The best restaurants

23/12/2025: Over priced which is a given as it’s next to the Hyatt.

21/12/2025: The place is just lovely. Gorgeous display of pastries, nice decor and a little wall full of coffee beans ,equipment etc. the vibe is really nice overall. Some staff members have an attitude towards others which I noticed and also some of them don’t even prepare/serve the food and coffee with intention, just more of a “here you go” kind of attitude. The coffee always lacks here for me. I’ve tried the coffee 4 times now, it’s either sour or tastes like throw up. Haven’t tried most of their pastries so can’t review that really.

16/03/2026: The place is great, good atmosphere, the only downside is that it gets very crowded and it's a bit difficult to order. I don't recommend the tacos. All in all, it's a good place with a wide variety of events throughout the week; it's a good option.

15/03/2026: The atmosphere is fantastic and the space is so vast, you'll be lost in the sheer number of rooms. It's a perfect place to watch a game together.

24/02/2026: I ordered a takeaway over the phone for collection. The man asked for my name, nothing else. He said it would be ready in 30 minutes. My husband went to collect the order and there was 4 crashes on the N40, when he arrived to collect the order he was 15 minutes late, and was met with an extremely rude and angry man who gave out to him for being late and complained about not having a number to call - when that was his mistake for not asking for a number. Even though I love the food from Raj - this would make me very slow to go back.

27/01/2026: Got a lamb madras, naan and house fried rice for takeaway and I was not disappointed. Portions were generous and the lamb was tender and delicious. Will defo order from here again 👌😋

26/02/2026: Old woman staff member with grey hair working on the 26/02/2026 was extremely rude. Stared at me the entire time I was eating and hovered over me with her cleaning rag as if to say “leave so I can clean” I didn’t feel welcome and she needs to be re trained.

06/02/2026: Love this bar but one issue is when a recent premier league match was on every screen I.in the bar yet there was no sound ? Lots of people watching silent tv ...and there was no music ...please explain the silent football??

07/12/2025: Was here on a Friday night. Pints of Guinness were €6.60. Two whiskey sours were €27. Live music on the night. Plenty of seats around. Lively crowd. Mixture of young and old. We came for drink so can’t comment on food but full marks all round.

08/03/2026: Was here last night with my family wasn’t a nice experience waiter was so rude made no interaction with us was very moody thru the whole service made us feel very unwelcome food was only ok .Been here a few times never experienced this probably won’t go back 😞

15/02/2026: Delicious food and excellent service! The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. The waiters were very friendly and chatted with us, which made the experience even better. We will definitely come back!

09/12/2025: When u walk in you are greeted as if u were an old friend. The restaurant is large and airy lots of seating. They are good at accommodating small groups(12ish) with a reservation. There is a wide selection between the menu and specials board

15/03/2026: Basic hotel that is accurately priced. Staff were very young but friendly and attentive. Food was very basic. Outdated carpet floors and facilities. Non smoking policy is not well policed. Ideal location in the city by the river with access to the Greenway. Free parking is offsite and not well signposted.

07/03/2026: Ok, listen… I am a dumb American but the pics on this are a lie 🤣 we chose Ireland for our honeymoon… woot woot! Had a blast, rented a car and drove all over the country literally. We got to this hotel, and it’s already more grungy than the pics which I’m ok with because it’s just expected nowadays. But. The nastiness was a little bit overkill. We laid down and a BEE STUNG us. It was in the sheets. Told the attendant at the front desk and he asked if we’d like to change rooms. I said no we are leaving and he said we wouldn’t get a refund. We are not wealthy people but it was so bad I said wonderful we are still leaving. Any ways. It’s a trap don’t do it.

28/02/2026: I was here for the first time and I won't be coming back. The staff is tired and inattentive. They're nervous and respond abruptly. The fork was dirty. Maybe today is their bad day? P.s The girl at the checkout was nice and polite.

20/02/2026: We ordered for collection, the gentleman on the phone was very pleasant and we got the order in 20 minutes. Everything as ordered for a very reasonable price. The flavours were wonderful and portion sizes more than plenty. Not sure what these negative comments are about.

05/01/2026: One of the worst Biryani we ever tasted in Ireland. The rice was grainy, no taste at all and chicken was under cooked. Oily prawn fry and not so tasty chicken tikka. The portion size was small but the price was expensive. Have a second thought before trying this restaurant!!
