03/05/2026: Why can't they cook noodles with flavour? The noodles were an excuse for noodles no effort ir flavour. Won't be returning, they got the order correct but food was substandard. Another Chinese takeaway let down.

22/04/2026: We visited here two years ago and looking forward to it on our soon to be trip. The service was fantastic and easily one of our favorite parts of the trip. We were traveling as a family of eight, and once we discovered this place, we came back every morning for breakfast for the rest of our stay. Our kids had a hard time choosing just one breakfast, and the staff graciously offered to create a custom meal that combined all their favorites, which was such a thoughtful touch. On what we thought was our last day there, we mentioned that we had an early departure the following morning and wouldn’t be able to make breakfast. To our surprise, they opened the restaurant an hour early just to make breakfast for our family. That level of kindness and hospitality is something we’ll never forget. Highly recommended. Update from early April 2026—still fantastic and highly recommended. We found ourselves stopping in for lunch more often this time, and everything continued to impress. The chowder was excellent, with the smoked haddock adding a great depth of flavor, and the spicy curry box was a really pleasant surprise. My wife still insists their version of sticky toffee pudding is the best she’s ever had. The highlight of the trip, though, was sharing tea with Eileen (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name) and enjoying a great conversation during dinner on our last night. A wonderful experience all around. The boys still ordered their special waffles made to order.

18/01/2026: Park Lane Coffee used to be amazing, I would go for their acai bowls all of the time. But now they’ve upped the prices of their acai bowls along with the quality of them being 5 times worse. If you ask for Nutella now it’s not even Nutella it’s a chocolate sauce they do a few drops on top of. Used to be so much better and now it’s just rushed and some of the staff are impatient. Found a new acai bowl place and will not be coming here again.

18/04/2026: Got a Simple noodles and Crispy shredded chicken I didn't realize I was Ordering from this takeaway.Everyone knows in carlow stay away 😅 Just go to kung fu our golden aroma much better and u wont be poisoned

07/04/2026: Awful experience here today, girl working in there has no customer service skills, to busy minding her small children hidden in the corner of the restaurant, ordered the billies meal deal, was then told on paying that apparently what we had ordered was infact not included on the meal deal which I said we should have been informed about this and she just shrugged at me with a stinking attitude. Would never return here again the food was rotten and I’ve genuinely never experienced such awful customer service. Avoid this place.

19/09/2025: I had a great experience at this bubble tea shop Ea-Tea! The staff were really nice and very accommodating, always ready with recommendations. I was pleasantly surprised by their dim sum menu — delicious, fresh, and such a good complement to the drinks. Everything is fairly priced, which is quite unusual in Dublin these days where prices are generally high. Great value for money and definitely worth a visit! 💯❤️

09/09/2025: I love Taro tea but not many Tea places does it that taste good. This is one of the few! I usually go to my "reliable bubble tea shop" but decided to try this one for a change and it didn't disappoint. I've stopped there with my two little kids and as it was lunch time we got some chichen pop corn and chips as well with our Taro bubble teas. Chicken is super delicious! What a treat and surprise. We liked so much we got more to take home as the ration is good for one person and we are three so we kinda fought a bit over that chicken 😂 There are few tables inside for a quick stop and snack and it's just on front of Parnell Luas stop. Staff are also welcoming and friendly. My son says the man in the counter looks like one of the guys in Demon K-pop Hunter but I'm not sure about that or who 😅 He also says he wants to come back again. And we will!

26/06/2026: It's a very nice pub, featuring historic artifacts. The staff is very friendly, and the interior has a classic pub atmosphere. There's a semi-covered outdoor area, which is very comfortable; during the week, it can be a quiet, intimate space for long conversations over a good beer. On weekends, there's almost always live music, with guys singing and playing guitar, and everything takes on a country vibe. Recommended!

20/06/2026: Was out in cork with 5 of my friends, I was driving. I was the only person not to get in as the bouncer accused me of being too drunk. I was the only one not drinking. He then proceeded to be mocking and childish when I suggested I have my keys and not drinking.

30/10/2025: I was attracted by the Irish 🇮🇪 and Palestine 🇵🇸 flag floating together! And mashallah, the place is cozy and the service excellent! Great food and great caffé at a fair price!

07/10/2025: Absolutely love this place since it became Avenue Coffee (was a Rock salt). They somehow made it even better. Lovely staff, lovely coffee! The outside got a great revamp too... Looks even better now!!
