The best restaurants

28/08/2026: We ordered a chicken pesto pasta dish and a vegan pasta dish for take away. The portions were very small even for the pricely sum of 20 euro per portion. They were late making the order even though the restaurant was very quiet when i arrived to collect, there was no take away cutlery provided and the chicken dish contained no chicken. After talking about this to the manager she told me there was nothing she could do to help. Overpriced Not as described Late serving Poor customer service

02/09/2026: Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the service. I only ordered a burger and fries and didn’t want anything to drink. The waiter seemed surprised and was quite unfriendly about it. Very strange and unnecessary attitude. The food was okay, but the service left a bad impression. That is fastfood not fancy restaurant

07/09/2026: What a cute place in the centre of Sligo! We had a wonderful Latte and Mate, but the food looked great as well. The barista was very helpful and welcoming, and we stayed for much longer than we had planned because of the great atmosphere. We would love to come back one day!

17/02/2026: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Morrison Hotel, and can honestly say it is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Dublin. The location is excellent, right in the city with easy access to everything, and having parking directly at the hotel is a huge bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay, which really made a difference. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and very high quality. The room service menu was far beyond what you would normally expect. We ordered beef Wellington, monkfish pasta and several desserts – everything was delicious, reasonably priced, and delivered to the room within 20 minutes. The rooms themselves are modern, newly renovated, spotless and very comfortable. You can clearly tell that a lot of thought has gone into both design and cleanliness. Overall, this is an excellent hotel in every aspect. We would highly recommend The Morrison to anyone visiting Dublin and would not hesitate to stay here again.

14/02/2026: We spent one night in this hotel located in the centre of Dublin. Everything was perfect : very clean, the bed is huge and comfortable. I would definitely come back.

02/09/2026: Ordered a light beer, received a dark one; ordered a small cider, received a large one; next time we wanted to order two Irish coffees, but they had no coffee or cream! Unfortunately, this is the only pub for miles around... and the cleanliness, well...

12/09/2026: No pleasant welcome, unfriendly staff. Limited menu, but we had the Tempura Chicken and it was very tasty! After that, we called it a day. I paid with my debit card, which was declined. 'No money on the card'. I paid in cash immediately and checked my balance outside, but that wasn't the issue... just the whole handling; not a nice experience. Not recommended. It doesn't have a cozy atmosphere either....

29/07/2026: We went to this café for breakfast a few days ago. It's a bit hidden away in a small side street. Don't let the simple ambiance put you off – what they serve here is truly excellent! Fresh bread, fresh regional ingredients, superbly prepared! All the baked goods are homemade and taste absolutely delicious. I'm not a big fan of sweets, but I couldn't resist 😅

07/07/2026: This place lived up to the name ! Had a delicious cappuccino, toasted panini, and a cinnamon roll which didn't disappoint. Very friendly staff.

11/08/2026: Tremendous cafe with super friendly and attentive service. Food is freshly made, tasty, and good value for money.

15/07/2026: My all time favourites are the fresh berries muffins, the lasagna and the chicken sandwiches (there is more than one option and they all are great). The service is quick, polite and they have great taste in music!

30/08/2026: Mo’s lager available here. had to stand and wait more than 15mins to order drinks. Staffs are on the phone. Clearly don’t care about service. Quite disappointing but only place have Mo chara beer on the south side. Not sure coming back though.
