05/01/2025: Very comfortable cosy eatery with good quality food. Feels like a fancy cafe rather than a restaurant even though they ask have you a reservation😉 Service was ok, a lot of young staff . Good options for kids and handy location in salt hill .

08/12/2024: Breakfast was ok! But hard to eat and enjoy when the waiters are too busy to bring down the coffees we ordered. We were told several times that the coffees were on the way but all we could see was the waiters laughing behind the counter. So we cancelled the coffees after we had eaten and went elsewhere for a coffee. Very disappointing

28/10/2024: I thought the price of the food was a little bit high, but I was expecting the food to be very good..... it was not very good for the price we paid. The service was not good. They brought out a tray, a cappuccino, and a BLT. The cappuccino wasn't on a saucer, no spoons or stirrers provided, no sugar, and no milk. When she dropped them onto the table, the cappuccino spilt and made a mess. She forgot my Americano and had to go back for it. Again, she came back without saucer, spoons, milk, or sugar. I didn't like how it was carried out without a tray, and she was just holding it by the handle. The price we paid didn't reflect the service we got (or lack thereof).

17/09/2024: Stopped here for lunch yesterday the food was nice. The service wasn't great. We ordered two wraps and while they were being made we asked the lady that served us if we could take our seat outside and she told us there's 15 seconds left in the toaster if we can wait for our wraps to take them out ourselves. I found this extremely odd, the cafe was empty and there were 2 tables outside with just coffees, while 4 staff members were behind the counter, one looking at her phone as I waited for my food.. bizarre!..

18/01/2025: A bit pricier than your average Chinese restaurant, but it’s not your average Chinese restaurant! Very swanky interior, extremely professional and attentive service, and delicious food. Seafood is particularly fresh and delicious. And have as many of the dumplings as you can handle, they are very good. Top tip, ask for only the brown prawn crackers, and get some chilli oil to have with them.

15/07/2024: We came for a quick stop for breakfast and coffee. We got our coffee and snacks very quickly and everyone was so nice.

02/12/2024: Pizza Dog is good but it's not as good as it thinks. The food is good but I'm afraid they're taking advantage of the cost of living crisis a tad to the point where the prices are bordering on ridiculous. I used to order from here once a week, not it's once every few months. Best wings around though.

17/11/2024: I ordered a takeaway at 1:30am and the food never arrived. Bare in mind the shop is open until 3am. Nobody answered the phone. I stayed up until 3.30am awaiting a driver who may have been delayed but to no avail. In the morning I rang the restaturant once it opened and spoke with a driver who said he will get a manager to call me back. Got told he will call at 6pm. 6pm arrives and no call from anyone. I ring back up at 6.30pm and get told the manager isn't here. Nobody has taken ownership of the issue. I requested they issue the pizza ASAP but was told they can't do anything. Very disappointing . Currently waiting call from manager!! UPDATE: ISSUE RESOLVED Spoke with manager and delivery issued and arrived at 8:48pm. All sorted now. 👍

23/10/2024: They allowed my 13yearold and his friends to play pool. What are the staff thinking allowing young people with no parent in the bar use the place like it's a youth club. Loud on quiz nights. Good crack if your with a few friends. Overall local dive sports bar. Too many kids hanging outside. Pizza truck outside new addition.

17/01/2025: Spent an evening with work colleagues here in January. We were really looked after by Johny, Judy and Cruz. They made us feel at home with great service and drinks recommendations. We stayed for the evening instead of moving on to somewhere else as planned. The truffle pizza was a great recommendation also. Will be back with the team again

17/01/2025: Celebrated my birthday with friends in Fade Street Social Cocktail bar and I must say it was a perfect evening. Super friendly staff Judi Cruz and Johnny made sure that nothing was too much and made us feel very welcome. Food cocktails and atmosphere was outstanding.

26/12/2024: Came at around 11:30am on Stephen’s day and the girl who was working was an absolute gem , made our food so fresh and was still so nice even though it’s not the easiest to be working Stephen’s day instead of being with her family , we appreciate you 🙏

They have no people skills & how to treat customers & don't deserve to be employed in an establishment where there are a variety of customers who these nasty staff think that they can shout at & misbehave with! Ridiculous. 18.3.22 Tasty food & a pleasant waitress with whom a chat was had about unpleasant & cold staff who do no justice to the Cafe nor the hospitality business! 4.9.22 Tasty food & slightly better service. 2.11.22 Tasty food & friendly service by the owner as well. 11.11.22 Tasty food but has now started charging for small pots of sauces! Ridiculous. 25.11.22 Tasty food served this time by friendly & helpful staff. 13.2.23 Tasty food served by helpful staff & owner. 10.3.24 Tasty food served in a clean & bustling environment by helpful staff & friendly manager Sunny Lee. 27.6.24 Tasty food served by staff who are now friendlier & even assist customers i n choice of food to order. 28.9.24 Tasty food served by friendly staff in a clean environment with overpriced cans of soft drinks 🍸! 22.12.24 Hard BBQ meat & vegetables served by some confused staff in a generally clean environment but cramped surroundings. However with washbasins that are overflowing with water 💧! 2.2.25 Tasty food of mixed meat 🍖, scrambled eggs 🥚 & Udon Noodles 🍜 served by friendly staff & owner manager.
