The best restaurants

21/01/2025: Cozy rooms. The staff is great, but the location is a total disaster. Close to the center, but at night there are people outside the window and there are always cars and other transports.

22/10/2024: Ordered food for the first time there on Saturday night. Absolutely first class. 2 fish n chips with portion of nuggets. Freshly cooked and proper sized portions. Recommended and will definitely be back..

10/11/2024: We had a truly delightful meal here on Thursday. 5 of us ate well and we were entertained while doing so! My friends son was enthralled with the pizza making and was treated to a quick pizza making class! I'll be back next time I'm in cobh.

13/09/2024: Stefano knows exactly what he is doing and produces an absolutely beautiful pizza popped in for dinner as a result of reading Tripadvisor not disappointed it was absolutely excellent not many people in which was surprising for Thursday night but it’s a very small place but doing a massive takeaway business if you get the chance, just go you’ll never eat a better pizza

02/01/2025: There's no much to say about Sand Mediterranean cousine.. Food is fab and the pizzas is delicious.. Best Italian takeaway restaurant around Dublin City with authentic Italian ingredients... Buon appetito!!

19/12/2024: A tiny little gem of a restaurant. We're yet to sit down and have a meal, but we've gotten take out a handful of times and the pizzas are just delicious. The owner is a gentleman, and is always full of chat as you're waiting for your food. Have only tried the pizzas, but am excited to try more. Highly recommend

02/01/2025: Phenomenal gem in blackrock town. We got served by a wonderful woman who really just went above and beyond for every customer she saw that busy day. Service didn’t slack just because it was busy. Great vegan options and well priced. 5 stars!

27/11/2024: Myself & my partner decided to visit this restaurant after not being there for quite some time. We were looking forward to it as food was always amazing & staff were lovely. How disappointed could we have been!!!When we went to order we asked the waitress did they still do the "lovely coleslaw" & she told us "no, the chef thinks it's too time consuming to make it" We should have left then!!!! We decided on the wings to share, which were clearly clearly taken out of the microwave & a small bit of hot sauce put over them. The main course consisted of my partner having greasy, heavily battered cod with frozen chips & I having the the part boiled pasta, tossed with boiled chicken & what seemed like a tin of condensed mushroom soup. No taste & absolutely zero effort put into each dish. The so-called "chef" should be ashamed of himself presenting food like this to paying customers. When we complained, the waitress (who to be fair was a lovely lady) understood & didn't charge for the pasta dish. Such a disappointing experience & as locals to the area, we won't be back.
