The best restaurants

10/02/2025: The food was okay, not amazing but nice. But when I arrived at my booking time (21.30) and they told me the kitchen was closed, I couldn’t believe it, why did they take my booking at 21.30 then? I could only order pasta dishes. If i stayed and didn’t leave the place was because the girls were super nice, but the manager an absolute fail. There’s loads of italians everywhere and you need to do your best to get regular clients. They didn’t so I wouldn’t repeat or I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Not in a bad way, is just that I had better experience in similar cuisine restaurants and better quality (penne in 80% of the dishes is also quite simple, in any good bistro you choose the pasta that goes along your sauce) So as I said, the only good thing was such an amazing waitress that made me not leave and invited me to a dessert for the inconvenience.

26/12/2024: The worse feed we ever had. Could hardly find the chicken in the fillet burger. It was cold and no sauce. There was about 20 chips in the tiny wee bag that came with the meal. Folks steer clear of this rip off joint €24 for food that wouldn't fill the hole in your tooth!!

19/12/2024: Food was fine, but at 7pm on a Thursday night, there was no one else sitting in, and we struggled to find a clean table to sit at. Tables and floors were dirty and the toilets were absolutely disgusting. Toilet seat and floor covered in pee and unflushed poo, no toilet roll. I expected the toilet to be clean as a male staff member was in just before me. He either used the last of the toilet roll and didn't flush or didn't clean the toilet. (Female toilet)

08/02/2025: I had booked the hall with these guys for my Wife’s baby shower and I paid a hefty deposit for booking the hall. Unfortunately I had to cancel because my wife had to be admitted in the hospital. The person was very inconsiderate and did not return the deposit despite explaining him what the situation was and why we had to cancel. He literally stopped replying my messages even when I sent him pictures if being in the hospital. I think you recognise people’s real face when they dont understand other people’s situations, that deoait could have been very useful for me in that situation. Even the baloon decoration vendor understood and gave back the deposit but this person did not have the understanding.

15/02/2025: We visited yesterday, 14th February, and the service was outstanding—the waiters were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the experience very enjoyable. However, the food was quite average for the price. The dishes were nothing special and didn’t really justify the cost. I would return for the excellent service, but not for the food.

09/02/2025: I love the look and feel of this place. You can step back in time and feel very nostalgic viewing their unique vintage items from beauty items to wine and art. The food menu though is far from vintage, it's modern fresh and full of flavour. I visited for brunch with two friends and we were spoiled for choice. As a gluten free vegetarian it was nice not to need a substitution as they have corn tostados with eggs that were a dream. My friends got a beef birria toastie and then we tried the chocolate brownies and carrot cake for dessert 🥰
