19/05/2025: Found a beard hair in my panini when I complained I had the worst customer service from the owner I have ever had in my life I am disgusted will not be returning

05/09/2025: Good bar as all the caffè nero but I like other locations more.

07/07/2025: Caffè Nero's website shows they are open to 6pm. On the door, it says they are open till 5.30pm. I am now standing in front of the door at 4.30pm - the door is locked, the lights are off and there is absolutely no sign of life inside. What is the point of misleading customers in this way?

11/06/2026: Absolutely beautiful! I loved every minute of our stay. The accommodation was just stunning. I had never heard of the estate before and was a little skeptical before arriving, but my word, what a gem. It is rare to find such luxurious accommodation that also allows you to bring your dog.What comes across in abundance is how much love and care the family puts into maintaining the estate for everyone to enjoy. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, especially David, who couldn't do enough for us. I can't wait to go back!

08/06/2026: I was here for an event, the buskers ball, on Bob Dylan's 85th birthday. Wonderful day. Great space for nearly any event. Wonderful location, great stage, bar and general venue set up, really beautiful surrounds and gardens. Some really beautiful old storied trees. Great spot. Can wait to return

10/04/2026: I had a fantastic experience at Supermac’s tonight. Sylvia and Sonjee (apologies if I’ve misspelled the name!) delivered absolutely brilliant customer service friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. The food was especially delicious, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. It’s clear they run a really strong team and take pride in what they do.

30/03/2026: Got food there was disgusting milkshake didnt bring all the boys to the yard and the battered sausage wouldnt turn on a nun very poor food, taco chip looked like the toilet bowl after a night out

24/06/2026: I was surprised when I came in to see the interior of the place! The little bridge with the view downstairs is really cool. Service was fine but I feel like the girl didn’t want to deal with me as a tourist. Anyways, had the best scone of my life.

10/06/2026: Primarily use it as a place to study in winter and spring. Nice and quiet and as you'd expect from a starbucks the coffee is nice although (also as youd expect) on the expensive side. Inside us very modern with plenty of seating space inside which makes up for it and a nice atmosphere. Bathroom falls a but short by comparison as it looks a bit aged (very clean though by public restroom standards)

01/07/2026: Staff were unfriendly and lacked good customer service.manager delivered my food to my table just left tray on table with no interaction. Very grumpy and unfriendly. There was no napkins salt or ketchup with my food I had to go and ask. Tables were filthy not wiped down from previous customers I had to eat my food from the tray.i ordered snack box. Coke had more ice than coke. Chicken breast was extremely dry like left to long in heater.i wouldn't return .

24/06/2026: It's disgusting, unsanitary, the place is dirty, the tables are sticky, they don't let you use the restroom. How long is this even acceptable? Close this place and let normal businesses thrive. Horrible place!

29/04/2026: I relied on the good reviews, but the experience was disappointing. Tables were not cleaned, the fish was poorly fried, and the fries were undercooked. Overall, the food lacked flavor. Disappointing given the place’s reputation.

19/04/2026: Must say the food was delicious i got a doner kebab meal my wife had a chicken kebab meal she loved it too ill be back very soon to try something new

19/06/2026: This is a real treasure. Excellent, friendly and efficient staff. Lovely food at a very reasonable price, which is such a rarity these days. I will definitely make it my regular spot in Tralee from now on.

06/04/2026: The worst brunch I ever had. They gave “frozen” chicken goujons for their chicken burger and “frozen” pulled pork for their sandwich.
