03/01/2025: Nice setting. Staff nice. Food is average

30/11/2024: Ordered food for delivery almost 2 and a half hours ago and still no sign. The restaurant urges you to order via their website and not a delivery company like Just Eat but now we can't contact anyone. Have tried ringing several times and no answer. It's gone so long now that we no longer want the food but I can't get through to anyone to tell them. Awful service. I've ordered from here many times before but unfortunately it will be a long time before I go back

28/12/2024: Food was beautiful, but the seat area was filthy and the restraint just opened at 1pm and its was not clean at all food on the ground and sauce stains on the table. Food reasonably priced and it’s very nice and plenty of sauce but the drinks is a Disgrace how much they charge, 7 euro for two drinks that are small cups full of ice you get about 200ml of soft drink, drinks should come with your meals. Or atleast fair priced

05/01/2025: If your looking to watch football this is the pub to come for a big screen and plenty of small screens. Good atmosphere friendly bar staff and good a pint.

01/01/2025: I was shocked and deeply disappointed by the blatant racism I experienced at this pub. As the only person of color present, I was aggressively confronted by the bouncers, who accused me of “messing about” without offering any explanation. Neither I nor my white friends could understand what I had supposedly done wrong, yet I was clearly singled out for no reason other than the color of my skin. This treatment was not only unwarranted but outright discriminatory. It’s appalling that in 2024, nearly 2025, such behavior from staff is still happening. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and I would strongly urge anyone—especially people of color—to avoid this establishment entirely. To the management: I hope you reflect on this and take immediate steps to address the discriminatory behavior of your staff. This is not just poor service; it’s a serious issue that speaks volumes about the culture you tolerate in your establishment

07/01/2025: Recently Relish supplied a rake of lasagne for us for a party. They were fantastic, even a vegan one. Service is great and we lived the huge cheesecake as well. Thanks again and we'll be back.

10/12/2024: Nice people and venue the prices are absolutely ridiculous though 9 euro for chicken and cheese on a roll I wouldn’t give them business went in to get coffee and roll the other day nearly 20 Euro they won’t get my money anymore and I hope they won’t be open for long day light robbery

22/10/2024: Am only giving it a 3 star rating as I only used their takeaway service so cannot comment on the situation down service. The food I got was excellent. I had a chicken curry which was plentiful and very nice.

31/12/2024: Oly’s Bar & Restaurant is located within the Hilton Garden Inn, serving as the breakfast venue for hotel guests. I dined there once for dinner, arriving just before closing time. The atmosphere was cozy and quiet, and I was seated immediately. The service was prompt, and I didn’t have to wait long for my meal. I ordered the fish and chips, which was delicious. The fish was fresh and well-prepared, not soggy or over-frozen, and the chips were tasty as well. However, if you’re considering ordering beer, be aware that it’s served in 330 ml bottles. The waitstaff were professional and efficient, providing quick service without pressuring for tips. However, I found the prices to be unjustifiably high, which diminishes the appeal of returning.

15/01/2025: Amazing food and authentic! Caldereta, dinuguan, bicol express are one of our favorites. The space is just a bit too small but I can see they are expanding — so we will wait and see!

09/12/2024: I went to buy hopia mongo i was told the price is 5.50 euro so i tap my card when I reached home I checked my account online I was surprised by the price they charged me 10 euro .And the hopia taste bad. It's a shame its your own country man.Not buying anymore. Even 1 star don't deserved it.

16/08/2024: Not much vegetarian but there was a small side dish of vegetables. But after ordering it the waiter said the listed price (3.50) was incorrect. Instead it was 6.50. We went elsewhere.

03/08/2024: One of the best takeaways we’ve had outside of Dublin. Definitely the best in Carrick. We got BBQ ribs, shredded chicken, egg fried rice and skewered chicken satay. All amazingly fresh and delicious with great sauces. Would highly recommend
