The best restaurants

11/11/2025: Food was excellent, service was great. Pizza was delicious.

05/11/2025: This was the only restaurant we could get into late at night without a reservation in Dingle the night we were there. I ordered an antipasta dish as an appetizer which was very minimal and not worth the money (I could do better with grocery store items with a better display). For my main course, I ordered the meat & cheese tortellini, which was edible but nothing fancy or worth the 17.50 euro spent. There's much better restaurants to explore in the area.

23/11/2025: Food was good. But you won’t stay long. It’s warmer outside. The back door is always open and the draft coming through was unbearable on a cold Sunday morning. Every one in there had coats on. Staff are nice but I’ll think twice before I come back.

28/11/2025: We were traveling through while we were driving the Ring of Kerry. Found this little Pub to stop in at and had some food and drink. The guy behind the bar was super helpful who turned out to be the owner Tommy. He was also the chef and whipped up some amazing lunch for us. One of the drinks we wanted needed cream so he went down to the store next door and bought some for us. One of the items on the lunch menu was the salmon on toast which was amazing and he went a couple businesses down to the local fish market and got a fresh filet of salmon. We also had some burgers and a wrap and they were all amazing and tasted great. The best part was the commentary and talking with Tommy as he had great ideas of places for us to go and see while we were there some of the best places we saw on our holiday trip we're because of Tommy. Great guy funny full of good ideas. Definitely a place to stop and see if you're in the area. FYI you'll be able to understand him a little better because he's originally from Boston. Tell him the O'Connell sisters and their husbands sent you from the states.

12/08/2025: One of the best pubs I’ve been in Ireland. Great atmosphere! The owners are such a nice couple that makes you feel at home, and the service is great! Perfect to gather with friends, family, partner or just to stop by for a drink. And it has a billiard hall and a music box!!

13/07/2025: There always good atmosphere in Tom McCarthys Bar in Castleisland its family run bar, its was very busy today Kerry were playing Tyrone All Ireland Football Simi Final, and great kerry victory over tyrone today, roll on all ireland football final 2 weeks time there also fine big beer garden out back.. ideal for birthday hen and stag parties......

06/11/2025: The baristas are really friendly and make excellent coffee! The atmosphere is also fantastic. Especially if you sit upstairs, you can just switch off and enjoy your coffee in peace and quiet.

02/11/2025: Great place to chill. Awesome to have lovely well behaved dogs welcome. Staff friendly and great coffee. Setup meand tables are a bit close together and clamped. Toilet is upstairs, just a little challenging for an elderly family member.

11/03/2026: They will take your money and refuse to give you a room booked a room paid with my debit card €200 when I. Arrived for a check-in they said There was no room because they had Over booked Which I know was a lie. Because my sister in law a white english woman booked a room Twenty minutes later she did not know what happened to me I asked for a refund. It was refused I asked for the cancellation in writing or an email Of cancellation the refused both So now I can not get my money back Proof of my booking below Be careful do not Let them steal your money Thieves be careful
