19/01/2025: Dear Management, it is to help to improve service at this quite a nice looking place. Ordered coconut matcha. Got it on normal milk but only found out because my partner asked again if definitely on coconut milk as I have cows milk intolerance. When asked to change it, got iced pistachio latte. Also my partner was asked to calm down while asking nicely to change the drink. So from simple coconut matcha ordered, got iced pistachio latte on almond milk??? What went wrong??? Definitely staff should always confirm order before it's completed if not sure. Customer not always need to tell life story of allergies. And magical word Sorry would help. I was disappointed and really frustrated when girl tried to convince me that it was what I ordered first place. We visit East Wall Starbucks quite often and this situation was not pleasant at all and absolutely unnecessary. Staff approach was not the best which shows lack of professionalism, perhaps experience. So if you have intolerance, please say it straight as staff may ignore your order or make it wrong thinking it doesn't matter. It DOes matter. Customers order no diary milk for a reason sometimes. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION. thank you for taking it under consideration. Sincerely. Regular customer.

14/10/2024: Cosy bakery with seasonal options, now's the time for their delicious Halloween cupcakes! Their bread is homemade and delicious, definitely pop in for a sandwich. Staff is warm and welcoming :)

14/01/2025: I paid €18 for a spice bag out of this place. When I got back home it became apparent that they forgot to put chicken in the bag or there was so little of it that that is what they consider to be a portion. It was an €18 bag of chips. The chips were freezer chips, very little vedge and the overall quality was terrible without even considering that they forgot to put chicken in the bad . The curry sauce was muck they obviously just heat up every shift. It’s probably the only time Iv ever called a place wanting my money back. Hands down probably the worst place iv ever bought food from and it would have been a complete rip off even if it was any good. Avoid

06/11/2024: We popped into this legendary pub for a light lunch. I ordered a bowl of Fish Chowder and was not disappointed. A large bowl of chowder appeared with oodles of chunky fish pieces in a rich, creamy sauce. Several pieces of brown bread and butter also; and all for less than a tenner. Great quality and very good value.

04/11/2024: We came here in the evening and had a wonderful seafood chowder served with brown bread. Had been out walking so it was a great warm up. Great staff and we had a drink to finish our evening off. It was busy and the food looked really good.

10/10/2024: Used to be a great place until they got their new staff that have no idea how to run a business ... Declined older twenty euro cash note because they assumed it was fake . They couldn't even check as had no UV or cash marker to verify the money and just useless staff they have no idea how to run a business and please train your staff on cash handling and how to verify cash authenticity instead of just assuming people are using fake cash and accusing people for something that's not true .

30/08/2024: I ordered on line thinking it was paid by card. Food arrived and it was cash order. The driver was so nice and explained what I need to do. So I rang the shop and they took payment over the phone. From panic to no issue at all and it was a late order. The staff and driver were brilliant . Pizza and food so fresh and hot I enjoyed. Thank you guys from a happy customer.

24/12/2024: I've gone to supermacs in Charleville 4 times this year and 3 times I've found items missing. It was impossible to check at the counter as it was food for a large number of people. Chips , Onion Rings and now a 5 Oz burger all short. I've tried emailing SM and Social media but No1 cares.
