a bit of live music. The owners were very nice and sorted a taxi for us to head back to our B&B afterwards.
02/07/2025: Great hotel, location is right next to the golf course. The family that operates the hotel are excellent, very kind and personable. Highly recommend staying here if playing Bally.

24/04/2025: I had the beef stew and bar none in was the best Beef Stew I have ever had. They even offered more once I had finished which truly shocked me. This pub/Restaurant is a must visit if in Dublin. I wish we were staying longer so we could come again before leaving.

13/08/2025: Absolutely awful. Staff were extremely rude, couldn't have been made to feel any less welcome. Food was terrible. Service was shocking. Definitely would not recommend this place. Very disappointing, as the bar itself looks lovely.

10/08/2025: It was a planned dinner, we were just passing Round wood after a long mountain walk, and decided to stop for an early dinner. Having already been to the Round wood store we had said we owe to try the Coach House restaurant.
Well we haven't been disappointed at all. We had a great time, some amazing food and we were served with many smiles.
It is not exactly cheap but it is well worth it. Great quality of Irish products are served here, and amazingly prepared and presented in the plates. I highly recommend the fish options. I went for the monkfish which was delicious.
I highly recommend.
08/08/2025: Wonderful birthday celebration last night in the restaurant. Excellent service, delicious food, particularly starters and dessert. Lovely location, looking forward to repeat visits.
