The best restaurants

15/02/2025: We've been here several times for meals and it's always been a great experience. The staff are very friendly and always make you feel very welcome whether you're a big group or just a couple of people.

24/09/2024: We had our wedding in Bradshaws at the start of the month and we had the best day. Everything was perfect, the food was fantastic and Margaret and Padraig were a pleasure to deal with throughout all the planning, along with Marion, Mike and all the other staff who made the day run so smoothly. Highly recommend Bradshaws for any get together large or small.

18/02/2025: Lovely food. Highly recommended. Docking 1 star as booked on bank holiday weekend... And they were clearly exhausted near the end of the day which resulted in a slightly slower service which I can forgive given the circumstances but think 4/5 is fair. Pizza done traditionally and looks amazing.

10/01/2025: Had a table booked for my 21st birthday , they called on the day saying could we come earlier due to icey roads (bare in mind no ice on road , loads of cars out , no warnings and a Garda checkpoint about 5 mins away) none the less we got there 45 minutes earlier which they asked could we come 30 minutes earlier. We got there and people were eating etc and a kind man behind the bar was showing us to our table when another man stopped him and was being extremely rude to him and ignored us , he kicked us out saying kitchen is closed. We told him what we were told and he was rushing around to get us out and had no apology or anything. Can’t believe it on my 21st, will be contacting management on that.

10/01/2025: Booked a table 5 days in advance for 7:45 yesterday evening (10/1/25). Then received a phone call yesterday saying can you come any earlier just because their facility is situated on a hill and we’re worried for people over the ice. I told her I could come 30 minutes earlier if needs be and that was agreed on. So then I got there with my misses for her 21st birthday because it’s where she wanted to go. Both dressed nicely, took an hour off work to ensure I arrived 30 minutes earlier. And got there 45 minutes early and was told ‘oh sorry the chefs have gone home since 6:30 we’re not serving anymore food’. Explained my situation and was told there’s nothing they can do to accommodate me. An absolute disgrace if you ask me and ruined my misses 21st birthday.

01/02/2025: Room was lovely and clean and the bathroom was lovely too. The man who checked us in was very friendly, however when I walked into reception upon arrival the woman with short dark hair turned to her co worker and said make sure you charge them a security deposit. Security deposit was outlined on the booking reservation I just thought it was strange as the man beside us who came in after us was checked in and didn’t pay a security deposit. The woman seemed a bit rude. The man at check out the next morning was very professional and very nice.
