The best restaurants

21/08/2026: Food was very good and very reasonable. Staff were lovely and more than friendly. Would recommend and will return.

19/08/2026: Probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. We stood at the entrance for quite a while and no one came to greet us. We eventually realised that this restaurant and the one next door are connected, so we went in through the other entrance. The owner called another staff member over to show us to our table, but the area was quite messy. The table next to us was covered with disorganised condiments and salt scattered from the candle holders. They came to take our order almost immediately, but when we said we needed a little time, they then ignored us for ages, even while clearing other tables and chatting to other customers. The attitude was very impatient. The vegetable soup was watery and bland. During the meal, staff kept moving tables and chairs around, which made the whole place feel chaotic despite there not being many customers. The toilet was also very dirty. Wouldn’t recommend. It felt like most of the customers were tourists. If you’re thinking of coming here, definitely read the reviews first, there are plenty of honest reviews from other tourists who’ve had the same experience.

19/02/2026: Staff are friendly and happy to be there. Nothing is too much for them. I'm not the biggest fan of the Costa brand but the staff slowly melted my heart. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

24/04/2026: Had One of Costa Coffee's Winter Turkey Sandwiches 🥪 with a Nice Pot of Tea, The Sandwich was nicely Toasted and I would recommend Costa Coffee as a Good place to Eat in at. No Change still good to eat at, I just recently had a chicken and chorizo flatbread there with tea and some water and a good quick service. Tried a New Chicken and Pepperoni Bagel 🥯 In an updated visit. The Place is still Good 👍 👍 Still Recommended.

04/07/2026: I visit this café every week, and the staff are always friendly despite being very busy. Special thanks to the Asian girl. she’s always smiling, efficient, and works incredibly hard. I hope her managers know what a fantastic job she’s doing!

10/04/2026: I have never met such ignorance within the staff absolutely horrible, I used to come here but I will never step foot inside the place again ..there is no customer service and no smiling faces just snotty and unpleasant and cold food..also could be alot cleaner stains on glasses and cutlery..disgusting actually..

18/01/2026: Park Lane Coffee used to be amazing, I would go for their acai bowls all of the time. But now they’ve upped the prices of their acai bowls along with the quality of them being 5 times worse. If you ask for Nutella now it’s not even Nutella it’s a chocolate sauce they do a few drops on top of. Used to be so much better and now it’s just rushed and some of the staff are impatient. Found a new acai bowl place and will not be coming here again.

23/08/2026: My fav place to go for a hot chocolate. Always had a great experience with this spot, can be a bit busy. Great and nice staff!

06/08/2026: The drinks looked good, but unfortunately they didn’t taste as good as we expected. The hot chocolate was quite bland, and the coffee was just average. The location is nice if you want to sit by the window and watch the city go by, but overall the experience was a bit disappointing. We expected better quality for the price.
